I have absolutley no problems. Everything is so easy. From paying rent on my phone app to requesting maintenance in a few minutes. Trash is taken out with no mess left behind, clean spaces, clean community. Recreation areas are mint condition. No complaints, only good things to say!

The community still needs renovation. Hopefully the plow service is better this year. It was terrible last year. The balconies need updating. The staff use to be really good about responding. Brittan was the best.

It has been okay mostly. Except My rent balance is still off office side of confusion since current management took over. I cant understand how things seems to be simple cant be resolved promptly. Other than that Good place to live.

I love this community because in the 3 years I've lived here, I've never felt unsafe in my own home. And any time there is an sort of issue or misunderstanding, the staff is impeccable at helping the residents immediately.

I moved into The Mark Apartments in the summer of 2018 and have had nothing but a positive experience to date. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful in pointing out all the benefits and amenities of the complex. When I decided that I wanted to reside at The Mark, the staff really took the time and care in seeing that I was settled into the new place well (giving me assurance that I made the right choice). Since then, the staff is always helpful with any questions I have, and the office has fair hours of operation (making it convenient to have my questions answered). The complex has some enjoyable amenities such as a dog park, gym, and pool (all of which are in good condition and not run down). My apartment is good size and in good condition. When I moved in, management made sure that is was in good condition and cleaned. If you are looking for a good apartment complex at a competitive price, I would strongly recommend checking out The Mark Apartments.

I love living here because of location, amenities , safety and upkeep of the property. I have been living here for 10 years and new management took over this last year and I did not get rent increase!!!

We moved in here a couple months now. We love our pace and we love how fast they have responded to our maitainance issues. The only issues we have run across is some loud neighbors who leave their garbage outside their door (ew) and when we first were applying the lady who helped us wasn't very personable and didn't really seem like she wanted to answer our questions. But we love our house and love how close we are to everything!

Lisa the property manager is rude and condescending. She retaliated against me after a disagreement that occurred earlier this year by not renewing my lease over a very petty matter. Rather than trying to work with tenants she is very stubborn and is not willing to listen to tenants concerns. I do not recommend The Mark Apartments to anyone.

The Mark Apartments managed by Trinity has been nothing but a headache since the beginning. Lisa, the property manager is very rude and could care less about the tenants living here. The grounds are filthy with trash and the hallways smell like dog urine and no one picks up after their pets! Do no be fooled with the positive reviews below, they are created by the marketing team at Trinity to cover up the negative reviews that people have submitted in the past. Take my advice and RUN!

I'm bothered by the smoking of cannabis in my building. Although management has been told about the problem. I was told this was now a smoke free apartment complex, but I don't think so. I see smokers frequently.

Move in was seamless, staff is very helpful in completing all paperworks and documents needed, they are also very friendly and responsive to resolve any issues in a timely manner. On our first work order, they gave us 4 Starbucks card right after the service. Thanks guys!!!

The Mark is a great place to live I would definitely reccomend them. Huge plus, it has a fireplcae I mean, yaaaasss. Seriously though I just cant wait to see what the future holds here. I qould say the hallways need work/updating but the apartment is really great

So far it's been great! Haven't had issues or complaints. The apartment is comfortable and the closet space is ample. Parking is tight sometimes. The grounds could be kept up a little better. The dumpster areas are not always kept clean.

Had trouble in the beginning when we applied, changed apartments twice. But since then everyone has been really nice and even though there were quite a few problems with the apartment when we moved in maintenance has consistently shown up one to two days after the request was put in and communicated everything they could get done the same day and what they would have to come back for.

The apartment complex has a lot of rules, but they are not enforced. People with dogs don't clean up after. The car sticker rule is not enforced. Cars are parked in no visitor areas without them. There was a car parked right in front of one of the buildings with a flat tire for over a month. The only reason it was taken care of was because I complained.

We've only been here a couple of weeks, but we're really enjoying it so far. The maintence team has been great making the adjustments on some things that still needed fixing when we moved in. Overall the apartment is great, and the neighbors have been pleasant.

I have lived at these apartments since 2002 and in current on for 12+ years and the current owners/managers are very rude, non caring and will lie right to your face. ALL the past owners/managers were great compared to the A Mark staff. They forget the fact this is OUR home and we pay them very much to live here but ask for you carpet to be cleaned on your lease renewal or paint after so many years - forget it. We have 2 cars and 2 drivers in a one bedroom apartment but I also rent a 2 car garage, all the past owners/managers have allowed me 2 to 3 parking passes but the rude staff member would only allow 1 pass. There is so much theft from their own office the US Post Office will NOT leave packages here for the tenants! A few months ago on the 1st I went to the office before they closed to pay rent and the door was locked and 8 other tenants were waiting. A repair staff member opened the door for us to leave our checks and there was the office staff of 3 just sitting around! They will go in to your apartment with no advance warning even though the lease doesn't allow that. Their sales staff one time was with the inspectors and lied to my face when I asked why no notice and was told the notice is right on the front door, I went down to look and there was no notice and no one else in the other apartments had advance notice either! Keep away they are making the outsides look good but the staff is so bad you end up hating the place.

I was living there for 7 years. First it was Village Green, then Fordham Glenn, then Village at the Links - all of them great. Then Mark Apartments came. Glad I've moved out already. Lot's of new very shady tenants. They've cut almost all of beautiful healthy trees. WHY!!??? They've change faucets to "green" ones - there is no pressure, so taking shower takes 3 times longer.

-Good Location. -Good Size Apartment -Staff is helpful -Maintenance is courteous -Parking at night can be very limited. Some residents have more than 2 cars and have cars that don't move (On jacks, and no plates) taking up parking spots. -Lighting is very limited in the parking lots. -Lights are out inside the hallways. -Buildings used to be vacuumed every week. My building hasn't been cleaned in weeks. -Can hear every single movement of the people that live above me. Small children especially -Skunk weed smoking is out of control in my building. I'm 45 years old and feel like I'm living in a Dorm Room. I understand people cut loose in different ways but smoking every single night that my apartment smells is absolutely ridiculous.

It is nice inside and the neighbors are nice for the most part. There is very limited parking, so I often have to park a few buildings away from my door. And the people with dogs often don't clean up after their dogs.
