Staff/Maintenance are Phenomenal. Community is always clean and quiet. Much to do in the surrounding communities. Dining Shopping Social Networking. Very close to major highways which makes commuting very pleasing.

The community is at an awsome location and has convenient acccess to interstates, shopping, dining, and entertainment. Great school districts and parks close by for those with children. The apartments are beautiful and spacious with a wonderful staff. One of the best communities in the area!

Loved the move in process I had a good experience. However didn't think insulation was so bad in the units. I can quite a bit what my neighbors are doing. Also had a bad experience with the neighbor underneath who rudely kicked on my door claiming I was too loud and i was only entertaining a few guests. I'm usually very respectful of my neighbors but they were very rude. Other than that the units are very nice I've never had an issue it's just the pricing is very high.

Decent place to live. Stricter laws for pets should be enforced. Shared spaces are sometimes filled with pet urine and feces. I live close to the back side of the building where train noise is an issue. Would be great if soundproofing could be added or doors could be added to those breezeways to try to eliminate some of the train noise.

Great location, nice amenities,club house,exercise room. Good location to relatives, my office. Shopping locations. Very close to highways, malls. Close to our church.Spacious apartment, good layout, clean appliances.

Resident for 9 months. Units and amenities are new with updated appliances. Google Fiber access is great. Residents are pleasant and I haven't heard of any incidents. Be aware of the nearby railroad and the noise that it generates when considering unit location - sound dampening in units is pretty good, but not to the exclusion of the numerous trains per day. If you're considering a unit overlooking the railroad try to tour long enough to hear a passing train from inside the apartment. Located in the same parking lot as a Publix and 3 restaurants. Easy walking access to 6+ more restaurants. Roughly 6 minutes to 285, maybe 10-12 during weekday traffic? In-unit laundry is a nice perk. Compulsory fee for door trash pickup service. Among the most expensive in the area primarily due to age I assume.

I have enjoyed living at Sync at Jonquil since June. The staff has been great with helping with anything that needs attention. It continues to be a friendly and clean environment. My one bedroom apartment is extremely spacious and I love the location and what surrounds the complex. Great access to 285, 75 and Suntrust Park! I am glad I chose this location to call my home.

Great apartment community and management company. Quick to respond and communicate on a regular basis. We live in a 3/2 facing Spring Road at ground level, although we're on our he third floor. It's a bit noisy, but the city noise calms down at night. Walkable to Smyrna Market Village, Publix, CVS, and local restaurants. Great amenities!

Beautiful apt. Lots of natural light. Location is great. Noise level inside apt is low. Apts are new and clean. Gas cooking in kitchens. Valet trash. Conveniant to eating and a brand new Publix. Secure parking deck.

The parking garage is filthy, there was dried vomit next next to my parking space this morning. The trash room is filthy. It smells like a garbage dump when I walk to my car. I'm paying 2500 per month for rent in Smyrna and no one has fixed the gate by our apartment after I've asked and emailed multiple times.

Office management team professional yet friendly and fun. Always listens to your concerns and acts on them if necessary. Addresses community safety and maintenance issues in timely fashion. Schedules community activities. Really do like all of the employees and my neighbors are unbelievably helpful if they see me struggling in the common areas with grocery cart or the like. In fact, it is unimaginable how young people almost run to help me.

The complex is extremely beautiful and conveniently located to everything. You will fall in love with the area and the luxury style of your new home. The staff are very nice and inviting. Ariane was amazing to work with and really took her time showing me around and answering every question I had. She made the process very smooth and is extremely pleasant. I’m so glad decided to move here!

I love living here! I have a huge one bedroom. My dog is happy as well- We have a pet spa, and lots of areas around the building to walk my dog. It's super close to Publix too! I love it and love how big our gym is.
