This community continues to neglect their residents, they change the rules well after people spend money, like Dish satellites being away from the building to receive signal, grills to be on patios, and don't fix things when they promised

The management staff here is ridiculous and I would not recommend it, they do not help solve issues. Other than the places are well built. Plumbing is a constant issue. If golf ball breaks window you have to replace it. Maintenance is awesome when they respond.

The management changes every few months, and no one knows what the last group did or didn't do. If a window gets broken it will take four to six weeks to get it replaced and you will not be compensated if your electric bill goes sky high while they are not fixing the problem. The water and trash bills are crazy high and the apartment is not worht the money for what you get.

The locality of this apartment complex is the highlight of my living experience here. Everything else is mediocre to substandard based on the amount of rent charged every month. I will be relocating at the end of the lease. Nothing further.

The Links at Georgetown is now Arium Links. This apartment complex is very appealing when you drive through it full speed on the leasing office's golf cart. Then take a trip over to the model home which has been renovated and no one inhabits. Once you decide to judge this place based upon these 2 factors you will sign a lease. Welcome to hell, you just made a deal with -----. Upon moving into this complex we did our move in inspection and the list of things that were wrong prior to us inhabiting it was very discouraging. I decided to still move in because my husband had selected this apartment prior to his deployment and was coming home. I wanted to make his welcome home perfect. While walking through I noticed several badly repaired holes in the walls ranging from the bathroom, hall way, and even the master bedroom! The door was bent in several places and let sunlight through because it did not seal properly. The carpets had stains through out the entire home. The cabinets in the kitchen would not shut all the way and would swing back open. The dishwasher top rack was broken. That was just the day we moved in...and thats not the list in entirety. I was excited to see that they had a dog park. That was fun for a week. The dog park was grass and now its dirt and weeds. If it rains the dog park becomes a huge muddy puddle of mess rendering it not a place to bring your dogs for several days after. In this same area there is a grill, out door seating, and pool. Good thought behind it. The grills and the fire pit are always out of gas. They are easily turned on and that makes children able to do so as well. Leaving the fire lit with no one around wastes gas it isnt just the kids who do this mind you adults as well. The trash for the grill area always is scattered through out wandering into the dog park. My dogs have found chicken wing bones, cigarette butts, beer cans, You name it! They have a nice little pond area which was nice until something man made killed everything in the pond (Fish, turtles, things that naturally belong there). The pool was nice until they locked it for months with no notice to residents. We do pay for these 'amenities' but our left in the dark as to why we can't use them. Although if you have dogs this is the safest area to walk them at night as the whole complex is pretty poorly lite. The staff has a HUGE turnover rate. In my time living here I met 3 property managers, 2 assistant mangers, new leasing staff all the time. The only face that is left from a good portion of my stay was Melissa. They'd be stupid to let her go, she is the friendly face of the office. I think the issue stems higher than local though. We have spoken with the regional manager (Tracey) on the phone and in person she is not to friendly. Perhaps that is why the people hired locally are such a disappointment when the perhaps hiring is not a gem herself. The same with the handy man staff and I use the word 'Handy' VERY lightly. The turn over rate with them is terrible as well. Unfortunately the only member of that staff they kept should have been the first to go. Hes best at riding the golf cart around and parking it beside his apartment for his own use. To put in perspective they had 3 supervisors in the time I lived there. The A/C worked AWFUL. Our August electric bill was 257 for a 2/2 apartment. There are no vents to create airflow. The A/C would not cool to relative comfortable temp before 6 PM. The noise from other residents is AWFUL. We now live in a complex that has 3 floors and we never hear our upstairs neighbors. I feel like I have my own living space now and I'm not living in a home with seven million strangers!!!!

