I guess I came in after the renovations. Great staff, super helpful, apartment looks fantastic - real granite, great quality stuff. Classy. Great atmosphere, nice landscape. Wish there were carports or garages.

Have had problems from the time I moved in. Although things seem to be going better, I have been very disappointed and inconvenienced from my first weeks moving in until now. I was told I would be compensated by mgterHannah..? We will see.......????!!!*

I can't think of a positive experience I have had in this apartment. The new pool and gym are nice, everything else is a nightmare. I will be moving out as will every neighbor I've talked too. Luckily they have a nice big pool of unsuspecting students.

TONS of water shut off's and renovations that has taken months and months to long. A person who worked on the project said ------ the property manager was the reason why it took so much longer then it should have. Staff gives discounts to people for rating 5* BEFORE they have had a chance to live there which is the ONLY reason this place doesn't have worse reviews.

My apartment is wonderful and the office staff is amazing. Erin and Hannah always bend over backward to help with any issue I may have. I highly recommend those girls and this community!

This place is TERRIBLE! They renovations have taken MONTHS and MONTHS longer then any normal renovation should! We have had about 30 water shut off's and when I say water shut off's I mean for 8 hours or more during the day. The property management is also TERRIBLE and we have had nothing but issues with them the entire time we have lived here. Our rent never seems to be the same each month and they always have these mystery charges for water that make you want to gag because you know you didn't use that much water! They are charging people for the extra water during the shut off's I know it. STAY WAY WAY WAY AWAY from this place! Literally I think they could be sued for the charges they handing out. Just today I find out from my Wife that we have some sort of late fee and from the words of the office "Not Paid Utilities in months" umm SCREW YOU! Our rent is supposed to be $815 and we have been paying $900 and that is not enough? I feel like someone is getting screwed and I am not happy at al! -100* for this place its terrible.

The maintenance is probably the worst I've seen. I love the space the townhouse has been I can't rely on the maintenance crew to get anything completed on time what so ever. Office staff is nice and looking forward to the new commons area to be completed.

I have live at The Creeks for 3 years and plan on renewing my lease for a 4th year. I have had a great experience with the community. Maintenance requests are always taken care of promptly and the staff is always friendly. I believe the price of rent is fair. I would recommend this community to a friend.

If I could put a NEGATIVE 5 STARS on this property I would. The reviews with 5 stars are bull. I am sure those people were paid to put that on there. The other reviews are more precise on how horrible this place is ran. If you are a person who loves getting screwed over month after month and loves to just hand people all the money that you have then come and live here. That is the ONLY thing this place is good at. They were taught by their corporate office on how to screw people over and not give a crap. The ugly hearted women in the office are just for show. Just a pretty face to walk into. They are dumber than a rock and their customer service is literally the WORST I have ever been in contact with. Nothing about our year here has been even decent. When your lease is first signed they give you a form to fill out with everything you would like fixed and everything that is wrong with your apartment. Well I can go ahead and tell you not to waste your time because that is just toilet paper for them. They just want you to feel like you have control and/or power. In reality THEY WILL TAKE EVERYTHING YOU HAVE. I have not been able to use our dishwasher since we moved in. We have literally filled out 3 work orders for the same stuff that we wanted fix and still NOTHING has happened. I am telling you that your money and time are better spent elsewhere. They are trying to do all these rennovations when they really need to be putting the money into updating ALL of their apartments. When updates were discussed the almighty ------ told us " This is a B property", I don't care if you look at it as if it were a "Z property". You are suppose to serve my needs for everything I need to be able to call this place "home". All these people care about is making money no matter what they have to do to get it. I have spoken to many of my neighbors and they are saying similar things. I wish I had a review like this to read before I moved in because living here has been the BIGGEST regret of my life. This place does not deserve to be open. I would suggest reading over your rights as a tenant before signing the lease because they will screw you if you let them.

I moved into this apartment with a move-in date of five weeks ago and the "renovations" are still not completed. The office staff continually delayed my move-in date everyday until it was two weeks later. Moreover, the apartment was painted poorly and the quality was poor such as both sinks leaking and stopped up, shower faucet falling off the wall, no towel racks in the bathroom, and the screen door falling off, just to name a few problems. Repeated requests to talk to a property representative have been ignored. Maintenance has come everyday for two weeks to try to repair these issues and they are still incomplete.

Office staff change frequently therefore accurate information not always communicated to residents. No understanding given for inaccurate information received. Hard to get in contact with manager; callbacks not given. When attempted to contact corporate, no reply. Maintenance request slow to be fixed.

I live at The Creeks On Lansdowne. Due to their current remodeling of their workout area I had the opportunity to try out the one at Kirklevington. I like to use the treadmill, and the one their is awesome. That might not be much of an apartment review, but it's nice knowing I can go there to get my workout done. I have been considering moving from Lansdowne location to the Kirklevington location. Also, the staff at both places are amazing. They know me by name, and if there is something that needs to be taken care of they do it immediately.

