This is a quiet, quaint experience with mainly business professionals. There's rarely noise, nuisances, or disturbances. It's safe and secure. Being a new complex, it's modern with great landscaping.

It is good, I kind of enjoying living here. It's quiet, convenient, and safe. Staff here are friendly and nice. Neighbors are friendly. Common area is clean, all facilities are in good condition and clean.

Clean and quiet community. Office and maintenance staff is always very attentive to any need and it is handled professionally. There is always some sort of event or treat that the staff hand out which is always a nice pick me up!

It's a great community in a great neighborhood with the great schools district! Safe and nice place to live with nice neighbors, plenty of parking availability. We love the events from the management and participate all the time.

I love it here! Very convenient location for me. Nice spacious apartments. The dog park is perfect for my dogs and makes it easy to let them run around after a long day of work. There is a lot of parking so I never have to worry about finding any for myself or for friends and family when they visit.

I moved in here in May 2023 and love North 680. It is so clean everywhere and all the staffs here is fantastic. I am not the first resident but my room is still keep in good conditions. Office manager & maintenance team is always response back very quick and helpful.

Clean and comfortable apartment! Apartment management and staffs are attentive and reliable. Friendly residents and it's a nice community. You need a car but it has great access for groceries, restaurants, shopping and airport too.

I have loved living in this community. The staff, residents, and amenities have been wonderful! The pool and fitness center are well worth the value of the apartment. Also, the interior and exterior of the apartments and community are well maintained and modern. The staff knows residents by name and is always friendly and welcoming. I can't think of a better place to live!

Excellent community! Very nice atmosphere and love the positive office staff. Love the social events, met a ton of new neighbors. By far one of the best communities I have ever lived at. My dog does enjoy the dog park.

I have had nothing but good experiences while living here at north 680z everyone is very nice and courteous when I have interacted with them. They provide plenty of parking and some additional garages parking for purchase which may be helpful in winter. Overall I am very pleased so far.

Nice complex with friendly and attentive staff. The amenities are nice and well kept. Close to restaurants/bars/shops/the highway if you have a car. Close to parks to walk your dogs to. Very noisy between floors, poor insulation. Would recommend renting a top floor unit in case the person above you is loud.

I just moved into this community, but I really like the quick maintenance of the community and the very quiet Ienvironment. I found two beehives on the outside wall, so I immediately contacted community staff and they removed them right away.

The staff and residents of this apartment community are very welcoming. The grounds are very well kept and the apartments are updated and clean. So far, it's been one of the best moving experiences I've had and I would recommend this building to others.

Apartment is very clean and the building is very secure and looks brand new. Whenever we need some type of maintenance done they show up the next day or respond by the next day. They also did a great job at following up whatever they are fixing.

Noise

This property is cheaply built yet priced like a premium building. You can hear everything between floors and walls. There is no fiber internet. The drainage is rather shoddy. I have no pets and can't shave without the sink clogging. I think for many years this was the best property in the area, but there is substantial competition in the neighborhood now. Look elsewhere.

It's been good in the 8 months we have been here. I needed a little more handicap facilities however the big bathrooms have helped a lot. Needed the elevator since I am in a wheelchair. However it was not working for a short time while living here.

3 weeks after moving in and everything seems to be fine. Upstairs neighbor is a little loud but they seem to have children. Community is quite for the most part. Everything is clean. I would re-evaluate the painters management is using though. Uneven throughout the trim, paint specks left on counters and vanity mirrors, failed to sand before painting where holes were patched. Another suggestion is replace grout towards the bottom in showers as it is such a minimal job but makes a huge difference. Dishwasher needs to be updated. Seems like it is a super budget dishwasher. Overall thought the apartment has been great so far. I would rate it 8.5/10.

It has been very nice. There are social activities. Fitness room always clean Maintenance is always prompt and excellent. The tenants are pleasant and nice The only thing that could be better is that there is no security for the pool. There are people that drive into the parking lot, park and then enjoy the pool for the day. The worst part is that they are not able to use the washrooms so they use the pool as a toilet.

I like 680 North. It is very quiet and safety place. Also I can access mall a few minutes. It could be convenient place. The manager response as soon as possible by e-mail if someone ask one request something. She is reliable and honestly. I recommend this apartment for family, single, or someone with partners.

Well maintained units and common areas. Lots of parking near the units with options for private garage. Outside access to local trails and paved paths. Good central location for work, shopping and entertainment with easy access to/ from I90.

As a resident of this apartment complex, I have seen very good neighbors, excellent facilities, safety for all, good staff, and excellent support staff. The process of moving into my apartment, the support from the staff, and the amenities to help us were outstanding. For example during last Christmas season, the apartment management had kept gift wrapping paper and material for everyone to use while wrapping gifts for their loved ones and I thought this was a very kind and generous effort.
