I've only been there for about a week or so but as of now it's a very nice apartment. The staff is very professional and the location great to stores restaurants and major highways. The city of Smyrna is a up and coming city.

Good afternoon. I am writing this review after witnessing the treatment, and living conditions that my best friend is currently living in. The building is not safe, not clean, not up to par for the amount of money that is paid. The staff act as if we are paying them for a service… what service? The girl in the office thinks she owns the office, and has 0 customer service. My dear friend suffers from anxiety, and she is living above a Airbnb. When she walks her 3 pound dog, she walks with a 9mm on her hip. Hello? Are we in the hood, or are we in Smyrna? However, the hood most likely is cheaper, and safer. Oh, what about that fire alarm… anyone else hear that fire alarm at 3am? I’m just asking… making sure I’m not crazy. I’m confused as to why people are paying thousands of $ a month for a half assed run apartment community with bugs crawling up, and down the hallways. Also, if proper cameras were installed, the management would see that random people are walking & standing around the community.

In nearly 3 years of occupancy, the quality of maintenance has deteriorated. Ceilings in common area stairwells are falling down, security doors won't close, gate key driven garage entry gates are locked in open position for weeks awaiting repair, noise levels have significantly increased with residents not respecting curfews in common areas, multiple false alarm fire alarms monthly, and telephone system to direct attempts to contact property office rarely is operational.

Everything is satisfactory. It takes a while to get things fixed such as the 16 foot TV, pool cues, or replace drinking water filter, but not a big deal. 10% late fee is ludicrous. xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

So far so good. Only a few minor glitches but I'm sure they will be fixed soon. The pool and club house are amazing. I can't say enough about the amenities. No need to join a gym. My favorite is the courtyard!!

My boyfriend and I just moved in a few weeks ago and so far so good! The only thing we weren't aware of is that the rooms did not come with lights so we will be installing our own and most of the lights that are installed into the home are pretty dim, so we will be changing them out. other than those minor hiccups we love it here! It is beer convenient for us a as far as location and also our food is pretty quiet (5th) which we love! I would definitely recommend choosing to live here.

Move in was smooth, due to COVID I don't feel like we got the FULL normal apartment tour experience, which is fine. We are busy and really were focused on what we needed. Looked at a similar apartment, but not the one we rented, but once we saw our actual unit it was great, we are happy with the decision we made and will enjoy living here.

I enjoyed living at Sync! The apartments are nice, modern and more affordable than other places within Atlanta, with the benefits of still being close to the city boundaries. The office staff are friendly and always very helpful with every request. Maintenance staff are great. Only complaint I have is sometimes my neighbors were noisy but otherwise I had a great experience living here.

Do yourself a favor and DON'T move there! The garage and breezeways are extremely filthy. It does not appear that any cleaning has been done in several years. The pool is also very dirty. It is beyond ridiculous that this complex charges approximately $1500 for a one-bedroom apartment in its current state. Based on other reviews, this complex has been like this since the end of 2018. The property management changed hands in the summer of 2018 and this place has gone downhill dramatically. They are aware of the lack of cleanliness and seem to be alright with the way this place looks. It's just a matter of time that roaches will start to appear. Although, I would not be surprised if it is starting to become roach-infested now. You cannot leave a place dirty and not expect pests to appear. And, there is an overall film of dust in the air in the garage and in the hallways. There also is an excessive amount of dust everywhere. It's absolutely crazy!!! Many of the lights are not operable in the hallways and many of the light coverings are filled with bugs. Debris will stay in the hallways for many weeks before it is actually swept. The building looks nice, but don't be fooled, and don't let the specials fool you. Take a tour for yourself and you will see exactly what I mean. Also, I noticed several door security breaches. Edit: I do not need to email the property manager. This building speaks volumes and it shows a blatant lack of care and disrespect for its residents. Edit2: I was a prospective tenant. I did my due diligence to give this apartment complex a review and my discoveries are true and accurate.

Just moved in, too early to comment. It would not be fair to me or the community to comment. I just moved in 8 days. So far everything seems to be ok. I have yet to use the gym or any other outlet as I am busy unpacking.

