My experience in the community has been fine, I have no complaints regarding the staff, my unit, or amenities. I love the corner my unit it is, it's quiet, my neighbors were quiet, no excessive pest, when I did make work orders, they were completed

This community is drop dead gorgeous. The property manager, Dana, and the entire team in the office are beyond exceptional. There is not an issue they can't solve and they truly connect and care about the residents. I'm not going anywhere!

It's been nice minus the train noise, elevators being down and the dirty hallways. My neighbors are nice and the apartments are in a nice area and affordable. I love the park area and how convenient everything is.

Alexis was great, the community is beautiful and quiet. I am excited to move in!! She went over the whole move in process and made me comfortable. I'm excited to start over in my new place knowing someone like her is in the office looking over us.

Good office support and maintenance responses. Hallway appearance, parking for handicap on first floor needs additional spaces and fire alarms set off too often. Also could use some ideas for social activities low participation numbers

It has been a great experience thus far. No complaints, staff has been amazing, neighbors are friendly. Community is clean, apartments updated and location is unmatched. Honestly very happy to call Sync at Jonquil my new home.

My apartment is super cute! And it's so convenient to be right next to Publix, and some other delicious restaurants! The move in process was very quick and easy, and the staff have been absolutely wonderful!

I enjoy living here. I've been here for about 2 years and plan to renew for a third year. It's a very quiet and clean community. Maintenance is quick and management is nice and responsive. The community does have quiet hours from 10 -7 which is annoying because it's hard to entertain friends and family.

It was easy to transition to the apartment abs it is very convenient. The price of the apartment isn't worth it based on the other rental properties available. It seems more enhancements to the apartments is needed to justify the price. It's more the location you seem to be paying for.

This is a very good community. The location is excellent, the area is relatively clean, clear, and safe. I'm able to leave my vehicle parked for days without needing it to grocery shop, eat out, or walk the trails for fresh air and exercise. Can't say that about other locations that I've resided. This is a good setup for modern living.

Pretty good overall. The property and amenities are beautiful. The maintenance staff is fast and very helpful. If I had a con, it would have to be some of the neighbors. Most of them DO NOT follow the rules that make living in a close community pleasant.

Grotesque? I regret the day we moved here. I don't handle the rule breaking of other tenants well, and I especially don't handle well when the office staff doesn't do anything about really. Not too much longer until we can move on.

I need more time to assess. I just moved in. The staff is very friendly. I will say I expected to receive the apartment in better condition (it had a lot of cobwebs, stains on the walls, appliances dented, etc.).

My experience has been great. The office staff is very attentive and friendly. The community is relatively quiet during resting hours. I haven't had any maintenance issues that required any attention so far. I am very pleased with this choice as my home.

Office staff is professional and attentive. We have had five fire alarms (no fires) in the middle of the night since July. It would be helpful if the office was staffed on Sundays. Office staff should be as attentive to residents as to possible new leases.

Overall, a nice place to live. The apartment is well appointed, a washer/dryer come with the unit. The one drawback is security in the parking garage. I have experienced two instances of theft from my vehicle. A neighbor had a window smashed and items stolen from his car. Non-resident cars constantly piggyback residents to gain entrance. The security issue for me is the biggest disappointment for the cost of rent here, which is high.

Its beautiful and convenient to everything around Atlanta. There is a parking deck so parking is covered and you dont have to worry about your car getting dirty or whethered. My apartment is beautiful (kitchen and color scheme wise). My one bedroom is plenty space for a couple. Washer and dry included. Friendly staff. On top of complaints or questions. Overall love it here.

So far everything has been great. We are please with the community so far. The complex has everything we hoped for. We are looking forward to a very happy experience here. Just a couple of things. The elevator at the back of the property still not working. Would it be possible to have some sort of carts available at each door in the parking structure for residence to carry in their packages?

It's been wonderful so far. We had a quick application and move-in process. Maintenance was incredibly quick when it came to fixing the little issues we had. Our neighbors are quiet and the amenities are lovely.

I've been living at this location for a very brief period of time. So far it appears that the staff tries to be as professional as possible. The only small inconveniences have been other residents and their use of gas in the kitchen. One time they were able to find who left it on, and the other time they weren't which led to the gas company having to turn it off for a day.
