This is my third month at this complex. Office staff is nice. They seem to keep up the exterior and interiors of the buildings really well. Maintenance staff is excellent and very professional. Ability to use an app for rent payment and entering work requests is a huge plus.

IT IS A VERY NICE, CLEAN, AND WELL KEPT COMMUNITY. VERY QUIET AND THE OTHER TENANTS ARE NICE AND KIND. THE APARTMENT IS VERY MODERN AND UP TO DATE. I REALLY LOVE THE FIREPLACE AND BALCONY. IT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE SOME PACKAGE BOXES LIKE MAIL BOXES WHERE THERE IS A KEY PUT IN YOUR MAIL BOX THAT OPENS THE PACKAGE BOX. MAKES IT SAFER FOR YOU PACKAGES...

No problems, everybody seems to be pretty friendly! If you like Dogs this is the place to come! Ihve never been at a pkace that accepts Dog like this p look ace, I highly recommend! The improvements to the outside and inside have been delivered as promised!

The new management team is horrible. If you tell them a problem you MIGHT see a result. Usually not. They don't notify if they are entering or have entered your home. They put bandaids on problems but don't actually fix them. They leave their mess and it will sit for days. Front office girls are condescending and uppity

I love living here! My apartment is well taken care of by the maintenance staff and my neighbors are kinds and considerate! I am also thankful for the staff here at The Mark, they have been so helpful in this transitional processes.

Under the old property management the maintenance couldn't speak English and under the new management the office staff can't do their job correctly. This is stupid that I have to have a certain number of characters to express my concern.

The complex has undergone numerous ownership and management changes since we moved in. We are hoping that the newest change will be the last one and the best one because most of the others were very disappointing.

The new management company is working hard to make the community a great place live and feel like you're right at home. When a maintenance order for repairs are placed they usually get it done in one day.

It's been a good experience. The staff is always helpful. Maintenance is professional and responds to requests quickly. The community is quiet and close to work and school. This is the best apartment community in Glendale Heights.

GREAT place to live! Amazing staff, Cleaness of the community is great. Our naighbors are very respectful. Fun activities to do like go to the pools, gyms, volleyball court. This community is worth every penny.

Thus far, my experience has been good. If I have any issues, management has addressed them accordingly. When I first move here, there were a few issues in regarding the unit showed to me opposed to the one I got on the actual move in date. After expressing my concerns with management, the issues were rectified. Again, I am happy with my place!

Issues with the building were taken care of much more quickly and with care with the previous owners, but the owners now are actually infusing money into what the area offers, etc. I'd rather they take care of tenants first. They really need onsite security or something to keep the noise level down at night. Noise rarely bothers me, but this place has gotten ridiculous in the last few months. It also took the current property management company a week to shovel our sidewalks.

Great experience thus far! Friendly environment and nice apartments. Plenty of parking and quick responses from staff. Love that laundry is in the unit and appliances are updated. Has plenty of space in living areas as well.

Great experience from the time we moved in and went to another building. It was just a bad experience from may 14th. Not satisfied 100 percent yet. Just hoping we get the next couple things fixed . Then we will be happy

For Residence at the Links I would provide a 4/5 star review as well as the physical facilities, however, The Mark management has done a poor job since taking over in February which gets them a 2.5 out of 5. - Entered our apartment without notice 3 times - City workers attempted to enter the apartment without a Mark personnel in attendance one of those times and were denied - Touched personal items (ex: laundry) while in the apartment even with one resident home who could assist (while there without notice) - Came back 3 more times within that week (total of 6 times - "to do inspections and upgrades") - Hung out in apartment and used our bathroom without asking (chairs left ajar/bathroom seats left up) - Staff seemed to mock phone call when I expressed concern about their invasion of privacy - "We will write a note saying to not touch your stuff" - Took out over 2 times the amount of monthly rent in April - luckily I caught it and void the payment or I would have over withdrawn from their mistake - Took over 1.5 months to reconcile our rent ledger so we were unable to pay online. Had to call numerous times, send countless emails and visit the office several times for it to be resolved. - Ledger issue not resolved until after we moved out and handed in keys (driven by the corporate office's inability to reconcile one single money order) - Mail service is AWFUL and constantly gets returned to the sender even if it's written perfectly neat and correct - Packages must get delivered to the office which is only open during business hours - good luck getting anything if you are normal and get home after 6pm on weekdays Overall, it seems that the lack of experience and customer service skills are what's hurting their business. Facilities are nice for the right price.

This has been a great community to live in! Over the years the property has been well maintained, and the sense of community has continued. The programs & activities offered by the clubhouse have up to this point been excellent. Hopefully new offerings will be presented. Holiday parties, resident appreciation days, activities provided by the clubhouse etc. Looking forward to more good days ahead.

Our overall impressions since we've lived here have been mixed due to the rapid fire change in ownership over the years. With the newest owner acquisition of the property we are hoping to see a steady increase in quality of both appearance and customer service. So far the changes have been slow to take effect but it is happening and we like the changes we do see for the most part.

Overall, the community is great. Management is responsive and the property itself is kept up well. One negative aspect is that the community is very pet friendly. As a result, there is usually a lot of dog poop in the common areas. Most of my issues with living here have to do with the residents, but that tends to be the case with most large apartment complexes. My unit is very nice even though it is not what they consider "updated". Amenities are great.

The management has been very understanding and friendly. I love the many locations for pet maintenance. I'm glad the trees are gone, it gives it a more open look. My neighbors are very nice and friendly.

We have been living here for past 10 years. We have seen the three management teams went by: Fordham Glen (Best), Village Green (Moderate), The Mark (Worst). The place was beautiful and well kept during first two management era. Our friends used to say we live in a really nice Apartment complex, and we agreed. Therefore, we stayed here for 10 years. We are planning to move out this summer, because the new management team (Mark) seems lost, confused, and does not care!. We have been complaining about excessive noise complaint for past 3 month. We called Police twice and contacted the management team numerous times (phone calls (no answer most of the time or remote site answers and you have to start over with your complaints), emails (no follow up because the manager is sick and pregnant, therefore the work stops ?), physical visit (Finally went in for third time to speak with the manager, but no resolution). If you want to live in a place where they don't care about your well-being and avoid your issues, this is the place to be be. Pay the high steep rent and suffer !

We loved this community at the beggining . The management was good and quiet residence. Now the management worst and we (residents) don't feel any care from them. They just said that they would take care of it but never did. Employees quality worst. They don't know the basic communication skill with the residens. They all of the sudden cut big trees without delivering notice. Totally environment changed to worst. Apartment construction is very bad, looks ok outside but cheap built. We have been trying to be patient but this is over beyond. Worst apartment!! We don't recommend it unless you need extra stress from the employers and constant noise. Lisa, assistant manager just gave excuses. Working is not volunteering and they don't have work ethic. terrible!!

Been living for a while it used to be Fordham glen and everything was great. staff was awesome no problems, new management is just awful they've made no improvements they added airators to the faucets in an attempt to go green... but they're freaking awful now they sent our letter saying we can't have grills on the patio like wtf where else am I supposed to put it. Area is great apartments are clean and nice but new this new management (the mark apt) are gonna start running people put.
