Tricia was very nice and answers any and all questions. She makes sure you know of what you have to do and sign in order to get the apartment. The apartment is clean and looks amazing. The community is quiet and respectful and is very clean. Overall a 5 star place!

the apartment is really clean and nice. The carpet is new and the walls are newly painted. However the WiFi is not connecting due to it being turned off when the previous residents moved out and we would like to turn it on.

We love our home! Everyone is so nice! They keep up with maintenance and the turn around time is quick! Love how it's a dog friendly community. It's definitely a safe community for a family. We love it here!

So far we have already had issues with neighbors, from not picking up after their dog, and another neighbor smelling up the hallways of pot. (pretty sure he deals).. upstairs neighbor VERY loud at all hours of the night and day. Cancelled my gym membership since there is a gym here, but they ran out key fobs so we haven't even been able to check the gym out at all. The windows are so drafty which we are working on in regards to sealing them temp.

Unfortunately I am not happy with this place. I signed a contract for a no smoke building and I constantly have to complain with the office for the terrible smell of marijuana that reaches my own unit, what makes it worse is that the office ignores calls, e-mails. So disappointed!!!

The place is very clean. The community is nice. The people are nice. Havent had any issues or heard of any major issues. Everything is close by. Gas stations, restaurants, and stores. I love it here and I'm happy we were able to move here.

The Mark Apartments is a nice place to live. My room is very nice and I moved in with little resistance. They were a little picky about the information on my renter's insurance forms but it wasn't too hard to get it the easy they wanted. The rent is a little pricey. Parking is absolutely awful. Also, when I moved in I was supposed to have a fully renovated unit but the bathroom counters are definitely not updated and when they painted they got paint on the floor and sink and mirror and didnt clean it up.

The apartment is located in a very nice community. The unit is very nice and updated. Has all the amenities that I was interested in (washer and dryer, central/heating air). Only downside is that parking is hard if you don't come home before 7pm and will have to park across the lot. Can before very tedious driving around looking for a space near your unit.

I like that this apartment has inunit washer and dryers. I really like the location being so close to north avenue. The curb appeal is also very nice! It makes it feel very homey here! The apartment is also very spacious.

So far so good! I moved in mid October and everything has been perfect so far. This is my first time living in an apartment so it has been a bit of an adjustment from what I was used to but the staff, especially Jernae, made the transition super easy. I was able to get all my questions answered no matter how small or silly. The maintenance issues I did have were all fixed within a timely manner. Super happy about my decision to live here!

The Mark apartments are very clean and well kept. The noise levels are minimal and everyone in the community is very nice. I love the amenities they have like the dog park, pond, common area and gym. I am also loving the community rewards program!

A nice clean, quiet community. A nice swimming pool and clubhouse with a great workout area. I'm a little disappointed that they did away with the hot tub, but overall this place is highly recommended.

It's a nice and quiet neighborhood, although the floors are a little creaky for those living on the bottom floors. Great for dog owners to walk around or jog. Management is pretty quick and maintenance usually comes the next day.

We were in a time crunch and in search of a place to live in a certain school district. There were not many places to choose from in this particular school district and the Mark was the best choice for us. We are satisfied with the property and right away I had a couple concerns and the maintenance staff was super quick to respond, which is great, but the person we dealt with in the lesing office could definitely take some lessons on customer service. Maybe I'm old school, but if I had been choosing a place to live based on that, we would be living somewhere else. Anyway, very nice place and facilities and most of the staff is great.

Since the mark took over last year. I have had the worst experience ever. Furnace broke didnt get fixed for 2 weeks in the dead of winter. I got a space heater... missing check book and jewelry. Pool has algae growing in it. Parking lot is dirty. Halls are dirty

Personally, no issues with the neighbors in my building. A lot of police cars in area.I mind my own business and I think that keeps problems to a lesser degree.I have lived here two years. I like my apartment and the pool and having a garage.

We have only been here 2 weeks, but the staff has been nothing but helpful and efficient regarding small maintenance issues (our apartment was vacant for a bit) and made sure the move in went smoothly. We moved from across country and they were very accommodating as we couldn't do most of the paper work in person. We love the apartment and the area!