The worst place I have ever stayed! If you want to be able to sleep at night, don't move here! The walls are paper thin. You can hear your neighbor's tv, them talking, you can even hear them snoring! And don't be fooled by their "quiet" clause in the lease, if you have a noisy neighbor nothing is done. My neighbor wakes me up at 4 every morning by playing their radio from 4 til 450ish. I have been complaining to the office since March! And still, to this day I wake up at 4 every morning until my neighbor leaves for work at 4:50. The offered solution from the office? Well they have contacted my neighbor and each time he claimed "oh I didn't know" and that he would stop, and he does for probably a week or so and then it is back to playing his radio at 4am. So now the office is telling me that I need to call the courtesy officer and have that person come to my apartment to see if the noise is excessive. First, if I am complaining that my neighbor is waking me up at 4 am by his radio and the neighbor has admitted that he plays his radio then I don't see the point in having someone coming out to see if the noise is excessive. They claim that maybe I am just sensitive to "normal apartment noise". I could see that point if it was just his alarm or if it was him snoring or something "normal" like that - but what is normal about playing a radio at 4 in the morning? If there is a quiet clause why is he allowed to do that? Second, I have called the courtesy officer several times before, and sometimes they call me back, sometimes they don't. So the office wants me to call the courtesy officer, wait for that person to call me back then wait for that person to come to my apartment to verify that they could hear the radio playing. OR I could wake up at 4 and move to my couch in the living and go back to sleep. It sucks that I have to sleep on my couch in my own home. But do what I should have done before I signed the lease, talk to the residents here! I am sure they can tell you how thin the walls are, and some may be fine with that, I am sure that most have neighbors that are courteous. But if you get stuck with a neighbor like mine, I hope your couch is comfy! Oh! and while we are on why I think Arium Links suck....I learned the hard way that the AC units will only make the place 20 degrees cooler than the outside temperature. SO if it is 100 outside, the coolest that the place will get is 80. I have a dog, so when I left for the day I would leave the thermostat to 70 or 75, so my AC ran alllllll day! I think this is something you guys could invest in renovating, newer and more improved AC units! It sucked trying to cook at home when it was hot outside, because the AC could only get the place so cool. We ate out a lot cause of that. I think the residents would prefer better AC units as opposed to pretty flowers being planted all over the place...... Also, the rent was never raised, but when we first moved in we were told that we were responsible for our water bill, that we would have to pay for the water that we used. But we were paying a flat rate charge because, as it turned out, the meter in our building was broken. Then, 3-4 months later our water bill more than doubled! When we called the office, we were told that, NOW, the water bill was going to be divided up by all the residents. So, Arium Links would get their water bill for the month, then Arium Links would take out the cost for such things as the pool and the leasing office, etc, and what was left over would be divided up by the residents. So, no matter how much or how little water I used, what paid every month was dependent upon how much or how little the ENTIRE Complex used. Which I thought was really unfair. Even when I was not in town, and thus, not in my apartment using water, I had to still pay for water I did not use. Also, we never get to see on our bill the total amount charged to Arium Links, how did we know that Arium Links took out a fair amount for the water used for the pools and for landscaping, etc? It all seemed shady to me, and I would rather much prefer having meters installed so that I would be charged for the water I used! or at the very least, charged a flat rate for water usage, not a varying one. But, at the very least, I would wish that this was brought up when we first signed the lease, not months later. Lastly, the gate never worked, and so it was always open! So it is NOT a gated community. Lights were not working throughout the complex. Our cabinets were not just old, they were cheap as well, and literally fell off the hinges. And our carpet had a huge greasy stain in it....after having the carpet cleaners come and clean it three different times, they ended up just cutting the stain out and replacing it! Yuck! They just couldn't replace the entire thing, it would be too expensive. And that is all I have to say....there is more....but I think you get the hint. Sorry so long, but I hope that other people will see past the pretty exterior of the place and thus, hopefully save yourself the trouble and hassle. Besides, isn't strange that all the negative reviews have these long reviews and the good reviews are so short? Hmmm, i guess the positive reviews have so little to say???

There is a big turnover in leasing staff for this property and the management is abominable. Calls are very rarely returned when they're promised. Ongoing maintenance issues are a nuisance, although the maintenance staff are friendly and they do try. The units are slowly being renovated and updated, but we did not get one of the newly renovated/updated units that we were promised when we moved in. Therefore, we had to deal with a dishwasher that does not clean dishes as it should... a washing machine that walks across the floor (out of balance) with every wash load, no matter the size or setting... and a side-by-side refrigerator that sits against the wall, making it impossible to open the freezer door wide enough to get the ice bin out. The walls/floors between apartments are thin (very noisy neighbors) and most of the pet owners do not pick up after their dogs. Arium Links may be the least expensive in the area and may look beautiful on the outside, but beware. We will not be renewing. We'd rather pay more and drive further than to renew and stay here.

