Great place to live
I Love this living here, staff and maintenance are friendly and responsive, the buildings are nice and well maintained and the area is convenient. Move in process was super smooth. Happy I made the choice to live here.

A GREAT APARTMENT
I have been living in the Creeks with my family for more than three months of a 6-month lease. I came to Lexington as a short-term international research scholar. While I was struggling highly with finding short-term housing, I bumped into this, thankfully, the leasing process went through promptly and smoothly. The premises is really nice, the unit is species and well equipped. It is situated well next to Tates Creek road, so public transport commuting is also convenient. My kids found schools within walking distance. I am especially impressed with the maintenance service provided by the apartment, all my issues were sorted out by the maintenance team swiftly. In a nutshell, everything is splendid so far. A highly recommendable place!

I've only just moved in so I hope this doesn't speak for my whole stay, but the police were called twice in the span of an hour over two separate occurrences- which really isn't something you want to see moving in. But other than that the people have been welcoming and the community looks well kept.

The staff absolutely sold me on this place. The friendliest people I have ever met in my life. Allie and Lauren are outstanding and are eager to help!! I love that it's close to town and you don't find many strangers lerking around which makes me feel safer!

Everybody, including the staff and my new neighbors, have been extremely welcoming. This community is pet friendly and has pet waste disposal areas all over for convenience. It's a beautiful community.

Amazing management team, very knowledgeable and eager to answer questions and assist in any way possible. The buildings are nice and maintained well. The community center is updated and easily accessible. The complex is close to shopping and entertainment.

Everything has been great since I've moved in. I love how quiet everything has been. The only complaint I would have would be all the potholes that we have in the driveway area. But other than that I love it all.

I love this community! It is by far the best apartment I have ever lived at. The pricing is good for it being the perfect location, with newly renovated units, and amazing amenities! I love the updated gym. The staff are so friendly and truly care for their residents. I am so grateful for them! They literally go above and beyond!

The maintenance and staff are exceptional. They go above and beyond to make this a comfortable, happy environment. The neighbors are all super friendly and they allow pets so you are guaranteed some pet friends! I would 100% recommend you check this place out and add it to your list of possible homes!!

Staff is wonderful. But you never have anywhere to park. Apartments are falling apart. The show apartment is nothing like what you actually get. Spending almost 1,000.00 a month for a one bedroom is crazy. Your money is better somewhere else.

The staff is super accommodating. All the necessary amenities & alot that you don't even expect ?? year round hot tub, excercise equipment, & tanning bed are extras you don't get just anywhere ??

Awful. Good luck if you need anything taken care of. Even squirrels living in the walls eating through the bedrooms. Used to have excellent management, don't know how this place went downhill so fast. I wouldn't recommend it. Park 99 and Tate's creek village I strongly recommend if you plan on living in this part of town.

Older community but updated and very nice. Wonderful neighborhood. I lived in this community 37 years ago, for five years. Recently moved my daughter to this location. Still a very nice place. Convenient to a nice shopping center and restaurants; upscale.

My daughter likes living there. Except for a few maintenance issue over she is happy there. She feels safe for a single lady living there. When I visit I think everything is kept up nice and clean. Its a good fit for us.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience and the girls in the office are fantastic !!! They and the maintenance staff have gone above and beyond to make my stay pleasant. They are very accessible and the call service has been great.

Awesome management team! They truly care about the residents and they try their best to ensure everyone is safe and happy! Great location, brand new gym, pool area, community events, new and renovated units! They are competitive in pricing! Highly recommend this property! This is my second time living here. Love it so much!

I like this property, I feel safe here. I would recommend it to my friends. However, since the pandemic there has been a decline with communication, maintenance and the property being taken care of.

So far the experience has been great. Stuff are friendly and accommodating. Apartments are clean and comfortable. The pool is nice and relaxing. Have recommended this place to others already. I have no current complaints.

The Staff are always friendly and helpful, the amenities are well cared for and easy to use, and the property always looks pleasant. All of my maintenance requests have been dealt with efficiently, properly, and with respect for my time, property, and pets. I genuinely love it here

The apartment are well maintained and clean, and the amenities are nice as well. The location is convenient, and I was really impressed with the internet offered through the complex- I was worried I'd have to pay more and upgrade from the base level, but it's been really fast and reliable. Overall it's a nice place to live in a comfortable area.

The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Our dogs haven't had any issues here and there is a park right down the street. Also there is a snow cone stand right outside. Everything here has been great so far!

I really enjoyed living there. It's the best apartment community I've lived in both Lexington and Louisville. I'm now buying a house but Ill never forget this experience. I loved your gym, suntan bed and other residents in your community. You' got the best pool in town! My unit had solid marble tub surrounds and granite counter tops with new cabinets. The service with Eric (?) was very professional and quick. Overall, I can't thank you enough with the support I was given!

The best place I've ever lived! Staff are wonderful & so helpful. Always clean around the buildings and breezeways. Landscaping is BEAUTIFUL! They'll take care of you if you take care of them. 100% Recommended! You won't be disappointed.

I've lived here long term... this property has THE BEST maintenance crew! ADAM and ERIC..! No matter how big or small the issue, they're response time is always literally minutes. The office manager is just as good. When things need done, or you need with with anything they're always easy to work with. I think the property staff here needs to be recognized, thanked and acknowledged! Not many properties have maintenance this quick, through and good!
