Location is very convenient. Generally we are satisfied. However the common entry way is disgusting. Our unit is not as nice as the model unit we were shown, Trash is always left outside the dumpster and debris is scattered around

The website Should note that rent can go up if there needs to be a sooner move in date. Wish that when calling the number on card, it would go directly to the office instead of a third party person who doesn't know much information.

The Mark apartments are clean and well kept. I like that there is designated parking for guests and that I never have a hard time finding a parking spot. I also like that the apartments are pet friendly!

The moving in experience was great! It went smooth and quick. We just didn't get a key to our storage in our apartment which is a bummer so we'll have to reach out to the lease office to get. Brit in the lease office was very friendly and was easy to get ahold of. She kept us updated with everything going on before and after our move in

Was recommended by a friend that currently lives at The Mark. When I entered the office for a tour, I stood there for 5 minutes with no recognition. Finally I met a "Stacey", introduced myself and shared my interest in possibly renting there. I have never been treated so horribly in my entire life and will definitely not rent at this community! Stacey rolled her eyes, condescendingly told me that I had to make an appointment and made an insinuation that I wouldn't't fit in there. WOWOWOW!!!! I just said, "perhaps I can come back when you're in a better mood and having a better day?" & she just laughed.

There are many things that I would like to say. We have met some really nice people here only to find that they move out in a short time. One of the many complaints is that the windows are ancient and cold air pores in in the winter time and hot air in the summertime leaving our utility bills much higher than it should be. It also seems like there is an increase of shady people moving in and long-term good people moving out. The garbage container closest to my building is constantly having garbage left around it and is the dirtiest around it on my side of the complex leading to a potential increase in rodent control

The community is nice. It is very pet friendly as there are plenty of pets in the community. The buildings seem like they're from the late 90's, or early 2000's. Some aspects like the window's could be upgraded. But I know the roofs are all knew and so it does show that the management is working on keeping the buildings up to date.

Overall I am happy with the apartment and it's amenities. They have been making improvements to the building exteriors as well as updating the clubhouse which seems to be quite an undertaking. All in all, I am happy with the community.

I have enjoyed my time living here. Problems are addressed almost immediately. There are great amenities to make great use of. The floor plans are very open concept which I enjoy very much. if I had to suggest it to a friend I absolutely would!

I have had good experiences residing at the Mark Apartments . The only problem I have had is neighbors across the hallway from me get loud a lot after hours . I haven't had any other issues . Everyone as far as neighbors seem to be friendly

I have been here for 4 years, a very good place for Dogs &Cats, I have good neighbors, The place is quiet in the evening. My olny complaints are the walls are thin, and the parking on the weekends is ruff. Other than that its a nice place to live.

Love the our new apartment it's a good size for my boyfriend and I we have a gsp and he loves the two dog parks. Also like that they have poopy bag all around the apartment complex. Everyone is very friendly and the area is very quiet. The staff is really friendly. Over all it's a great place to live.

Everything with the move-in process was very smooth. The community is very thorough with getting information and getting all questions answered that I had when looking for a new place to live. I would highly recommend this community to others.

I like the community. Every ammenety is kept well and cleaned, including pool and gym. The location is perfect very centralized. Even if the community allows dogs and pets in the apartments everything is kept clean.

Community is well within reach of major stores and highway. Love the curb appeal of the buildings. Nice and clean. Quiet. Very relaxing place to live. Also, enjoy the clubhouse and amenities it provides.

Upkeep is great. Love seeing all the animal friendly people and the dog park. Great amenities. Excited to see how the summer is here. Super close to work, closer to family and school. Could use a better delivery system for large packages, maybe have the packages be walked up to the apartment's doors, or have a locked room in each building they can be put in.

A very great experience! I have had a great time here. Maintenance is quick and responsive. Everyone is quiet no real issues with noise. Parking has enough space for us all. Safe quiet area with nice pools and gyms too.

We have been living in the community for a little over a week now and so far it has been positive. Our only complaint would be that at night it is a bit difficult to find parking in front of our building and have had to park a street down at times (which is like half a block away). Overall the experience has been great and we are enjoying our time in our new apartment.

Everything is updated very nicely. The office staff seems very nice. The problems are the parking and the apartment seems to have no insulation as my furnace literally runs almost non stop. The second the furnace shuts off, you can watch the temperature on the thermostat drop 5+ degrees in a matter of 5 minutes

Leasing agent Jernae was not particularly helpful prior to moving in. We had all our furniture shipped, and it had to be shipped back. Many items were broken and had to be fixed after moving in. Also, noticed dead cockroaches around the place.

The community is very friendly and clean. The office workers are very nice and helpful, and they fix any problems immediately! This is absolutely the best apartment! We do not ever hear our neighbors so it's a really great and quiet place!

We just moved into The Mark Apartments this week and everyone has been friendly. We experienced some issues during move-in but the maintenance staff addressed them quickly and efficiently. We are loving it so far!

It has been less than week here but so far it is a good experience. The application process took a little longer than expected, but the move-in process was very simple, and the leasing consult was helpful in answering all my questions. Once moved in we had a few minor issues but the leasing office is very understanding and put in the maintenance requests. Resident parking gets pretty full in the evening, but usually just means you just have to park farther away. We will see how many of them get resolved by end of this week, but I think overall I am pleased to call this home.

Lived here about 6 months. Convenient location. Lots of dogs allowed and the hallways smell like it. Stairs and halls are not very clean. Snow removal is good. I'm hoping our teenagers can use the rec room this s spring or summer. Upstairs and pool table always seem to be covered with packages. It's a pain to have to walk upstairs to see if you have a package.
