I love everything about North680. It is a place that I am proud to call home. I feel safe here and it is located very close to all to everything. My neighbors are super friendly and the management team and maintenance are super friendly as well.

I moved from out of state during Covid. North 680 staff made it so easy to get everything I needed and make my move stress free. I showed up the day of my move in and my apartment looked exactly like the pictures. I had a family emergency when shortly after I moved in and had some furniture delivered. The office kept it safe for me until I returned home. Awesome awesome staff here!

I will have lived at North 680 for three years as of September 2021. It is a little expensive, but I cannot imagine living anywhere else in an apartment in Schaumburg. The value for the money is high since North 680 has all the amenities I would ever need, and it is very safe and very comfortable. For example, my girlfriend dropped her phone somewhere on the property and the person who found it placed it next to the door of our building where I picked it up. I think given the cost to live here, residents are less prone to purloining things because they don't need to. I really like the fact that the tenant population is very diverse from individuals to families, and from Young to old. That diversity brings a positive dynamic to the atmosphere at North 680 that is enjoyable for everyone. Summertime is awesome with the pool and the barbecue areas. My experience has been that everyone outside is very social and very accommodating. It is really easy to make friends and build relationships that are friendly here. In the winter time or during inclement weather, the "Game Room" becomes a center of activity with its pool table, big screen TV, and other cool accoutrements. The management has been so patient and excellent in being quickly responsive to any issues, not to mention just being cool people who are just like you and who participate with tenants in property events. The events that management plan are excellent. Aside from the food trucks, the painting class and cooking class I participated in were lots of fun. In sum, I did my homework before I moved here, and there are lots of properties to choose from in the area. One new competitor came into the area recently at a much higher price. Nevertheless, today, 680 North is the only place I would live in Schaumburg.

Despite of the pandemic, the office staff did their best to make North 680 feel home. They tried their best to have residents celebrate holidays, do a virtual activities, leave some treats. When we request for a maintenance, they were so professional and time efficient. When we claimed about the noise, they took immediate action to let the noisy neighbor know to respect their neighbors. I just wish lights in the hall were a little brighter - makes me feel a little depressed, even though I am not haha.

Car parts were stolen while parking at parking lot (south parking lot which beside of BLD.690) The parts "Catalyst converter" was cut and stolen. It has been reported that a lot of theft damage has occurred because rare metal is used for this part.

Beautiful community with well planned apartment floorplans and the finishes (granite counters, kitchen island, in unit full size washer and dryer, spacious closets) that make these rental apartments feel more like a condo you own, than a temporary space you're renting. The community is quiet, but friendly, and the grounds and walking path and dog park are beautiful! The common areas are top notch as well. This complex has an urban amenities feel, with the charm of the suburban countryside right outside your door. The neighborhood is populated, but peaceful, and multigenerational. Shopping and restaurants, access to the expressway are all nearby. This is a well maintained, classy community that I am proud to live in.

This apartment was built just few years ago and is very clean overall. The home appliances like washing machine or refrigerator are new and very nice too. One thing I do not like is the entrance. The main entrance is along Algonquin Rd, which is quite busy street. I recently saw two traffic accident near apartment. There is no traffic light for the entrance and no intersection. It is difficult to go out.

Attached garage to the building really helps a lot during winter since I have a wife and kids. No need to step out in the cold and the garage is heated as well. The general amenities are well maintained, probably use of scented soaps/ cleaning stuff can be a bit strong at times. Location wise is pretty good with a Macdonald's across the road and a strip mall with Asian food and a liquor store.

Everything is good. The community is safe and the staffing is good. The location of the community is great. The only drawback I can think of is the neighbor. It really all depends. If you have good luck, you will get good neighbor. If not, you will get noisy neighbor, and no one can help you. They will still do whatever they want to drive you crazy by making loud noise.

Good place to live. It'd be better if the price was more fair for rent. Maintenance staff is great, they come right away and take care of any issues. Their social activities also are great, they do a lot of free breakfast, lunch stuff.

The community is well maintained and overall has a very welcoming feel to it. Also the location is fantastic, everything is roughly 10 minutes away from us! I would argue this is possibly the best place to rent in Schaumburg.