These "luxury" apartments are not what they appear to be. Do not trust photos. I suggest you see the property for yourself. For the money, there are far better properties in the area. Actually, you can get a nicer apartment for LESS. Arium Links is a property that has been around for a while and it shows. I was intrigued by the fact that under new management, the apartments themselves, would be undergoing renovations. We felt fortunate to receive one that had already been "renovated". A few new light fixtures, updated kitchen appliances, and new hardware on doors and cabinets about sums it up. Very superficial improvements that when you actually look at them, show faulty installment and cheap products. We dealt with NUMEROUS maintenance issues and struggled to have them fixed if done at all. I would say that this issue stems from the constant turn over of maintenance staff. I would label the units and property a hazard. Exposed wires and cables are common on the outsides of the units. In a two bedroom unit, there is only ONE smoke detector which is in the hallway, away from the kitchen. While at the pool, I realized the railing is unattached to the concrete and is not at all usable for support while entering the water. The "apartment amenities" list a controlled access. While gates to the back of the property seem to work fine, the front gates are VERY rarely closed. There is NO cyber café. To use the computers (if they are working at all) you must sit at an employees desk and use a small laptop. The car care center includes a hose. Vacuum did not work the entire time I lived there. There are NO restrictions on animals. Including stray animals that wonder around the property. There is a small dog park, which seemed great. But it was almost completely dirt, smelly, and covered with animal waste. The fitness center is rarely clean. There is no sanitary tissues for wiping down the equipment. Overall, the management is poor. Even after speaking directly with the property manager, my requests (mostly maintenance) were never met. I will say that the property was neighborly. I enjoyed the other tenants who were friendly and polite. Also, the location is decent (close to the highway) and I never had to struggle with parking. I also enjoyed an occasional coffee of granola bar from the clubhouse. But unfortunately, those few pluses were unable to conceal the overall rip off. I do take responsibility for my poor judgment. I signed a lease willingly. But in hind sight I deeply wish I would have taken my time to look more closely at the units and surrounding property. Many of the problems I had probably would have been manageable if I felt I was saving a bit of money on rent. $1000+ a month is too much for this property. VERY disappointed with my experience here.

LOVE LOVE these apartments! The maintenance staff is amazing! Any time we have a problem, they are very quick to come and fix it for us. The ladies that work in the leasing office are also great! I have a renovated apartment, but have also lived in a "classic" and have loved both of them! The grounds are always pretty clean, and we just got a new outdoor hang out spot about a year ago. The new management company is really doing great things for us! I dont plan on leaving until we decide to build our own home! I cant say enough good things about this place!

This is a great apartment! I live in a one bedroom, one loft. Love love love this floor plan. It has a fireplace and a HIGH CEILING that makes the apartment feel/look bigger than it is. It's very cozy. It includes a washer and dryer in the price! Maintenance is excellent and they are on call 24/7 which is nice. It's a very quiet area,as my last apartment I had made a lot of noise complaints, due to parties and music blasting.Links have thicker walls maybe? My husband, stationed on fort stewart base, didn't want to live near it (nasty area) but not to far from it. Looked at several apartments around here..but this was the best we had seen. It's about a 30min drive to the base and 20min drive to downtown savannah. Two recommendation's I have for the apartment is to update on the pool landscape (resort style). You have no landscape! Looks like a motel 6 pool. And fix the gate. But,I would defiently recommend you checking this apartment out if your looking for a nice, spacious, quiet, friendly apartment complex not too far from the base.

I currently live at the links (which now has changed their name to Arium Links) and I absolutely love it! We have a one bedroom with a loft, and the space in there really makes it feel more like a home once you're inside. I love it! The staff that works there are great, and are always eager to help or offer a solution to any problem I may have. With my husband being deployed, I wanted a place that felt safe and this place is just that. It's so comfortable and cozy. The maintenance always comes to my rescue when things break and I don't know how to fix it! I really do love the location too! I'm so thankful we chose this apartment complex over the other ones we looked at because we really got a steal. So happy, and if I weren't moving to another state up north I would still live there!

I love how around the holidays they are decorated and they do neat stuff for us. There is plenty of parking here as everywhere you look there is a place. I live in a downstairs unit, if you move in with a positive attitude that someone is bound to live upstairs, then all is well. I never have any complaints. I feel it is your choice to live in an apartment, therefore if so many people have so may negative compaints . . . buy a house. Im here bc I dont have to maintain my own issues. I have pest control. The landscaping is handled. I love it, So I definitely give my apartment community a thumbs up!

