This apartment has direct parking. This is very convenient. The key to the room is the fob. However, the parking key is a cylinder type. The same is true for mailboxes. This is a bit tricky to use, but it's okay.

Great Community to live in! The Office staff is incredibly welcoming, kind, and authentic. Martha and Nicole are amazing! We attend all social events and each one has been fun and engaging. Its been great living at North 680 and it will be said to leave our apartment one day.

Everything is superb! It feels like you are at home. People are nice. It's cozy and safe. It's very easy to get around. It feels like you are out in the country. I had friends over for party at the clubhouse. They love it.

It's right next to everything in our life currently (work, school, gym, Costco, etc.) We've made friends with several of our neighbors and have had holiday and football parties It's been a great place for our new dog we got together The dog park could be better

Overall, the community at North 680 is very good, especially the cleaning and outside maintenance staff! Whenever there is an issue in my apartment they are very prompt at responding. I also love the sense of community and social gathering the staff coordinates!

I am satisfied with peaceful environment. It is also convenient to access most of supermarkets by car in 10 minutes. Training gym, community lounge and game lounge are available 24/7. Requests to staff are timely responded.

Complex is clean and we'll maintained. Nicole and Martha are wonderful to work with. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner and the staff from the front office, to maintenance, to the groundskeepers, to the gentleman that beings all our packages to our door are as friendly as can be. It's a great community.

A great community to live in- quiet, grounds well kept, exceptional kind responsive staff, secure and safe, designed for functional living. I enjoy the "little things" at this complex like the dog waste stations are emptied every day and the dog waste bag rolls are never empty. Also, if there is a package delivered to the leasing office, maintenance will bring the package to your door by the end of the day- they are very hospitable!

This is a great place to live, great community, great amenities, and location. I came here because my house had a fire. House is almost done so I'm going back. The insurance company and my adjuster helped to pick out this place and we were disappointed.

It has been good, but I will be glad to go. The unit is very small with very little light. I love that it is so nice for the pets, and people residing here are, for the most part, really nice and there is minimal noise.

Great location. Kind management who promptly address any tenant concerns and pay meticulous attention to detail. Close to shopping and restaurants. Close to Woodfield Mall. I-90 and I-290 are easily accessible. Pet friendly. Highly recommend.

Nice place and the apartments seem spacious enough. Staff answers questions and resolves issues quickly. Rental prices seem a bit overpriced. Seems as though the renters are becoming younger and people are moving in and out a lot.

I really love the neighborhood and location. The staff are all nothing less of wonderful! Including the leasing staff, maintenance, custodians... I've truly only had great experiences with them all. I genuinely love my stay at North 680, but if I had to pin point some cons there would be only a few. One - I can barely hear my next door neighbors, but oh goodness can I hear my upstairs neighbor! I can hear every single step they take and it echoes/makes a pounding noise every time they move. Sometimes I can even hear them snore. I'm assuming the building construction does not have very good insulation between the floors?? Two - For the square footage, you're definitely paying more than other newer apartments in the area. For example, you can drive 20 min and choose one of the brand new apartments in Wheeling and get more space for the same cost. But other than those two things, North 680 really is a great place to live.

Quiet, clean, modern. The staff is helpful, the grounds are kept clean. There's a variety of different units and styles to fit any needs. Parking is limited, but with reasonable pricing garage is are affordable and extremely convenient.

The community is very cozy, stylish, and modern compare to other apartments I have seen when I was searching for a place to move to from California. I was having a hard time arrangement a visual tour with other apartment as I was living in California and we're in the mid of pandemic with travel restriction which I can't physically flight to Illinois to have a tour. While other apartment either direct us to online pictures or online videos, only this community offer a live tour on the spot. The fact that they are willing to give us a live tour which set us at ease and made up our mind to rent and stay here afte rthe live tour. After living here for almost a year, we really like it here. There are monthly events host by the community. The facility is very clean. They always updates us what is going on like maintenances, CDC Covid updates, and etc. The office staffs are very responsive through emails and very helpful. So far, I'm really enjoy living here with my husband. I will totally recommend this place to my friends and family if they want to move to Chicago.
