It's a great place to live! Great units, great management, great value. Be mindful it is just a rental, so nothing is high luxury, but the units are well worth what you pay, and the add-ons for your lease are worth it.

I've loved living in this community! The amenities are great and staff are super friendly. We love using the exercise facility and our dog loves using the dog park. During covid, we have been very grateful to have nice walking paths to use every day.

Clean. High end amenities. Safe and quiet. Used as a work apartment a few days a week - but after looking around feel this is the best value in the area if you are looking for a new stylish community.

North 680 has been a great place to live so far. It's only been a few months but I've enjoyed my time at this property so far! The community has been great and everyone is really friendly! The apartments themselves are also gorgeous! Can't go wrong living here!

I love living here. Staff are all very pleasant and residents are all kind. Haven't met someone I didn't like living here. I feel incredibly safe living here, even taking my dog outside at night. Look forward to living here for a few years!

My girlfriend and I decided to move to North 680 based on location to work and previous interest in the location when I first learned about it shortly after it was built and we couldn't be happier with the decision. The apartments are wonderful, the buildings are kept clean and tidy, and small things like an amazon locker, having packages delivered to your door by maintenance if they're dropped in the leasing office, social events, and trails close by to take our dogs are all things we've come to love.

North 680 has great amenities that it offers it's residents. I moved in during COVID which I thought was going to be difficult but the office staff were so very helpful in answering all my questions! Would recommend living here!

This is a great community, it has great amenities and it's quiet. Staff is always prompt and professional and they love seeing my dogs. Any issues or problems are addressed in a timely manner. Even my friends have said how nice the property is.

Amazing!! People are incredibly kind and the community is great. The office staff iterate upon feedback and always care about how you are doing! The overall experience is incredible so far even amidst covid!

This is very clean and new community. People are nice. It's very quiet so no disturbing. I am so happy to find here and move to this community. The bathtub is large and deep so it's good to take a bath'

Building is still brand new and facilities are very convenient. The location is very good for me for work place and other personal activities. I go to business often normally, this apartment is not so far from O'Hare airport as well.

Friendly and kind Staffs. New Building. Safe Area. Nice Location for shopping. Easy Procedure for moving in. I like Amazon Hub System. I like the build in parking connected to inside. Easy Handling for Garbage.

This community is very clean, comfortable, and friendly. There are great places to walk my dogs, they communicate regularly about anything that affects the residents and property maintenance has been solid.

The best place I've ever lived. I've never had management this good at any place I've ever lived and the maintenance is nothing but exceptional. I could tell you all the good but as soon as you come in to look at the place you'll know. I really can't say enough good things about this place and the people here

My overall experience has been very positive. Love the new features of the building and my apartment. Management has been very professional and helpful with any questions or maintenance requests I have had. Only down side is the rent is a little higher especially for a place in the suburbs.

just moved here from out of state and this community was a good place to live while we familiarized ourselves with the area. Safe community and very near shopping and restaurants. Would recommend it to others.

Experience is good but value diminishes over time. Large increase in rent without the value being there. Overall the grounds are kept well and clean. There is not enough trash storage to accommodate a whole building so when the days start to pile up there's so much trash it spills over sometimes into the walking area of that garage

I have had a great experience living here, and have not had any problems. The amenities are plentiful and clean, and the front desk staff and maintenance staff are welcoming and responsive. There is also plenty of uncovered and garage parking.

The leasing staff is super friendly and attentive. The residents are pretty respectful of each other. The apartments are beautiful - as are the community areas (pool, club house, game lounge, and gym).

It is very clean and new apartment. I love the kitchen cabinet and design. Neighbors are pretty quite and feel safety. We are enjoying our new home. Also, there is gym and pool. Don't have to drive to the gym in the cold weather :)

I love the common area, which serves coffee to the all tenants. I utilize the workout room 5 days a week, which provide all the workout equipment that I need to keep me and my wife in shape. Strongly recommend our community!!!

it's been great living in this community. Great apartments and very friendly staff. Very clean and nicely maintained community. Great parking spaces. Nicely maintained pool, gym and gaming room. Nice maintenance staff.

It is a really nice apartment complex. Love apartment layout, everything functions well. Bathrooms are big and certainly worth calling luxury. A lot of storage, floors are nice and very easy to clean. Maintenance takes a good care of building, office management is very helpful. Don't have anything negative to add. Would recommended to others

This apartment has been very comfortable for my wife and I. It's almost like having our own home in that it is a single level (I have trouble getting around), we have own heated garage a short distance from the elevator and a great view. It would hard to find these amenities in a different apartment complex.
