I've lived in many apartments, and none have compared to Sync at Jonquil in the areas that to me are most important. Sync at jonquil has by far the most dependable and efficient services/management. The maintenance team is excellent and respond to requests within 1-2 days unless it's an emergency. Great area to live in and The staff here definitely make living here even better !

I have met some really nice neighbors. My apartment home is really nice. I like the floors, counters, and kitchen space. Unfortunately there are people who don't respect the community because they don't pick up after their dogs or themselves. There is a lot of dog poop around the community. We also do not have cameras in the hallway or parking garage. Sometimes the doors and/or gates are not working properly so it is easy for someone to come in that is not a resident. There are some nice things such as the pool area, the cyber caf?, and club house area which can be rented out. It is a non-smoking building but of course people don't listen. There is no dog park, and for a community that has many people with pets that sucks. Oh and some people are sneaky and try to do Air BnB here and that is prohibited. My advice to you is to have them walk you around the premises, even in the back and on the sides, and allow you to go down the hallways not only just where the model homes are.

I love it here. The staff is really nice and prompt when any areas of concerns are addressed. I love the amenities and the closeness to everything. The complex is very well kept. I had concerns about the safety but since I've been here I've been very comfortable.

Since moving here in 2020 my experience has been great! Even with the office team changing i have had very great and professional experience from them. Any concerns I've ever had in my unit maintenance has been there the same day. I love the location and the community. Would love to stay here another year but I'm aware they will be going up on the rent and not sure if i will be able to manage it. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone.

Inside my apartment is nice but the overall building appearance does not match that quality. From broken entrance gates to broken doors, i don't feel like the overall appearance is not consistent with the amount of quality you expect at this rate.

I was looking for a very convenient community that was not far from my new job (relocated here from out of state) and this was the perfect place. Very quiet and is conveniently located right next to Publix. There are other stores probably like 5 mins away. Great apartment!

Beautiful community but the maintenance is inconsistent and bugs consistently run around the breezeways, & pool areas. It is a new building,however, in the short time here there have been many issues. With the changes in management and in maintenance it seems to have presented many problems. If they think the issue is an emergency they will handle it in a timely manner otherwise I've had to wait months to get "simpler" issues resolved such as changing out light fixtures that don't work inside and outside the apartment. I expected a lot more from Sync-at Jonquil and am saddened to see that they are unable to properly maintain the up keep of the property.

Sync at jonquil is a great community in a great location. I love the safety, effort and carefulness put into this apartment to make sure it is a great place to live. The Jonquil team cares about what I have to say along with making sure I'm taken care of. There are many perks to this apartment like valet trash, gym, pull and a lovely courtyard area.

The individual apartments are nice, but the community and lack of enforcement of lease clauses is terrible. For the price you pay, you would expect a nice community to live in, but in the 3+ years I've lived here it has been declining and has definitely gotten worse since the change in management company. It is supposed to be a smoke free community but in the evening the stench of smoke is thick in the air. All pets are to be registered with the office and dogs will have a DNA sample collected so the office can fine for any waste not picked up, but so many dogs are not registered which means there is dog poop everywhere. There are secure entrances which you need a fab to enter, but these are consistently being disabled and the complex will take weeks or months to repair. There has been car break ins in a "secure" parking deck. If you do decide to move here, make sure you review your fire evacuation route as per the posted signs and check to make sure it is actually a viable option before the alarm goes off. The one closest to my apartment was locked by the new management company and the signs never updated. I had informed them of this but they indicated that this stairwell that only has access to the parking deck was never meant to be an exit (even though there is an exit sign illuminated above it). They claim that it has to be locked since the door on the first floor is not behind the secure parking gates, but all they would have to do is install a fab reader at that door. Even with this door on the first floor was locked, there are plenty of people that walk into the secured deck area by following a car in or going through a disabled security door. Per the lease, sublet is not possible but there are apartments that are being rented out by the residents.

I love it here. My apartment is beautiful & spacious. The community is safe. The people in the office always takes care on things in a timely manner. My neighbors are friendly. Publix is literally walking distance. I'll be renewing my lease for sure.

Once the new management company took over, things got progressively worse. The overall appearance of the complex tanked! The dumpsters are always overflowing. Exterior doors always broken. Look elsewhere!