During my time at this community I have experienced neighbors playing loud bass music that interferes with my sleep, incessant fire alarms sounding without reason, marijuana smell coming from multiple units, and was even once verbally attacked and threatened in the hallway outside my door by another resident. I also recently saw a homeless woman with multiple suitcases who was hanging out in the breezeways.

So far I have enjoyed my unit I love the lay out of my apartment my room isn’t stuffy, I fit my King Size bed in with no issues and still have plenty of space. I love that the grocery store is next door and you can bring the cart “up to your door” these past 8 months have been cool,the maintenance man “Erving” is always there to assist! Hope is a doll in the office. So far no complaints!

Great community with many places within walking distance. Office staff is very friendly and responsive to our requests. While we have had no issues with Residents, they should break down boxes and try to throw garbage in bins and not left outside their car doors.

It'll much better if we were shown the apartment we are about to move in itself instead of model apartments. The dimensions of the model were different from the unit rented. For instance, the kitchen space is a lot bigger than the living room area. What would I need a lot of space in the kitchen for? Also, there was no mention of how far the units were to parking and entrance. Moving was a bit difficult because of this. Same thing with the distance between the luxer one package room and the unit, without the provision of Dolley to help move heavy packages.

The community started off good and well taken care of but has dropped significantly since Sync took over. The site management is incredibly condescending towards residents and takes no interest in our security saying there is nothing they can do. We recently had a major incident happen in our parking garage and the management response was that crime happens and they can do anything about it, even after adding a maintenance fee which is now hidden in our fees they do not fix the gates or doors in the parking garage so anyone can come into the property.

It's a very beautiful environment and very welcoming staffs at the leasing office, always ready to help. It's accessible to stores,eateries,schools to mention a few.....I will highly recommend SYNC to friends and family who are thinking of changing apartments.

If you're looking to rent here, I urge you to look elsewhere. This has been one of the worst apartment complexes I have ever lived in. When I initially moved in, the leasing office didn't have a sticker for me to park in the parking deck, which led to me being booted in the parking deck and having to pay $75 my first week of living there, that I had to fight with the leasing office to get them to pay. There have been multiple instances of cars being broken into. Instead of hiring security to patrol, they asked the residents to volunteer to do security. Last month, being the parking deck is so open and the gates are broken, a couple of homeless people were able to come into the actual apartment building because the doors that are in the parking deck that lead into the building don't close. Security at this place is horrible and you could find more secure places that would charge you less. I live alone and I am a 5' 1 woman. I am always frightened to go out of apartment due to the long hallways and lack of cameras in the hallways. I carry my weapon to just go run to my car for something quick due to not feeling safe at this complex. Also, I've had to replace all of the food in my refrigerator three times due to my breaker being broken and maintenance not knowing it needed to be replaced. As mentioned earlier, I've only lived here for 5 months. Shown in the photos is a picture of the freezer now. The property won't take any responsibility for having it cleaned out or simply throwing out the 4 trash bags filled with all of my purchased, and now spoiled, food. You pay for valet trash, but they still make you take out your trash to the trash chute, which is in the parking deck where security isn't available. Please beware of staying here! You will feel better at any other luxury apartment complex, where the only thing luxurious about this complex are the looks.

A lot of residents throw their trashes on the floor and the building has only 1 employee to clean and do other activities. So, the building is always dirty. The acoustic between apartments is not good. You can hear people in the apartment below yours.

Nice apartments, awful residents. People don't pick up after themselves and use their balconies as kitchens to store dirty dishes and trash. Thin walls and lots of road noise if you live on the spring road side. You hear every car with a loud stereo while they're stopped at the light, every ambulance. Sometimes I can hear the music coming from the BP station a block away.

I recently moved into this apartment and I am in love! The staff and community is very helpful and kind. The unit is beautiful, and I was very impressed with how clean it was at move-in. The units look just like what you see on the website and during the in-person tour. You really do get what you see! An added bonus is the convenient location. It's a beautiful place!
