Great Experience Moving In
I just moved in and I really love the apartment so far! Everything has been a great experience. Huge thanks to Beth for all her help and for answering all of our questions. She’s very attentive and really makes you feel comfortable throughout the whole process. She was with us from start to finish and handled all of our concerns quickly and efficiently. We truly appreciate all her support!

In nine months I have only contacted maintenance twice, once when I first moved in for the washer and most recent time for the common unit's back door. BOTH times they came within hours and repaired both situations the first time. They are superb, quick, friendly, clean. You could say it's the best reason to live at The Mark.

I would not recommend this apartment complex
I would not recommend this apartment complex. There was an attempted break-in at my mother's apartment, and after that experience I no longer felt safe living here. Safety should be a basic priority anywhere people live, but that was not my experience here. What made the situation even worse was management’s response. Instead of handling something this serious with urgency and professionalism, they were disorganized, unhelpful, and did not make me feel like resident safety mattered. Between the security concerns and the poor management, I would strongly encourage anyone considering this place to think twice before signing a lease.

The Resident staff is horrible. They hide behind the AI phone system They never return calls Thr new people that are moving in aren't vetted properly are rude and loud. Music is played way after the hours of 10pm

My experience within this community has been very up and down. The first management team was not as thorough as I wanted them to be the team that came in after that was somewhat better, but then they start lacking in certain areas. My biggest concern within the community has always been the safety of the community. My biggest issue is the lighting in the parking lot and the way individuals drive through the parking lot in regards to the lighting there should be more light in certain areas. LED lights should be used throughout the entire community. That is my biggest concern.

Maintence requests are handled timely and efficiently. Maintenance will call you if necessary to better understand the issue at hand. Overall, so far, it has been a good experience when issues arise.

I had a major issue that was not resolved on the first attempt but the maintenance staff worked hard to get it resolved. I'm very happy with the outcome. Living in this community for the past 5 years has been a great experience.

This is a great apartment complex to live in. I have had problems which were fixed and always was happy with the result. Even with the snow the parking lot is kept clean and easy for driving. I really have nothing more to add.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. They're usually on top of things and get your maintenance requests done promptly. Only downside to living here is parking is very limited. If you hope to get close to your unit it's best you park early if possible. If not you could be walking a bit.

The company that runs this apartment complex does not care about your privacy. Communication is something that this company needs a lot of help. We moved in and we're not informed about a lot of hidden fees.

I have only been here 2 months. I have had issues with my previous apartment, but the new apartment seems promising. I like the new laminate floors instead of carpet. I am happy to have a washer and dryer, and the overall functionality of the apartment is great. I hope it continues to be a nice space to have.

I recently moved into my new rental apartment and the entire experience has been exceptional from start to finish. Beth was incredibly helpful throughout the leasing process?she made sure every detail was taken care of before move-in day. It really set the tone for a smooth transition. The property manager Ashley was equally supportive, ensuring everything was ready and welcoming when I arrived. I also want to give a special shoutout to Victor from maintenance?he was prompt, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything in the unit was functioning perfectly.

Staff was extremely helpful and patient with my search for a new home. The overall community, location, building, and unit looked appealing to me and fit my criteria I was looking for in a new home. Very pleased with the Mark and will be staying here for a good amount of time.

Exceptional Staff
I have nothing but great things to say about the Staff at The Mark. I have been living here since May 2019 and having the current manageent has been the best of my time residing here. They make living here safe, happy and enjoyable. If I ever need anything addressed personally, or maintenance requests they are on top of it all. Beth is exceptional and puts your needs above and beyond. Thank you Beth! Whenver I run into them (more than always at the gym) each staff member(especially Victor) goes out of their way to remember me and say hi. That's speaks huges volumes , I have had a few maintenance requests and or inquiries regarding my unit and each time they came though and handled it with a sense of urgency and for that thank you Mark Staff !!! Been okay so far. I don't love how my rent keeps increasing $200 a month every 12 months I renew. I also don't agree with the policy of internet included, our internet bill increases without our choice.

We moved back in June. The community is nice and the rent for our three-bedroom unit is reasonable. However, our experience with maintenance has been less than satisfactory so far, and we hope this will improve.

Great so far! It's very well kept and clean. I like how close it is to many grocery stores and how it's right off of North avenue. The team here is very kind and attentive. Very nice community and love how it's so dog friendly!

We've only been here for a week so far. The staff have been super welcoming and kind. Our apartment itself has been quite disappointing considering all of the maintenance issues we've run into not even a week int living here. So far they've fixed the drainage problem with the tub. Still waiting patiently on the other maintenance issues to be resolved. Otherwise we've settled in well. Hope things get better!

I absolutely love the people, the community and the place. Everyone is very friendly and neighborhood is great. My son found a large turtle in the middle of the road with his 8 year old son and released in our pond at home. It was so adorable!

Maintenance team response and skill at these apartments is excellent. They have responded to my maintenance needs perfectly every time. The grounds are also well kept, the office staff is helpful, and communication through periodic emails they send out make everything around here run smoothly like it should. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking to rent.
