I have been satisfied with the unit and community in general considering the location and the price of rent. Like with any community there are areas for improvement as well as things they do exceptionally well. The immediate surrounding area is well stocked with restaurants if you don't mind sacrificing nutritional value and good shopping/eating is only a few minutes away in Pooler and Savannah. The weekend traffic from out of towners is terrible with all the hotels in the immediate vicinity. The complex amenities are plentiful and usually well kept. Lots of military families in the complex and common courtesy is hit or miss with a number of your neighbors. However; most everyone in the community has been nice and friendly when met around the grounds. I have had my car broken into only once in 2 years(knock on wood) which coming from Atlanta is a respectable total. Overall I have enjoyed my living experience with Arium Links and would recommend to anyone looking for housing in the area regardless of where you work.

I've been a resident for two weeks and so far so good. I love the area. It is really quiet and no disturbances. The leasing staff is really nice and helpful. They made sure my roommate and I were well taken care of. I look forward to the rest of my stay here in Arium Links!

I feel as though this apartment complex's prices are extremely to high you pay over $800 for a 500 something square ft apartment with no closet space and then they don't work with you at all as far as rent is concerned I've only been here a short while not even two months I was late about 1 week on my rent and they sent me an eviction notice. I don't recommend this apartment complex to anyone

The complex is generally very clean and well maintained. I have never had any complaints when it comes to the maintenance requests I've put for our apartment. They are always prompt to reply and to get the job done. I wish there were more parking spaces and that the walls in the apartments weren't so thin.

Awesome location and comes with washer and dryer. The apartments are spacious and clean. Up to date. The office employees are professional and enjoyable to talk to. The maintenance guys are polite and prompt, always helpful. I am renewing my lease due to price with accommodations and location.

The staff was very helpful. Stephanie was great and very helpful. She made me feel welcome. When Stephanie was not available Julie was great as well. I love my apartment. Its nice and quiet and I love it! i would recommend this place to others!

The appartments seem well maintained inside. They are spacious and comfortable.The grounds appear nice but drainage is sub-par and so it's constantly muddy. The pet area is almost always under water and unable to be used, pet bags often out

For me this place was apt because it is near to my work and it got all the things which I needed. The good thing is that it is in my budget compared to other unit around pooler. And yes obviously the market and restaurants is also not much far from this place. That was all I was looking for.

I love the location and I appreciate the friendly staff. It's a very quite area and located close to everything. I really like the website on how you can make payments, put in work order request, read news letters. I think it user friendly. Very nice.

Stress free process, moving in was a piece of cake which really took alot of my plate. The rent special we got moving was unbelievable no other complex came close to that kind of a deal. We walked into a new home for $100 we are so excited to be apart of the community!!

Fantastic apartments even better staff. The area is close to shopping and the interstate without being noisy. The maintenance crew is professional and polite. Parking is right outside the front door. Close to work and neighbors are nice as well.

Awesome Apartments to stay in. Work orders put in are responded quickly. Very convenient to grocery shopping and dine in areas. Walmart is about a mile down the stree and Apple bees, IHOP and ruby Tuesday is within walking distances as well as the gas stations.

i have enjoyed living here for the last 6 months or so. the community is well kept. the trash service is slightly unreliable, but maintenance is very nice and helpful. over all the location is great, and the few people i have met are very nice as well

I love it! The apartment was nice. Like the people around me plus its very very nice. Having pools open year round made the experience even better. The best part is having the washer and dryers in the apartment. Literally the only place in savannah that offer them.

Nice place. Can be a bit noisy with kids above us and right across from play area. Not enough of a problem to make me file a complaint. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend. Some issues w/ residents not cleaning up after pets, gross.

The community has gone down hill since moving in 1 1/2 years ago. We were attracted by the cleanliness, safety, and serenity of the complex. Over time, the security gates have been removed, the grounds are unkept, amenities have been taken away, lack of community activities, corporate management is rude and apathetic.

The staff is friendly, the apartment is spacious and open, and the location is perfect for me. Overall, it is what I was looking for at a price I can easily afford. The few issues I have so far are a flickering light and sometimes, because the complex is located near hotels, it can be loud in the mornings and evenings. This doesn't bother me at all, because I am up early for work and usually up late working on stuff or hanging out, but it could be a problem for a family. Overall, I can't recommend Arium Links enough.

During my the move in process I was asked to inspect my home and note any damages. I was on a timeline that day and was only able to briefly examine the unit. I've been here 5 days and I've realized my carpet is EXTREMELY dirty, my laundry rooms looks like it's never been cleaned, my blinds are dirty,the ceiling over my fireplace is covered in soot, I've seen numerous HUGE roaches in my kitchen and bedroom sink, stray/pet cats roam the neighborhood, the common grill area is extremely dirty and unkept. I also notified a staff member that my door light was out and it has not been fixed. I'm extremely disappointed with my move in. I'm surprised because the staff was so nice and helpful during my application process. Everyone was very nice, but I will be writing a negative review on any website I can because this is just ridiculous.

Very comfortable. The neighborhood is so far quiet and no drama. The valet trash pickup is on point. I only been here for 2 nights and I'm loving the atmosphere. The office staff is well educated and very helpful. I like how they respond to you in a timely manner.

Everything is going well. Maintenance gave me a waterline for my ice maker, I installed it and this afternoon, I had my fist born ice cube in the new apartment. I am so proud. Wish you could have been there. At lest it won't be the last can't wait to show you pics. Of how little puddles matured. Thank you.

Great experience, quick timely move in nice peaceful environment. Stephanie helped with the entire move in from the time I was searching to the application all the way to the move in. It was actually the quickest experience I have even encountered with moving. the neighborhood is lovely. I love that everyone has their own entrance as well.
