The rental property is as good as they come - it is near to every dining and shopping experience and to my work so that it makes commuting best. The manager and her staff at the property are ultra professionals and we could not ask for a better crew!

Community is brand new, very clean, neighbors are friendly. The amenities such as the gym and pool are nice to have on site. Laundry in unit is convienient and since everything is new it feels very clean and comfortable.

The apartment is nice and clean, spacious and has sufficient storage. Cooler and heater work functionally and do not have additional hidden costs. The office and maintenance Staff are friendly and helpful at anytime.

The office staff has no say in rent prices, and the building I live in is overpriced by a lot. They take advantage of the fact that they are new. The apartments are listed as luxury apartments but are full of keep low-end products. Luxury apartments should have straight walls which are not the case.

North 680 has been a great place to live. There is a strong sense of community, a myriad of interesting and kind residents, fun events, and many other pluses to living here. I am quite happy with the decision to move in.

Well maintained. Responsive, informed management team. Nice amenities. Plenty of parking. Convenient access to I90. Good location for restaurants and shopping. Pool and community areas well maintained.

Beautiful apartments and amazing office staff! Very nice office staff who are accommodating. Maintenance team is the best. Love the fitness center and lounge areas. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new apartment in Schaumburg! Truly luxury apartments!

i have lived this apartment for about 4 months. It's clean and comfortable. I would like to recommend this apartment to my friends. Only one thing that i don't like is smoking is permitted. Smoking should be permitted little bit far from apartment.

Great community! Have lived here for over 1 yr and feel the apartments are spacious and plenty of storage. After looking at apartments in the area, these are more luxurious and definitely worth the additional money.

Amazing place to live. I lived here for 2 years after having moved for a job I got locally. I looked around and found nothing else that came close to the value I received from living here. Would highly recommend anyone looking for a nice and safe place to live to consider these apartments.

Staff is super friendly. Everything is always so clean and kept up with. Hallways are always vacuumed. Not noisy at all! The man that walks around and cleans always waves and says hello. Very sweet staff and calls you by your first name if they see you! I would recommend this apartment complex again and again.

Everyone is kind and the neighbors are great! I feel safe in this neighborhood and everything is close by! The parking gets full and my garage is kind of a walk but it is still a great community despite that. Love the area!

North 680 has been a great! We absolutely love our apartment. Everything is new and updated. If you need anything the maintenance and office staff take care of it right away. We are very happy with our decision to move here!

North 680 is the best apartment complex in the area. The apartments are gorgeous. The common areas are kept clean. The residents are friendly and the community is safe. The grounds are beautiful. And, the staff is awesome!

It is a lovely community with a very friendly staff. I have very nice neighbors and I never have to worry about maintenance coming in to do any kind of routine or emergency maintenance. It is a good location as well.

North680 is a great community to live in. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. There are always events going on, so that you are able to meet some of your neighbors. The maintenance staff has always responded quickly, and does a great job of fixing the problem. I would definitely recommend living at north680.

This apartment is new. So it is very clean and convenient. Also supervisors are kind. I will know more about here if i live longer. So far i am satisfied here. I live with mu children. So it is very important for me about school.

In love with my new apartment.. brand new, amazing amount of storage, fresh paint finish, the colors picked are elegant. Nice bathroom space, and the kitchen is so spacious and storage is more than enough. Windows are big beautiful and i love the blinds. Cream color and good quality. The floor is beautiful and only the rooms have carpets. I really feel at home, wish i can actually buy the place. The gym is stacked and the game room has a pool table and bunch of board games + big flat tv. The unlimited coffee and drinks is what made us sign ?? The hallways have great maintenance and always smells fresh. The office always answers calls and are so helpful! Maintenance is so prompt, and gets everything done professionally. Truly recommend it

Good place to live. Need to continue to ensure they are bringing in quality tenants. Tenants that are conscious about the overall health of their living environment. Overall good experience but definitely somewhat overpriced compared to comparable apartment living.

Fine neighbors. We always take time to greet one another and to provide assistance to each other. Quality staff that is always available to answer any of my questions. Any maintenance request I have submitted has been handled swiftly and completely.

Love North 680! Great apartment with awesome features and very nice amenities. Love my apartment and the resident events the new staff is organizing monthly. The new office staff and maintenance are super friendly and get the job done!

Decent place to live and in a good location. Nice pool and community area. Nice work out area. Parking is very limited and rent is a little steep. Office staff is friendly and helpful. We do have a noisy person above us.

Good so far, but the community director is Off putting. The maintenance crew has been absolutely amazing, anytime you put in a work order it's done the next day. Carla rose is great and inviting. Concerned about after that team moves on.
