Nearing the end our 15 mo lease and happy to be close to finished. When we first moved in, amenities and grounds were maintained. Since Dec 2019, changes in cleanliness and amenities have been drastic TVs do not work in common area, dog feces ground into hallways which have not been mopped in months The pool is dirty. Lights out in the hallways. Cars broken into on the 4th and 5th floor gated garage. Something has seriously changed since the end of 2019. Ready to leave this place.

I've had a great experience so far with Sync at Jonquil. The leasing office really sold the entire complex to me during the visits that I had when I was looking. Hope, the leasing agent was super helpful.

When I first moved her the community was. We and well maintained. In recent years the community has gone down there is trash around the property in the garage doors are not secure multiple lights are out around the community

Was a smooth transition and the staff was quite welcoming during a stressful transition. Also they offered me a hand truck to use. I thought that was really nice of them and they asked me once I was done if everything went well.

Don't move here it is too expensive and not worth the money. Parking is terrible. Most times have to park on 3rd 4th floor to just go down to the 1rst floor of where you live. Too many car break-in and camera caught nothing or nobody. Plus you're still liable when criminals break-in under gated car park garage. The garage falls on your car you're still liable. You might as well go park at Publix and walk home daily.

Would not recommend this place as a great place to live; the community does not maintain the back part of the property even after several requests. It's not a great experience in addition to the train.

So far it has been great! All of the amenities are closed which stinks because the gym was open before we moved in. Other than that, the apartments are super nice, the pool looks amazing, and the Biergarten is amazing to see lit up at night.

The location is wonderful. Right next to a grocery store, pharmacy, has station and plenty of restaurants. The apartments are beautiful and the floor plans are very spacious. There are hardly ever any problems parking and the staff is excellent!

Fabulous apartment community. Friendly Management and Service staff. Wonderful amenities such as pool and garden area. Gas grills available for residents to use. Secure garage parking. Package room for deliveries.

We just moved in this month and could not be happier with the apartment. It is beautiful, modern, spacious, and practical. There is abundant storage space and the appliances are as updated as it gets. Also the office staff is so nice and worked with me through my countless questions and changes to the move-in plan. Needless to say, we love it here!

Great community team. Great apartments. Was sparkling clean when I moved in. Although had a little wear and tear which I reported. But overall just amazing. Great deals on rent and more importantly an amazing fitness center.

The leasing office staff is very helpful and professional. Moving in during COVID-19 was very easy. The community is very well maintained and quiet. The location is close to major highways and the Atlanta Braves ballpark and The Battery.

The deciding factor for me choosing this apartment was the staff and upgrades. The openness of the kitchen and storage/cabinet space is amazing. I wanted a deck/patio space and I have that. Also a parking garage was important to me.

Quality digs at an ok price. Some small things around the building are broken but the place still looks nice. The community is decent and the location is fantastic. The management staff is barebones but absolutely fantastic. Shouts out to Hope.

The apartment community is great. They provided great info about the apartment as well as availability of the units. They also were great at following up upon leaving the community before I decided to lease there. I love the staff.

I have been very satisfied with my stay at SYNC. The staff, office and maintenance, have been amazing (Can't be stressed enough)!! I truly appreciate the open & efficient communication to the community. The community amenities are top notch as well!

Looking for security, cleanliness and quiet. Security doors have not been working for months entering 2nd level from parking deck. Wish the management would enforce some rules: no smoking, no trash cans in hall, publix carts, junk on balconies (don't know if that is part of "rules"). Love proximity to conveniences.

Overall good. Parking garage needs trash picked up almost daily, floors very thin so can can hear every move upstairs neighbors make, have never seen supposed courtesy officer. Great to have grocery store and restaurants in parking lot!

The community is wonderful. The staff is amazing. They go above and beyond to help you with any and all problems. The community is great as well. Everyone is really friendly and the shared spaces feel open and enjoyed by all.

The community is sub par for the luxury prices we pay. There is dog feces everywhere, the gate arm has been missing for months, and the maintenance does not complete tasks. Hope Marshall is the only leasing office employee that does anything ( they should honestly hire her as the manger of the entire site). If you are looking for luxury, go elsewhere.

This community is luxury pricing for shabby living. The property is not kept well and is always dirty. Every door is always broken in some form or fashion. We pay upwards of $2400 to live in partial filth in the common areas. Hope is the only one in the office that is actually professional and consistent when it comes to dealing with issues. The cleaning staff don't adequately clean as they should. THE TRASH RECEPTACLES ARE ALWAYS OVERFLOWING. I can go on and on. Needless to say, when our lease is up, we're moving out. It's such a shame though, the property has so much potential if there was good management.

This is a beautiful community with awesome amenities. I absolutely love the property and living here. It a quiet community and the spaces for entertaining are wonderful. The serene feel of the garden is what was the deciding factor on my choice to live here

We sold our home and downsized and love it here! The staff have always been very helpful and feel like family. Anytime we have needed anything done, it is done very quickly. We love our unit, the view, the amenities and have made it our new home!

Very quiet and local community with many surrounding amenities that allow for the best environment for a young family or person to grow. With having the security of local law enforcement close by, the pleasures of all your shopping needs in walking distance, it truly is a great community for new beginnings

I have only been here for a couple of months and haven't really had a chance to experience the community as I would like. There has only been one community event. I moved in the winter and haven't been able to enjoy the pool or the other outdoor amenities. I think that the breezeways and other areas could be cleaner.