I've lived in both an older one bedroom apartment and a newer two bedroom apartment. 2 Bedrooms/1 Bath: Pros: The Creeks on Kirklevington Apartments are one of the best that I have seen in Lexington for the asking price and awesome accommodations!! I currently live in a two bedroom/one bath and absolutely love the apartment. Spacious rooms, great size balcony, great natural lighting from the sun and a staff that truly cares about your needs. The maintenance staff at the site are very nice, polite, and very quick to act upon maintenance requests! Rigo and Rob are great workers and do what they can to help you! Cons: The apartment community has sporadic renovations that are a little inconvenient if you are home during the day. The complex is currently trying to fix issues from the last property owner and have to turn the water off from time to time. Although, this is a great "con" to complain about because they are improving the apartment complex greatly! 1 Bedroom/1 Bath Pros: Cheaply priced for the location and size of the apartment! There is great parking next to the one bedroom apartments and plenty of closet space! Cons: There is not much natural lighting that gets through the apartment because there is one window, then the balcony sliding glass door. That is really the only complaint that I have. The apartment seems dark at times without adequate lighting. But I guess that could have been where our apartment was too.

I just renewed my lease a couple of months ago and am happy with my decision to stay at The Creeks. With renewing your lease they offer renewal gifts, I got a free carpet cleaning! Office staff has changed a few times over the course of my stay here but I can say that since the ladies in the office started working here early in the year my issues and problems are resolved very quickly. My apartment does not have washer and dryer hook ups but they are installing them in many of them and said that we could even talk about installing them in mine when they began work in the next group of apartments! Every time something stops working in my apartment the maintenance guys always do there best to take care of it as soon as possible.

I have not lived here long, but i absolutlely love it! From the time I came to look at the property the office staff has been excellent. The girl in the office that showed me was very professional and very helpful. She had a glowing personality and was very well knowledged in the apartments. I feel very safe walking to my car at night, something I didnt feel at my old apartment. The office was very accommodating to me as far as moving in and all the questions I have had since. I have only had one maintenance issue since I moved in, the problems was taken care of in less than 24 hours. I WILL reccommend this property to all my friends!

So far I have been pleased with my stay at The Creeks on Kirklevington. The staff, both office and maintenance, are both very friendly and helpful. I am from out of town so I was not too familiar with the area when I moved here, their assitance in helping me find my way around town has been extremely useful. I really like that we are able to use the work out centers and clubhouses at the other properties and am excited to use the cook out area by the pool next summer! The holiday decorations put up throughout the complex are really pretty and really make it feel a lot more like home.

I moved here May 1st and it works really well for me going to UK. I can get anywhere in Lex in about ten minutes. Parking is easy and you can park very close to your apartment. I rarely hear my neighbors. They keep the landscape managed weekly. The area is well lit at night, including the parking lot which is visible from the apartments. There was new paint put on all the apartment doors and walkways this summer, as well as new railings. New concrete was put down on the walkway steps. I have a one bedroom and I have no problem with space. I have only used maintenance once, but they were awesome and they went above and beyond to help me. The same can be said about the staff who is always generous and professional. It is not made for college students but it works great for me!

I have lived here for about a year and a half. I was not going to renew, but I decided too because of all the changes that have been happening here. The buildings were run down but now they have pressure washed them and added a lot of new concrete so its looking good now. They also added washer dryer connections in my apartment which is great and it was only $30 extra a month which I think is reasonable because we also get free wifi. I think that the maintenance guy Rob is working really hard and hope he stays forever. The office staff is really nice and there seems to be alot more people there now. The grill and pool are fantastic. I am happy I renewed !

I'm a prospective renter ... Reviews listed on this website for this property seem very suspect. A bunch of high reviews from people who only visited the property (Prospective renters) and from others who are about to move in but haven't and yet they are giving rave reviews on things they haven't experienced yet. How does one give a rating/review on Parking, Noise, Maintenance, Construction, Safety and Office Staff when you never lived there?? The only thing you could actually review is how pleasant the office staff are and really, do you think when you're a prospective tenant, you're going to be treated poorly? Have you ever met a rude car salesman when you were looking to buy a new car? You're more likely to have problems after you bought the car and trying to get some service. Hmmm?

Great amenities, affordable units, well kept, quiet neighborhood, and pleasant staff. My fiance and I will be moving there in July, but compared to other apartments we've looked at, this place has the best bang for its buck. We are very pleased with what we've seen so far.

I'm so excited to be moving here later this month! You can't beat all the amenities for the price, and I haven't found another place in lexington with free wifi. And I like that its close to UK. I looked online for a long time and this was my first choice, after going to take the tour, I didn't have to look any where else. I loved it. Can't wait to get moved in and relax by the pool! WM

I lived there in 2009, and recently found out I "owe' 500.00. I have since bought a house, rented, and had my credit ran numerous times, and i'm just now finding out about this? They owed me money after I left, but after new management came in I didn't get a dime! I called to see what was going on, and the lady that answered the phone was the RUDEST person I have EVER spoke to, and hung up the phone on me!!! Saying they have no paperwork, or any information on my situation although I am sure they are the ones who turned me over for NO REASON! We even went through the walthrough together, and all was well. These people will screw you over!!!
