Get Your Hands Out of My Pocket
Management will nickel and dime you any which way they can. They could care less if you have a concern or problem, as long as they can keep both hands in your pocket. They need to go back to school and learn we are the paying customers and that they are here only because of us. <br> <br>They trully believe that they are being impositioned when called upon and that we are but a large annoyance in between their gossiping and flirting with residents (totally unprofessional !!!) <br> <br>My advice.......keep on trucking.....keep driving pass exit #94

Management SUCKS
Beautiful apartment, but management is BAD. They are rude as hell and are not one bit co - operative, or flexible. Mean mean mean people. Also, they submeter the water, and you are overcharged for water.

Be Careful Here, They Submeter the water $$$$$$$$$$$$
This is another one of those complexes that submeteres it´s water.....translation....tenant rippoff....or should I say RIPOFF! <br> <br>Before you sign on the dotted line, demand to see a copy of an actual resident water bill.....Most are paying in excess of $50.00 a month for water. That is a ripoff!
