Leasing agent was very helpful & informative and answered all questions I had. Property appearance was good; quiet and clean while I did my tour of the property. I actually signed a lease within a few days after visiting.

So far community has been quiet and peaceful. The move in process was seamless. Staff provided all information necessary to move in. The package center is a great feature that makes it easy to not worry about stolen packages.

Nice community. May look at it in later on down the line. Love the amenities. Definitely my kind of place! However the admin fee being due at the time of application which was non refundable was not attractive so I opted out. That is bad business practices.

So far my move-in has been great! Front office and maintenance has been very responsive and friendly. I got to tour the same apartment I'm leasing so I know exactly what I'm getting. The area around the apartment complex is very convenient too!

Living in the community is great. It's gorgeous, has great amenities, and awesome leasing staff. Best living community in Cobb County. I love our community events and convenience to grocery store and great restaurants.

I've had an amazing experience at Sync at Jonquil Apartments! The community is well-maintained, quiet, and the perfect place to call home. The amenities are top-notch, especially the pool and fitness center, and the management team is always friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live!

The leasing agent was professional, courteous, and thorough. The amenities were exceptional and the spaces were beautiful! The community areas were clean, classy, and well maintained. Parking was a breeze and there are many amenities nearby.

Fabulous staff. They are responsive and present and invested in making this a wonderful community. I have had few issues since moving in, but when a problem arises, the property team is quick to respond. They are always professional and have safety at the top of their priority.

It really needs to clean the areas in the elevators, parking deck and halls! They are really dirty and dusty! It looks will bad! They to have the halls cleaned professionally! The rent is high it needs better upkeep !!!

I was impressed the moment I walked in the doors for my tour. This is in the perfect location, walking distance from the park and community center, and the staff has been so courteous. I'm already imagining myself working out in the gym and swimming in the pool.

I have been living at sync at jonquil for about a year and a half now. My experience has been amazing. Maintenance requests are fulfilled same day (in my experience), there are great resident events, and the leasing staff is lovely. I love being in close proximity to stores and restaurants. I rarely encounter any pest issues. I've had to call Pest control only once since living here. Neighbors are friendly and not too disrupting. My biggest concern is the gates needing repairs every now and then. Other than that, I highly recommend these apartments!

I have had the pleasure of living here at Sync at Jonquil going on 5 years. It's conveniently located near 285 Hwy, Publix Grocery Store, several popular restaurants and LGE Credit Union. In the 5 years of living here, I met some wonderful people and we shared life experiences as well as health and fitness. Having a pool view really help me to think of exciting vacation destiny's for the new year 2024. I love living here!!!

If you are in search of a well keep property in a great location this the property for you. The apartments are modern and cozy. The leasing office agents are wonderful! The area is full of great community activities and great for outdoor walks or runs. Steps away from grocery shopping, gas station, and a variety of great food establishments.

This community seems quiet and the facilities are clean. I was pleasantly surprised that the empty apartment we toured was clean and well taken care of, even after the resident left. The community is also in an ideal location, with a grocery store and restaurants nearby.

Overall, the property has been good. Dana has been the best manager compared to the others. I have noticed a huge improvement visually and communication-wise. It is also great to see that we have a consistent maintenance team as well. They are wonderful!!

When I visited the apartment complex, it's very well maintained and cleaned from what I saw. This was my second time visiting and I been sold to move in when I get the chance. I love the one bedroom layout and I love the luxury aspects of it. I could see myself staying there for many years and my mother also wants to move there for a long time. She's in love with the place and fits her needs and Alma was very kind and respectful throughout our tour

This community is awesome. Parking can be challenging and the rent is a bit high. Leasing office is excellent and professional and the maintenance team is Awesome. Property is always clean and I feel safe

Location is perfect, everything is within walking distance. Restaurants, park, gas, supermarket, freeway. Staff is friendly & helpful. I have not had a negative experience since living here. I would recommend.

It's a nice community but there are roaches all down the halls and the floors are nasty. I found a live roach in my bed. I was ready to move out immediately. I just wish they would clean the hallways.

Love my apartment, couldn't ask for better staff. Prompt response for everything I need. Great neighborhood, convenient to any and everything I need. Beautiful gym, pool and beer garden. Would highly recommend the SYNC@ Jonquil!

It is a great experience to live here for many years. I only had one complaint about my belong. Some one destroyed my scooter and unfortunately is no cameras around to show who was , I kept the scooter for more 12 years. I was mad when I saw it that way. And still mad But other then that no problem everything went well.
