Great community and staff. Been living here for little over 2 years and have no complaints. Quiet residence and great neighbors. Events held by staff are awesome, just wish that I could attend more of them but my work schedule just doesn't allow it. Only complaint is there are no peepholes on the front doors to apartments to be able to see who is knocking. Great security system to be let in the building so shouldn't be anyone you don't know knocking, but would still just be great to see, just the first time I've ever had an apartment door without a peephole.

Building staff is friendly, and nice location to access several supermarkets. Room size and equipments are relatively small so I recommend this property for couples or families who do not have much of furnitures or dishes.

Too expensive for what you get. Not enough easily accessible green space for pets and parking is a nightmare. There needs to be much more parking around the building or actual residents getting stickers for parking and guests use the further lot. Yes everything is updated, but not great quality. You pay a lot here for the location which is the biggest positive.

Management does a good job. Property is well kept. Very nice and quiet place. Layout of the apartment is beautiful. Plenty of storage space in the kitchen for a chef like myself. That is very hard to come by.

Experience has been very good. Love the staff, neighbors are friendly and amenities are clean and welcoming. All guests and visitors impressed with the pool, workout center and coffee station. Would recommend complex for anyone looking for a place.

Very clean, well maintained, and quiet. The space is used well in the floor plan. The apartment and property are both well maintained. The pool and workout facilities are beautiful. I would recommend living here

North 680 has been a great apartment community. I have had no issues since moving here and the office staff is wonderful. They work hard to make living here more enjoyable by hosting events and putting together little gifts for holidays. It makes a huge difference to have good management.

Such a lovely place to live! Beautiful units, great amenities (gym has all the equipment I need, I'm at the pool all the time in the summer, and the billiard room is great for hosting friends), and plenty of nice trails close by for walking my dog. The location is amazing too - so close to lots of great shopping and dining, and also close to highways for easy travel.

We absolutely love living here! We feel so safe here and glad to call this place home for now. The staff is so friendly. We have easy access to our garage and storage units. There are always some fun activities going on for the residents! The grounds are so pretty as well as the apartments and great place to walk your dog! We love being here!

We moved in on July 23, 2022 and everything has been perfect so far. I am really satisfied with my experience so far. Nicole has been a great help. the grounds are beautiful and great for my family and 2 dogs.

My first experience at North 680 was a 6 month lease that ended early November 2021. I was in 1406 on the top floor. I came there while going through a brutal divorce. It was a beautigul experience because no one was above me. I left in early November 2021 to look for a house in Florida but house prices were crazy so I came back to North 680 in early January 2022. That is when the nightmare began. I was told 3206 was available on the 2nd floor and I signed a one year lease because I thought North 680 was beautiful. What I was not told was that it was right next to the game room hearing noise all hours, pool balls dropping to the floor, people talking loud etc. Even worse the floor above me is paper thin and it sounds like people stomping when they walk also. It is a total nightmare. It is my opinion that the leasing agents either have quotas or bonuses for filling apartments because a day or 2 after I signed my 1 year lease I noticed on the North 680 website that 1406 was still available. Why would they not offer me the same quiet top floor apartment I had before? Maybe because they thought to give the 76 year old guy, who wouldn't know any better that noisy apartment. I tried to get out of my lease and in talking to William III he said no. I even asked Margaret, the leasing manager to pay the 9 month rate instead of year rate to get out of my lease after 9 months. It is enough for a 76yo man to go through a brutal divorce after 50 years of marriage then come back to what I thought was a beautiful complex and end up in hell here.

Some events for residents are often held at the apartment are fun like a pizza party, a summer party and grab and go breakfast. I hope more events would be held. By the way, a lot of dogs live at this apartment. I like seeing them!

We are renting here while we look for a new home. This is a great option for our family with all of the amenities (pool, workout room, lounge) we feel like we're in a nice hotel instead of a rental property. As a realtor myself, I will highly recommend these units as a rental option for my clients.

This residence is very good. Because, room is very clean and newer structure. And, entire security system is good configuration (building entrance and my room). Also, have sufficient safety system. I am satisfied this residence.

I love living in this community. Not only is it quiet and clean, all the residents are respectful of the people and space around them. Everyone is friendly, service staff is very quick and responsive, and the office team is amazing and accommodating. It makes life so much less stressful when you can come home to a place you trust!

Beautiful apartments with modern look. Office staff is responsive and always there if I need anything. Grounds and amenity areas are always clean. There are great resident events monthly you can go to as well. Close to ohare as well as shopping and restaurants.

staff is responsive, maintenance is better, they all do their job, no problem with that. buildings are wood framing, hollow walls, floor shakes when neighbors walk, music & noise come from downstairs unit, terrible terrible terrible.

My experience has been nothing short of great! The quality of the unit was as expected and any issues I had were addressed the day of. I had a unit where I had no neighbors next door so sound was never an issue. Rent is high, but is easily one of the best apartments in the area.
