My experience has been great since I have moved in. The staff treats you like their guests, always available and assist when something may not be right. Complex is always clean and amenities are excellent.

My experience at North680 had been very positive. Diverse community, great residents and Amenities. The staff make an effort to host events to allow residents to get to know each other. They also address issues immediately. Great place to live.

Look beyond that the buildings are brand new. As other reviewer's mentioned it is modern because it was built in 2017. Let's talk appliances. These are very basic and low grade not luxury; stove does not have self-cleaning feature (not modern), the dishwasher is very small and has no features (not modern), the refrigerator is small for the size of the kitchen, vent fan on the microwave vents to nowhere (not modern) - my college apartment had better appliances. Ceiling Fans, only one speed. I have never heard of such a thing, 1 speed fan High (not modern) there was probably supposed to be installed with a dimmer switch OR come with a remote which, is modern thinking. Somehow, I can smell when other units are cooking in my unit or when they are using bleach. In the laundry room, even though I have not washed clothes in over a week, the room gets that stagnant water smell, like the water is not draining properly. I have a feeling that it is coming from the pipe that the water heater drains in I can hear people talking in the hallways, the elevator, and the trash shoot, when the garbage truck comes it sounds like autobots are fighting out my window. Sound proofing is not good. I can hear the people above me, if they are loud talking, T.V.'s, vacuuming, jolly green giant walking, etc. The cabinets do not have the slow close feature, which is what I would think of when you say luxury. Game room, the pool table if very small and the room is large enough to have put a regulation size table. Rules in the contract. I moved here because there were rules or as I like to think of standards of living. I guess the employees have not read them. There is to be NO ANIMALS in public spaces, which would include the club house, game room, gym, pool area, fire pit and grilling areas. NO SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY. This is a big one for me. When I have my windows open, I do not want to smell smoke of any kind. There should be a place for smokers to go, but how can property management say anything when the staff are participating in these behaviors or present when they happened? What do you get with the large price tag? A brand new apartment. I love my bathroom and bath tube. I do feel like the bedroom is a bit small, but I am supposed to sleep there. I like the natural lighting. I like the lament flooring. I have used the grill a lot, though the grills are not kept clean. If you happened to walk by the pet pick up station, they do not get cleaned out regularly. This is gross and smelly; they only get cleaned out when the poop reaches the top. Yuck. There are carts for residents to use to bring in items that they bought. Communication is not good. There is no calendar is events. Social events get announced the same week that they are happening, with flyers on the doors if that even happens. New Employee Email, when the announcement was sent out, why was a photo not included? It would be nice to know what the new service guy looks like. There was never an email sent out how to use the fire pit or that it was open other than all of the employees hanging outside that night, if you happened to see that good for you. When will the pool close and re open? The pool has been green for at least a week this summer and it didn't open up until mid-July. Is the game room finished yet or a projected completion date? Security. The outside door to my building does not close all of the time and it should, Anyone can just walk in. Use of Elevators, people need to be aware that the door might open and a person with a dog might be on the other side. Not everyone knows that you should wait for the people in the elevator to get out first before you try to get in. I feel that the staff is lazy and will not take the elevator pads down. If they are to be there for when people move in, you would know when someone is moving in and put them up and take them down. I am really tired of looking at them. The elevators and hallways needs to be cleaned more frequently it smells. There are a lot of dead bushes and grass.

I found this Apartment Complex online via Google. The website was stunning, modern, and easy to use. I wrote an email requesting follow up on open apartments, and got a response back from the friendliest sales' rep immediately. She was so hospitable to show me open units even on her day off. The timing from my first visit to actually renting was under a week. I honestly knew the moment I visited that North 680 would be my new home! Bravo to an amazing team and experience!

New building, nice steel appliances, spaciuous two bed apartment, excellent lighting. Residents are cared for, all issues are immediately taken care of. Nice neighborhood with shopping mall and many restaurants.

I enjoy the community. It is very clean and everyone is very helpful. I love that it is dog friendly and has a nice dog park area right on the property. The gym is also very nice and filled with updated equipment and TV's

I'm new week. Great staff so far. Nice to have great storage, a heated garage, and nice amenities. Like the full size washer dryer in the unit. Nice pool and outdoor and indoor recreation. Very nice gym too. Seems like a quality place thus far.

Moving is normally stressful but the staff here was making the move a good experiance. The apartment was ready on the move in day and everything was ready for me. The maintence staff helped me with the move and were respectful and told me if i needed anything to feel free to contact them.

The building is gorgeous but not as clean. The amenities are not open as of July 2 Nd .Were not given updates about amenities or projects updates. There is a lot of vacancy here less noise the building is not clean daily.

I can hear a lot of noise from the people above me, when they turn on the water, vacuum, sounds like stomping accross the floor. 90% of the staff here are awesome and friendly, one person in the office had no customer service skills. It is hard to rate the property because it is still under construction; cannot use any of the amenities.

This apartment is amazing! It is 100% up to date with quality features. I especially enjoy the amount of lighting! Many apartments do not have ceiling fans or lights, but North 680 does! The secured entrance and elevator are also nice perks to living here!

I am very happy with my decision to move into this community. The complex meets all my needs and is really close to work. I am still about 30 minutes from Chicago so no lost there. Very satisfied with my choice.

The staff at North 680 really makes you feel important when you walk in the leasing office! I've been looking for something in Schaumburg but everything is out dated and hasn't aged well. When I walked in for a tour I was greeted immediately and I knew this was the place I wanted to call home! The apartments are beautiful!! The staff is super friendly and are there to help you with anything you could have questions about! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new apartment in Schaumburg! Truly luxury apartments!