I am on my third year and lease with The Links and I must admit, my first 2 years, I had no problems or complaints at all. I live in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath downstairs unit apartment. I never had any problems with my first neighbor who lived above me. For a long time, I never even knew someone lived above me. At the time, I had no clue of how lucky I was. When she moved out and the next tenant moved in, things went downhill from there and have continued to. My new neighbor came with a big dog (at least 70 pounds)and now not only was I hearing STOMP, STOMP, STOMP from the human but whenever the dog jumped off of the couch on to the floor, it sounded like he was coming through my ceiling. On top of that, the owner was in the military so he would leave at 4AM in the morning for PT and when he left, the dog would bark and whine for at least an hour!! I made several complaint calls to the office and things never got better. After about 6 months, the owner was deployed. The next couple they moved in didn't make things any better. Not only did they have a dog, they had 2 70 pound dogs!! It sounded like a elephant stampede every evening when the 2 of them played together. And the sound of them running up and down the stairs was terrible. However, I must say I was lucky that they were not early morning whiner/barkers. After about 5 months, they moved out. The new tenant that has recently moved in also has a big 70 pound dog!!! This dog barks at everything he/she hears going on outside (and believe me you HEAR everything) from the wind blowing to people walking to their apartments and this is done at ANYTIME of the day and night. All of this has occured over a span of a year!! I am waiting for Asthon Kutcher and the rest of the staff from Punk'd to show up at my apartment any day now because I can't imagine this is real. I know what you are thinking, then why on earth did you renew your lease. Because after complaining so much from the first dog incident, when I was told that I would finally get relief because they were moving, I had no clue that they would stick someone with not only 1 but 2 dogs on top of me. Then when they left, I was almost moved to tears of frustration when I saw my new neighbors moving in with their big dog. I know it's not the dogs faults and I don't expect them to sit idle all day long. But I do fault management. After reading all of the post here, I see where they have been receiving complaints for years about this problem. They are aware of the paper thin atmosphere we are living in and they should be more careful at placing people. I have no pets and no kids living at home, I think they should have been more conisderate of that. I find it almost offensive that they are continuing to place the same problem above me. I can say that turnover is very high amognst the office staff but even though they have failed to offer a stable solution to my problem, they all are very nice and courteous each numerous time that I talk to them. As for parking, yes it can be a nightmare. I moved in at a time when their occupancy was at a low, so I got a great deal. But I have noticed that each new lease I sign, the price is steady rising. If I were to stay (which I am not, I am leaving after this one is up) I know they will eventually have me at the current market rate they are charging everyone else. Maybe living upstairs is the way to go. I haven't read many complaints from people upstairs. But if you are looking to rent this apartment and you are looking at a downstairs unit, DO NOT put yourself through that!! A 95 pound woman sounds like a 300 pound linebacker when she is walking on the floors upstairs!!! Plus, like a lot of people have said, you HEAR EVERYTHING going on from your neighbors, including their intimate time and you hear HEAR EVERYTHING going on outside around your unit.

My husband and I were looking to rent and didn't want to move far from his job. We thought we were getting a good place to rent. No! First of all, our carpets were cleaned and hadn't been replaced. The wear was very visible. Second our washer went out every other week, mainteance solution was to "clean it" and say the problem was fixed. The two bedroo floorplwn is horrible if you have a sectional. The overall floorplwn is just weird with the master bath also serving as a guest bath. Parking is a nightmare. I'm anew mom and I have to park far from my apartment and carry my child and bags to my apartment. There is not enough storage space (even worse for military families. We are prior army) The office staff....has changed numerous times. The first girl hit on my husband. The lady that handed payments left. They will not work with you if you are experiencing a hardship. I explained to them about our situation and even showed proof. I told them I could write a check since they wanted the money two days before my husband payday and I was told no checks woke be accepted, money orders only. Then, a warning notice for eviction was placed on my door!!!!! On top of this, the security gates never work. They are always broken. You need a code to use the gym, which you aren't given and the machines are not state of the art and only two of them work. Don't waste your time, effort, and money moving here. You are better off somewhere else. We had to sign an 16 month lease to get the special and it was NOT worth it. If we could get out of this lease, we surely would. Do your research, visit the complex, talk to the tenets. Especially visit while it's raining as my front area floods.

