          I'll be honest, I thought I would enjoy living here more than I have been. I've had to put in a lot of maintenance requests since being here to no fault of my own then there were pest issues (which I resolved on my own, the pest control guy didn't do anything besides lay traps down that didn't work. I had to spend money on $40 traps that worked. When I pay $5 a month for pest control. I rather pay for pest when NEEDED not every month. Especially when I have to spend more out of my own pocket to fix the problem.

                Terrrible.... low rent offered initially then increased rapidly. I am paying 300 more for same apartment because I am long term resident (approx 4 years). Maintance has been uneven because of changes in management but the individuals are great - it is management that is the problem. They do not care about packages and have allowed theft of personal property. When asked why security camera footage could not be used the management said the camera was there to protect packages (?). After literally years of not doing anything to avoid rampant theft, Redtail implemented existing security immediately before selling the complex. Management does everything to keep residents from using balconies and garages - constant complaints about anything placed on the balconey.

                  At the beginning, the apartment complex was quite And clean. Most tenants are ok. It got worse lately. Police show up often during the night and early morning looking for something. There is car with damaged and no license plate been parking in the guest parking areas for several months. The property managment doesn't bother to check it out. Definitely not going to renew my lease.

                    When I first moved into this complex the service to the residents was great. After years, however, and with these new owners the property has gotten much worse. Residents come and go like a revolving door, property maintenance is neglected. Unit maintenance requests are ignored. The leasing office drags their feet when it comes to doing anything to resolve community issues. They hide behind the lease agreement and expect you to shut up and keep paying your rent until you move out. It doesn't feel like home here at all. I would not recommend this complex to anyone.

                        Pleasant, clean environment. Great maintenance, Great amenities. The pool and Punic areas are well-kept. I like that there is a doggy-wash station and free poop sacks throughout the property and neighbors are really good about cleaning up after their pets

                          It started off great. The rent has increased significantly along with the amount of noise and inconveniences. The rent and community together are almost insufferable. I would not recommend this community to anyone that is looking for peace, or anyone that has small children.

                              For the most part its good but my unit is still old, the windows aren't properly functioning as there are black spots (mold) that keep coming back every year as they need to be properly insulated and huge draft comes in as well. Also the strict policy of the balcony I don't really care for as I have out door toys for my children and they can not be out there nicely arranged they need to be removed once they are done using as this is difficult due to me being handicap so it is something i wish was more accommodating.

                                The management doesn't understand that snow has to be cleared when it snows. Shoveling the sidewalks days later doesn't count. The outside areas need to be check for trash every day, not when they have time.

                                    Fine place with fine faculties. The people are kinda the worst part. Massive issues with people not picking up after their dogs, littering including throwing trash bags in front of or on top of dumpsters, and yelling being heard throughout an entire building because none of the doors fit snugly and there are massive air gaps.

                                      The experience has been mostly good. When we had issues with the water heater, it was taken care of right away. The gym is also pretty good. If they added a place where you could do pullups and dips, it would really be all you need. The amount of dog poop left around is very bad though. It's everywhere.

                                        For the most part it's been a pleasant experience. I think there's needs to be more done with communication with tenants. When we first moved in the gym was under construction and we had to use the one over at the Monroe for the first year until our gym was complete. The back area of the complex need more landscaping work, the grass and asphalt are in terrible condition but the front of the complex is always taken care of so it's a little unfair for those of us who live in some of the ones in the back of the complex. The interior hall ways always smell, originally we first moved in and they always smelled like weed. And despite receiving multiple notices from the mark it proceeded for over a year until the lower tenants moved out. More recently it smells like strong spices are being cooked and the odor has taken over the whole complex. It's seems they tried to add plugs for a few weeks and that helped but now they have Been removed and it looks like there is just carpet cleaner tossed everywhere to cover the smell. Out side of those issues, the neighbors are nice and the community is safe, haven't had any issues with cars being damaged or feeling unsafe while living here. The amenities are really great and a joy to use. The pool area is one of our favorites. We also enjoy the parcel lockers that are available as there have been multiple reports of stolen packages.

                                          Highly do not recommend The Mark Apartments. The leasing office acts very friendly when they are trying to get you to sign the lease; however, once you are a resident, it is impossible to get in contact with someone. When a problem does arise, and we try to get someone out here to fix it, no one answers the phone. On top of that, dogs poop all over the place and it never gets picked up. DO NOT SIGN WITH MARK APARTMENTS. YOU CAN DO BETTER.

                                            I have lived in this apartment for almost two years. At first, it was okay. Minor situations like they did not have the correct paperwork I sent back in regards to all the issue with the apartment and damages. Going forward, everything was okay. the dog poop on the grounds has and continues to be an ongoing issue that is never resolve. The issues that really gets me are the filthy halls, lack of fixing issues in the apartment with maintenance, and constant smoking in the building. The halls have been dirty from the walls to the floor for month now. we have cleaning people who come yet they do not physically clean just vaccum. I have contacted maintenance about my carpet lifting to now the point we can feel the staples if we are not careful where we step. My thought is the carpet is old,but they do not want to replace with the possibility that they will keep my deposit for it later. The door to get in to the building does not close fully which means sometimes any one can get in. The smoking is so out of hand that i have to make sure to have a towel on the floor to try to keep the smell out and not have my son in the living room at all. It is so bad some nights (and days) that I have end up with a contact high just by working in my living room. I pay a lot to live here with just basic amenities (no elevator) yet I cannot enjoy my living room that I paid for. Like most complaints on here, the issue is you can never get ahold of anyone. I have called and sent emails yet the response is little to none. The only thing they are good at is sending out warning emails. That is it, they are good in send outing emails yet not actually putting action to it. We have several emails about picking up poop or no smoking in the building yet nothing is being done that we can see. I cannot wait until I can get out of here for my home is not peaceful. I will advised everyone to steer clear until they get their act together. They are nice to get you here yet what you actually get is totally different.

                                            When you see a review saying that their staff was super unprofessional please believe it. You can’t even get through to someone when you call and if you do it goes to a call center where they tell you that they call you when they get a chance... even if it’s an emergency. Don’t even try to talk to management... when I did get through to someone that person laughed at what I was saying and was talking over me and never let me get my point across.
