Overall I have had a great experience living at Sync at Jonquil. The location is perfect and walkable to many of my favorite spots. I will say this apartment is not ideal for dogs but is doable once adjusted. The staff is very friendly and easy to work with. Great place overall.

I feel like I live in a luxury hotel. The service is great, awesome pool and community views, wonderful and clean grounds. New gym equipment and maintenance staff and team are always out working and making it look great.

The community did not live up to the expectations and given lack of attention to detail around the community we are simply wasting money. It's not pleasant to walk around the community with all the trash and waste. Selectively enforcing rules is frustrating for those of us that DO follow rules.

Just moved here, but the complex is beautiful, quiet, and in the perfect location for entertainment and dining out in Vinings. The train is right next to the complex, so if that will irritate you don't move here. It doesn't bother me.

Apartments are modern, and the walls are well insulated. My apartment was on the top floor (5) and I never heard my neighbors. Gated parking and you can drive up to your floor. Pool and gym are spacious and not crowded. Although the community is dog friendly and there are side walks to walk your dog, there isn't any designated green space or park for pets. Love being able to walk to local restaurants and grocery!

I love this community, especially my apartment. Both the office staff and the maintenance staff are very friendly, helpful, and efficient. I back up to the dog walking area and have met many neighbors of the 2 and 4 legged type. This is a very pet-friendly community!

Gates continuously broken. Trash rooms are DEPLORABLE!!! Trash is sometimes stacked to 3-4 feet off the floor. Maintenance is very poor with requests. Has seriously gone down since l moved in when the property opened two years ago. Original management was awesome. New management...not so much.

Great location, friendly community, covered parking, good security. We are very happy we moved here. The leasing agents are super and follow up with you. The maintenance services are responsive and security is visible & effective.

We just recently moved in. If I had known about the trash issue beforehand we would have moved elsewhere. The idea of having someone come around every night to pick up our trash is a good idea, but they seem to store it in what's called a trash room on every floor in the parking garage. Still not sure why they don't just put it in dumpsters.... it's disgusting and unsanitary. And for the price we pay for rent this should be handled better. Also I've had a maintenance request in for a week and a half now. They sent an email saying they had fixed both issues but neither have the been actually fixed.

I have drafted a lengthy email to the from office discussing my frustration around my move in process. To make it plan my unit was not cleaned prior to my fianc? and I moving in; it was cleaning and repaired the day of.

Not great. There are constant issues with the trash rooms overflowing. It is taken a long time simply to get hallway lights replaced. The new set of residents being brought onto the property are constantly breaking the entry Gates and leaving trash in the parking lot. Constant fire alarms going off. It is not my intention simply to down rate this complex but it has not been the best experience thus far. I have a neighbor who is constantly in contact with the corporate offices for this property trying to get things addressed. Residents are trying to give feedback for the Improvement of the overall living condition.

Hope was wonderful! She was so helpful and knowledgeable about everything that was asked of her. Carol was nice when I spoke with her and diligent in getting my paperwork handled. Hope was the BEST!!!! Blake was okay, but overall those two ladies (Hope and Carol) were amazing.Great experience so far.

The concept of UPSCALE has a lot to be desired. The front entrance of the building is well maintained as is the club area and gym. Our apartment is great. Big concerns are Trash! The outside back of the building looks like a landfill. I've seen old mattress lying around for weeks! Trash is always on the ground, someone loves chicken wings that are constantly found at the back garage entrance. The dumpster lids are always opened and overflowing with trash. Therefore the trash goes on the ground the wind blows the trash down the fire lane. The pet feces have gotten better since the DNA testing was done. People with thee pets are abundant. We pay every month to have a pet! Community events have been limited. Most of the residents are unfriendly, they won't even say good morning or good evening. The maintenance staff is over worked! It is not possible for two humans to keep up with this entire building providing repairs, evictions, move outs and trash. Office staff is friendly and concerned. The problem with SYNC is the Upper Management (Ownership) not the Office Manager. The corporate Managers of SYNC Properties are the problem. I spend two days a week at IHG properties and they are more UPSCALE than the Apartment building I live in.

Great Amenities, great access to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and the city. Good kitchen appliances and apartment layout. Security could be improved with better gates at the entrances. Contains a nice pool, great personal gym, relaxing out door lounge area, and stylish club room.

My experience has been great so far. No issues with management, but I wish some people in the community would respect the complex and recreation areas better. Otherwise I am loving it here and would recommend this place.

The community is conveniently located besides Publix grocery store and several restaurants. The apartments are spacious and offer plenty of storage space! Which was a definite necessity. One downfall is the distance from the parking garage to your apartment depending upon the side you reside. I wish there were more points of acesss from the parking garage to our hallway.

This community has rapidly gone down hill since I moved in. Robberies occur in the parking deck, trash everywhere all the time so it stinks constantly, continuous noise from neighbors despite complaints, I've seen police there on numerous occasions and pet issues are common. If some of these were actually resolved I think the community would thrive. It's a beautiful place but upkeep is very poor.

It has been good so far. I have only been here 1 week. I enjoy the amenities and the staff has been very helpful! The only two downfalls I have had so far are the distance it is to walk to my apartment. I am on the back side of the building and there is no easy way to get there. Also, the trash rooms in the parking garage are overflowing and trash is everywhere.

We only have been in the apartment for 1 week. It's been great so far. The amenities look very well maintained and clean. Really great design and atmosphere. It looks really inviting. Love the outdoor space in the biergarten for hanging out with friends.

We had an overall great experience moving into the Sync at Jonquil. The location is what got us, but when we saw the quality of the apartments we had no doubt this is where we wanted to live! The staff has been nothing but friendly and helpful!! We plan to be here for a long time!

During the 1st 4 months of moving in this community, it was a like a dream come true, but as ALTA phased out and SYNC came online the level of service dropped. Here we are almost 12 months later and the level of service is slowly coming back to par.

As a new renter, SYNC at Jonquil made moving transition smooth. The staff is very helpful and always has a positive attitude when speaking with their residence. I definitely recommend this apartment complex to people who are trying to move into Smyrna area.

So far my experience here at Jonquil had been very pleasant. I like the apartment layout it feels like and actual home. The pool area and club house is awesome, the bests I have seen so far. Overall this is a wonderful place to live!

The staff is very nice, place is clean, but fire alarms are out of control and parking, seems some people have too many cars, need more control of that. Overall the property is well maintained and people are nice.