I enjoyed my two years here. The head management is a nice woman to work with. The maintenance team is professional and courteous. And the complex is overall a quiet and safe one. The cons include the gate operating about 75% of the time (sometimes, open/unsecured), also it's not gated all the way around. It's easy for people (including myself, which I have done) to walk through the grass and onto the property. There is also high turnover for employees who work in the office, though I'm not sure of the reason because I have had no issues with them. I disagree with the comment that they discriminate based on race. I'm a young Af-Am female and they treated me with kindness and respect. This is my second apartment move and my most pleasurable thus far. If I were to stay in Savannah and move to a bigger apartment, I would stay in this complex.

They don't hold up to what they say they're going to do. They discriminate based on race, even though they go out of their way to act like they don't. Understand I'm a white male, and I'm stating those claims. They openly talk about other residents in front of a possible tenant. This place will not last long...or at least the employees and/or mangagement won't.

                                    A nice place to live

I was stationed at fort Stewart and lived at the links for 10 months after returning from Iraq. My experience there was very good. The apartment was very affordable while still being a nice neighbourhood. The grounds were well maintained and the staff was helpful. Being located on I95 and GA204 was a great central location between Savannah and Ft. Stewart. The commute was not too bad and on the weekends you are not too far from downtown Savannah.

                                      So far it's been wonderful

I live in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom plus loft apartment. Last year we were paying $800/month because one of the residents screwed up some how and the Staff was going to delay my move. Which wasn't possible because airline tickets were already set & my husband was coming back from deployment. They worked it out and got us this apartment at that price, which was really nice. Since we renewed our lease they upped $50 our rent plus upped our garage rent also (can't remember how much we pay rent on garage, my husband does the payments). Water bill usually $20 and electricity is $90 since we are located at the top (because we have a loft) and it gets really hot in Savannah. Gated community, however the gate is always damaged most of the time. Maintenance is always responsive. I do want to point out that if you do not answer the door right away, they may open the door themselves but will call out "maintenance!" I dislike that, however I haven't dealt with that problem since last year. The neighborhood is clean, nice, and quiet. Kind neighbors (for the most part, sometimes there will be a whacky one), responsive maintenance, so far really nice Staff. I really like Jessica, she's very nice and always responsive. The paint on the kitchen cabinets are very cheap, they break off. You call the maintenance people and they'll paint over it... I haven't done that yet. Kitchen sink is small but manageable. They have a dishwasher. Provide washer/dryer. I honestly do not have complaints, as of now. Been living here for over a year now. What I am most afraid of is moving out. It seems like most of these negative feedbacks are when people move out... I'm nervous when the Army moves us some place else, the Staff may charge us for something that the previous owner left behind. I hope not but I'll be crossing my fingers.

Lived here years ago and was scammed for pet fees

I lived here a few years back, and had a middle aged labrador retriever, who was trained to the point that she hadn't had an accident in years. After leaving the apartment, including having the walk through signature and nothing at that point being broutght up, we were sent a bill in the mail for close to a thousand dollars for "pet urine in the carpet." I spoke with management who were rude and condescending, and eventually our family attorney, who said that apartment buildings pull little numbers like this all the time. It would cost us more money to fly back and take them to court than it would to pay the fee. He suggested we pay it and forget about it. We paid it, but have not forgotten. If you have a pet, and are looking for an apartment around the Savannah area, I would advise to not even consider the Links. You will end up paying much more than you bargained for!

                                        Poor management

Other than one girl, the management was not only rude and impatient but they were malicious and greedy. The management attempted to cheat me out of money by trying to convince me that if I renewed my contract and moved to another apartment in the complex, instead of getting the month off of rent that was being advertised, they would waive the transfer fee instead. The month off would have been 965, the fee was only 350! Umm, how about I just give you cash for it. Also, they charged me for pet damages from the person before me. The damages were under the carpet so how could I have seen that during the initial walk-through. When we first moved in there was a beautiful fountain in a pond immediately in front of our front door. Once the fountain broke, they never repaired it ant the pond turned into a smelly, slimy swamp-pit. The outdoor lighting was consistently out, making me feel like i couldn't allow my wife to walk the dogs at night for her safety.

