Very nice community and staff. Nice new building with great outdoor pool and fitness facility on the apartment campus. 2 small negatives - mailroom is a bit disorganized and the water heating tank is small for 2 people.

Have had a great experience at this community in my time here. Have always felt safe, and the staff do a great job at all aspects and are very friendly and responsive. Enjoy the pool in the summer - never overcrowded, and the gym has plentiful equipment.

Really nice apartment. Updated appliances, hardwood floors, and a nice in unit washer/dryer room that also doubles as storage for us. Bathroom is big! Leasing agents were super nice and friendly and helped us with the application process.

My experience at North 680 has been great. The apartment is up to date with all the amenities I need. On top of that, the facilities are well taken care of. The apartments are spacious and I like the option to have a garage. Additional the leasing office and maintenance are great. They are super friendly and always willing to help with any issues. Highly recommend

Great community and staff. Very friendly and always willing to help when needed. Apartments are great size but had a bug issue when moving in and still do have some moths here and there. Few issues with laundry but otherwise good. Dog friendly

I love this apartment. The building is very clean and the building staff is very attentive. They respond quick to any issues that arise and actually respond appropriately. Ive lived here for two years and its been great, my only complaint is the rent is high and the dog park is small.

The complex is clean, and quiet. The layout is very accommodating. The only change I would recommend is that the refrigerator & stove top are very small. It can be difficult to cook multiple pans with the limited space on the electric stove top, due to how the spots are spaced. The refrigerator is extremely small, and it's challenging to fit all of your items.

Since moving in to North 680 in January, my husband and I have had nothing but great things to say about this complex! Updated appliances, super clean property, super quiet, nearby walking trails and dog park, and the staff is unbelievably attentive and polite. We have to relocate for work, otherwise we would definitely renew our lease, North 680 is a fantastic place to live!

Over the past week the Village of Schaumburg has had blizzard like conditions. Property Management and Property Maintenace informed all residents about best practices concerning extreme cold, high winds and snowfall. Just today we were reminded that thawing and then freezing again could result in new types of hazard conditions.

The public spaces are always kept clean and the use of the Gym and pool is very enjoyable.The staff greets me with a very nice smile every time I see them, which makes me feel very comfortable and at ease.They have been very helpful in responding to repairs and getting back to me immediately with questions.

My experience has been good. The cleanliness is up to par. However the price is a bit high for a one bedroom. The water pressure is also a bit low in the kitchen sink and bathroom sink. The noise level is generally low, however noise from the hallway can be easily heard.

This is the nicest apartment that I have ever lived in. The apartment is beautiful. I have my own garage and it is heated! Living on the top floor is helpful because it is quiet and I can finally sleep, which is why I moved from the last three places that I was living. Move in was easy because there's an elevator, and right across from the elevator is a trash room with a garage door that opens to the outside. There is also a wheeled cart that you can use to move things on. I applied for the apartment online and signed the lease sight unseen on a Thursday and I was picking up my keys and moving in on Saturday.

Nice townhome apartment. Reasonable rent. Markets, shopping malls, and restaurants are very close within 10 min drive. Quiet area and nice place to take a walk outside. One minor drawback is a driving way when you drive off from the apartment. Heavy traffics during rush hour, so hard to find a chance to turn left.

I have a good experience and good relationship with my neighbor and staff. I think that this apartment has good security and silent as well. I guess that this apartment allow to live with pets, so someone do not like that smell or anything.

It is nice apartment, They have pool and gym. Beautiful bbq place, to have nice party. And a lot of parking for guests. And closed garage space for residents, But they not gonna remove it if you sold the car or you don't need that space anymore. They will give you that space easy. But if you need to remove it, They will say YOU Can't. It will be till lease ends. But they not gonna tell you that before you get that garage.
