I'm new to Smyrna and looked around at several complexes before deciding on Sync at Jonquil. My husband and I are very happy here. The staff is remarkable and the place is beautiful! We dropped our gym membership because the gym here is awesome - they even have a fitness instructor! We've been here 6 months and have had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this place to everyone and anyone looking for a modern, upscale place to call home. It's well maintained and the staff really cares about the people and the property. We'll be here for a while!

Very homely. Definitely worth a five star. Professional staffs, clean and quiet environment. Will sure recommend to friends. True deserving of a place to call home. Happy to be a member of this lovely community

Thus far, I have a had a positive experience while living here. My neighbors are quiet, the leasing staff are very professional and I love the area. I have no complaints and will most likely renew my lease.

I wouldn't recommend this property fire alarms randomly go off in the early morning hours often, the hallways aren't cleaned regularly nor are there cameras in place for security. You won't get the value of the dollars spent to live here.

I'm disappointed that the trash situation is out of control. I've seen rats running around outside. Some of the security doors and gates are occasionally not functioning correctly. The access gate to the garage is contrary. One of only two elevators has been out of order for several days.

Overall this is a great community. Good location in the heart of Smyrna. There is a problem with residents not picking up after their pets which is being rectified with a tracking system. In addition residents tend to throw trash anywhere which is troubling. There is also the occasional fire alarm goes off at odd hours of the night without warning and malfunctions on several instances.

My experience at SYNC has been great. I enjoy my apartment and the facilities. The staff is helpful. I think this is one of the nicest apartments around for the price. I would recommend this community for anyone.

In my opinion the rent is reasonable BUT the leasing office is horrible. They don't respond to emails. The fire alarm goes office in the middle of night at least once a month. The leasing office lies to use about the cause of fire alarms. A fireman told me one thing and the leasing office sent out a email stating it was something different. The doors are from the parking deck are constantly not secure.

It was nice, but could have been better. Pros- Unit was clean Functional Maintenance guys are really good Management responded to our requests for maintenance, but a bit quicker would be better Cons We had a truck that wont pass through the clearance of the parking. Our unit is on 4th floor, and we had heavy furniture, and obviously wanted to use the lift. We parked our truck, in the parking deck, outside the level 0 elevator door (mind you not the main entrance). Management told us to not park there as its not "aesthetic". Didn't provide a solution either. Instead asked us to park in Publix's paring, and carry everything by hand? Hearing that I retorted back saying "this can't be an acceptable solution as you must understand its not humanly possible to carry such heavy stuff and walk all that distance". That's when she goes "alright, park it outside the elevator". This incident made me think, they are unreasonable/irrational on some occasions, and just reinstates the issue rather than smartly providing a solution.

Really great and diverse community. The office staff is caring, friendly, concerned, and professional. Some of them are also our neighbors ??. The area is awesome and offers an array of restaurants and activities. Easy access to every major highway.

SYNC at Jonquil is truly the best apartment community I've ever lived at. The team here cares so much about your quality of life, and the property is kept in tip-top shape at all times. The apartment finishes are exquisite and the location is prime. Love having a Publix & food/retail options steps away, plus The Battery and Cumberland Mall area just 2 miles down Spring Road, an easy 3-minute drive or a 30-minute walk. I truly couldn't think of a better place to live in the greater Smyrna area.

SYNC is awesome. Hope got us a tour of the place and we knew immediately that we wanted to be here. Carol and Blake were very welcoming to my pet and I on move-in morning. Hope even let me in 10 minutes early it was freezing cold outside. Such a great team!

I love this community. The amenities are beautiful and have enjoyed using them. The neighbors for the most part are friendly. My apartment is comfortable and the stainless steel appliances are beautiful. The only down side is that this community does not have adequate green space for people with pets, and there are a lot of pets here. IF all pet parents were responsible and picked up their pet waste, this wouldn't be a problem, but you know people will be people. There are pet waste bags and trash cans all around and some pet parents still wont clean up after their furbabies. The community is working to address this with pet owners. Other than this concern, I still love this community. Very convenient to I-75 and I285, lots of conveniences....Yes, I enjoy my corner of the world.

My experience has been great so far. This community is at a perfect location and there's a lot to do around the area. We enjoy being close to everythjng and also liked being in a quiet environment. I would definitely recommend this place to our friends.

My move in experience has been wonderful. The entire staff including maintenance has been excellent and responsive. I am happy and excite about this new beginning and living. The property is well kept and the it has been quite.

Nice apartments, and amenities but the overall cleanliness has decreased and the neighbors do not care for keeping the community clean and picking up after their pets. Also, people leave the door gates open at all times so there is no sense of security

Overall a great location as there is a Publix shopping center right next to the apartments. Also close to the battery and Cumberland mall. There are a lot of nice parks nearby as well. Close access to I-285 and I-75. Package delivery system is convenient.

Nice place to live. High end community. Amazing amenities. Location is perfect. Office staff does a great job. Near by restaurants and bars are pretty good. Trash pick up is always a plus. Club house is beautiful.

Overall very happy. I love my apt. I like that it is new and all appliances are state-of-the-art. The layout is great. The only concern are neighbors that are not very considerate in the way they treat the community, or the noise they make.

Not a very pleasant experience at all. The apartment itself is beautiful, but the community is not. Not well or properly maintained at all. Management seems to care more about getting vacant units rented than in maintaining the property itself. Many things are broken/repeatedly out of service; dog feces litter the property with nothing being done to correct the issue; trash bins overflow outside the community on a weekly basis; doors frequently propped open/left open, trash/debris litter the hallways/common areas for days or weeks at a time.

Grounds need attention. Animal waste everywhere. Instead of paying for Doggie DNA (which won't work cause we are not a closed community), maybeinvest in outdoor cameras or someone to clean grounds daily of animal forces and trash. Pine straw should be laid down at least every 4-6 months.

Just moved in. It's a new build, so the apt and all of the fixtures and appliances are super nice. Very well laid out and spacious. Folks at the front were great throughout the rental process and worked hard to get us the best deal.

This apartment community is a great community in a great location. Prices are comparable to the midtown/buckhead areas of Atlanta, but nicer and without all the hustle and bustle. I would recommend his community to friends.

The community itself is nice. They don't have a lot of activities for residents and staff is slow to address concerns around the community. This happened after a change in management. Prior to that we had good communication with the staff and lots of events. It is convenient to shopping and restaurants which is a plus. They have issue with people not picking up behind their dogs. Not a lot of areas to walk pets. Can sometimes here neighbors surround sound but for the most part it is pretty quiet.

I have been truly happy with my experience up until this point. I have now had to make two maintenance request and one complaint on a neighbor. BOTH of which the apartment staff have not handled. My heat is blowing cold air. Both times they have said it was fixed, but I do not believe they know what cold air feels like. Or even stay long enough to confirm it is heating. I recommend they get on google, research that potentially the wiring could have been installed incorrectly and fix the issue. Do not move here if you need a maintenance request actually completed.