                                            I LOVE living here!

I've been living here at the Links for a little over a year now, and I have to say, all my worries when I moved in here quickly disappeared. The management people are VERY nice and friendly, and always wave and say hello when they drive by in their golf carts. All of my problems in my apartment are ALWAYS fixed in a timely manner, and the maintenance staff are very friendly. One thing I'm not a huge fan of though when it comes to maintenance, is that if you don't hear them knocking, they will just walk into your house. I've had to yell at them a few times for coming in when I couldn't get to the door fast enough. At least they yell "Maintenance" when they enter. The pool seems to be ok, but I don't swim in it very much. Much of last year the pool near where I lived was always closed, along with the jacuzzi that is by it. But the pool at the office is always open. The neighbors seem to be very friendly and I haven't really had a problem with anyone so far. Yes, your electric bill will be a little high, since this is Savannah and IT GETS HOT HERE. And yes, you can hear the people upstairs stomping around, but you'll get that at any apartment complex. If you don't like it, get an apartment upstairs, problem solved. Luckily my neighbors aren't really noisy so I don't really have to deal with a problem. I see lots of military families and retired people living here, and tons of families are always walking around going to the pool or playground. I saw someone said they don't do routine exterminations, but so far I've had a pest guy come over to spray for bugs routinely. The only bug problem I've had here is with earwigs, and the pest guy came over and I haven't had a problem since. Another great thing I like is how thick the walls are. Its hard to hear what is going on in the next room. And I love being able to have a garden tub! The kitchen is nice, and we have a dishwasher which is always a plus. We have washer and dryer hookups (the apartment came with a washer and dryer but we had our own so they removed theirs for us.) which is nice so I don't have to go pay to do laundry. I don't understand why people are moving into these apartments if they say they are crappy quality, because before we moved in, we were shown the exact apartment we would be getting, before we signed any paperwork. If you don't like it, don't get it! I think the quality is nice compared to other places that are out there. Yes the AC units are old, and if your electric bill is sky high and your apartment is always hot, then your AC is probably broken. It doesn't take a genius to figure that one out. Our AC broke once, and we got it fixed right away, and its been cool in here ever since. One thing I don't like about the parking, is there isn't any reserved parking for you, but there are tons of spaces so you'll always have a place to park. Also, the gate at the front near the management office doesn't work, but so far we've had no issues from it. All in all, if you are looking for a quiet, nice, relaxing place to live, then I'd definitely suggest living here. Obviously you can't have straight up peace and quiet because this is after all an apartment complex, but its very quiet compared to most places, and definitely a family friendly place to live.

(website) here's a link for that www.prc.chathamcounty.org , plugged in address of The Links, and came up with the "Property Record Card." You can do this for ANY piece of property (it's all public information), you can then "hunt" down the real people to talk to if you have a problem! Hope this helps anyone looking to contact ANY property management company's headquaters!! This website (apartment ratings) WOULDN'T allow me to leave this post WITHOUT in-putting information, such as when I lived here, laundry situation, would I reccomend it, etc.,etc., so I just put something, to get this info out to everyone looking to contact ANY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY OR LANDLORD!!! Hope it helps!!

The Slums - Do Not Rent Here

To start, our apartment was not even ready when we drove from out-of-state (10 hours). We arrived at the apartment to find the place dirty and mold growing in the bathtub (of which was never removed after several promises of removal by the maintenance staff). The apartment is always damp and the hundred-year old air conditioning system is constantly running. Our electric bill has not been less than $200/month for a 2 bedroom. The second pool is constantly closed and a week ago we awoke to find all of the fish floating belly up in the pond (of which the fountain has never worked). The apartment staff tries to act like they are sympathetic to military families and that simply showing orders will allow you out of your lease free and clear. If you don't want them and question everything they do, they will nickel and dime you. Very false advertisement. Two months free rent really isn't free and the military clause really isn't abided by. The apartment staff is horribly inexperienced. Wood is rotting, moss/mold grows from poor drainage. We have had two very large cockroaches in our apartment and there are no routine exterminations. This complex provides false advertising both on its website and other rental websites. The gate is also never closed so it is far from a "gated community." I definitely recommend that you DO NOT rent here. This complex should be reported for unsafe conditions and failure to operate within its resident's best interests.
