Lower the rent and/or lower yearly increases! Or pay for extra utility fees! When doing repairs to the apartments, come back to the unit to fully complete the repairs. I have certain wall repairs that still look unfinished. Also, cancel events to then decrease renter costs.

This apartment has a calming atmosphere both inside and in the other shared spaces. I like to spend my time in a relaxed atmosphere, so this apartment is just right for me. Another attraction is that there are events where you can interact with other residents, although I haven't been able to attend due to work. I would like to participate in one someday. If you're considering an apartment, it might be worth coming to see it for yourself.

Well managed apartments. Access to shopping and dining and office is very good. I have no issue at all. My only concern is potential increase of traffic on E Algonquin Road due to the growing popularity of the area.

The best homey and cozy place you could ever live in.Besides all the safety and we never just to mention.We never lost any packaging or a mail delivery in this building's appreciate that. Not to mention the management and the manager and the high management team with all the maintenance team also are just great.Whatever you talk to them or whatever you put an odor for any maintenance, they're just on top of it.

I recently stayed in these apartments and had a very positive experience overall. The location is excellent ? close to shopping centers, grocery stores, and several restaurants, yet the area feels quiet and safe. The building itself is clean and well-maintained, with plenty of parking available for residents and guests. The apartment was spacious, bright, and modern. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances and plenty of cabinet space. The living room was cozy, with large windows that brought in lots of natural light. I especially appreciated the in-unit washer and dryer ? very convenient for everyday use. The heating and air conditioning worked perfectly, which made the stay comfortable in any weather. The management team was friendly and responsive. Whenever I had a question or minor issue, maintenance arrived quickly and solved it without delay. The move-in process was also smooth and well-organized. One small downside was the occasional noise from neighbors, but it wasn't frequent enough to be a big problem. Overall, I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live. They offer great value for the price and a pleasant living environment.
