Don't move here. They cover up the outside to camouflage how ------ it is inside. The floor boards are uneven and there is mold on the air vents and a mice infestation in the unit and in the gym. The pool is nice though and the countertops are nice

Overall, I satisfied with this apartment. We are very much concern about the safety issue. We felt this apartment is safe. However, it is a little bit noisy (from upstairs neighbor). my apartment doesn't have good soundproof.

The building is old, my kitchen ceiling fan and oven vent still don't work. Looks like they are moving toward better management and renovating but the process is slow and painful. The people working here now are very nice and dependable. The laundry facility is filthy.

Only nice on the surface- there is a lot wrong with the apartments. Poor insulation, appliances are awful (and I live in one of the recently updated units) and everything is not the quality you would expect for the price you have to pay to live here. And since I've lived here, there's been a revolving door of residents, but they all seem to have one thing in common, which is their desire to be outrageously loud and inconsiderate, having 3am parties in the parking lot mid-week and leaving trash everywhere. Also the outdoor lighting is terrible. Have to use my phone as a flashlight to go down the stairs at night.

First and foremost let me start off by saying the property manager Amanda is great!! Extremely nice, knowledgeable, and willing to help with any need that I've had. When I need or ask for a request she communicates it quickly and Chris which is over Maintenance swiftly does all he can do to resolve an issue I may have. Which is not often but it's nice to know I have someone that cares and listens then puts that into action! Staff is very respectful to my needs and I have a comfortability when I know I have to speak with them. Thank you!! CC.

Like the location for my many doctors I have to see. Please for this holiday called Christmas, please decorate this year, it gives the atmosphere of that holiday, makes the season give true meaningful attention to that holiday

This is the worst complex I have ever experienced! They do not answer and solve maintaince requests in a timely manner. They do my solve any issue to the satisfaction of residents. Several people in my building have told me how displeased they are with this complex. They do not value residents or their quality of life. My apartment has mold, and old disgusting carpet that needs replaced. The leasing office always has excuses and is often times rude to residents.

It's a clean, well maintained property that offers great amenities & a great friendly staff. I just wish I would have researched more it's a little over priced. The location is very noisy and busy. People that dont live in their use the pool..

I would not recommend this facility to anyone. They fool you with the nicer, newer pool and equipment room but the management is awful. We had a leak from the apartment above us which came down into our bathroom creating a giant hole in the ceiling which has been a constant problem and eye sore. We have continuously called management and maintenance and it has still not been fixed, mind you we have now had an open hole in our ceiling for the past 3 months. They are constantly giving excuses and blaming it on someone else instead of fixing the damn problem. There is constantly no parking and the dumpster has been so full on multiple occasions that people just leave their trash outside of the dumpster because there is no room. There have also been several reports of car break ins as well as robberies from the equipment room up top. Honestly, I would recommend you spending the extra $50 a month to live somewhere other than here who actually take care of their tenants

This is a horrible place to rent. Seriously. Avoid it if at all possible. The apartment we have is not actually that bad, however the rent is a little high based on what you actually get but I guess that's just Lexington. When you tour I believe they exclusively show a model or something very close to a model. The model is really nice, however the actual apartment is not that nice at all. Our drywall has obvious bad patch jobs throughout. In our hallway the patch job is about a 1 by 2 foot mess. This was here when we moved in. The toilet paper was never secured on and constantly fell off. We reported this around October and it was just fully fixed last month and even then it was placed on crookedly . For at least 2 months there was no holder at all and white plaster covering the drywall that had crumbled. The flooring in the kitchen is coming up and has been since we moved in. Overall, the apartment is OKAY, but the management is AWFUL. Every time we have reported something or attempted to they have written us off and made excuses. Literally every time. Our toilet was not working a few months back and after many attempts at plunging and drain-o and at least 5 calls no one had responded for over 12 hours. We have a 1 bathroom apartment so we had no way to actually use the bathroom in our place. Finally, I called back at 9pm after waiting all day and had to bring up that they are required to fix a toilet in a 1 bathroom home or it is deemed uninhabitable and the lease can be broken- they had someone over within the hour...The management has switched around 3 times in the 8 months we have been here. There is often dog poo in the grassy areas and even on the sidewalk because people don't pick up after their pets. Another example of the poor management was about a month ago during a UK game. I got home from work sometime after dark and there were NO parking spots because people had a lot of friends over to watch the game. When I brought this up with management I was told that no where in my lease does it say that that is not allowed even though there are spots that are designated for visitors only. They said it "sucked" that I could not find parking but that basically there was nothing that they would do. We will NOT be renewing our lease and have actually found a new apartment even though we still have 4 months left on our lease here.

Just moved in 2 weeks ago and this place is infested with roaches as well as other bugs! I have even seen mice running around outside! I've made complaints but they won't do anything about it. They say they have a company that comes and sprays every blue moon but I have never seen him and neither have my neighbors. It's going to be a long year :(((((!!! Beware! Don't make the same mistake I did

I live in the 650ft apartment and it is tiny. I can barely fit my couch in the living room. With all the new upgrades the place is literally falling apart. The plastic pipes under my kitchen sink come apart atleast 2 times a month, usually when I am doing dishes and floods my entire kitchen and spills over into the living room. Ive called maintance about the issue a couple of time but the just do a quick fixer job and the usually come lose again within a couple of days. Also the air stopped working in my apartment in early July, because it was a hoilday weekend it took them until Tuesday to come. It later stopped working again at the end of July when it was 91 degrees outside. Luckley it was on a weekday this time so it only took them a day to respond. The rent is too high for what you get. But it does come with a few perks like cheap power bill, free internet which is pretty fast but randomly stops working at least once a day, low water bill.

So far I have been immensely pleased with the quality of service that I have received living here as well as the quality of the apartment itself. There have been a few minor problems that I have had, but the leasing office have handled them with the utmost sincerity and helpfulness.

Amazing community, friendly neighbors, plenty of parking, amazing office staff. Moving to the creeks was a decision I don't see myself regretting.it's in an amazing neighborhood with quick access to basically anything you could ever want out of Lexington.

Decent apartment complex with pleasant staff, though they have trouble following up with with maintenance requests, etc. Nice pool area, but the rest of the community spaces aren't great, even after a recent renovation. Overall not a bad place to live, and not horribly expensive.

Since I've moved back to Lexington a few years ago, this has been the best experience I've had renting. The staff is friendly, down to earth, & helpful with any situation I've had. I love having free internet & the new pool is awesome. Nice for when I have company. Overall it a nice place to live and is great for a single person or a small family..

I live at the creeks with my brother in a two bedroom and we both really like it here. Its close to work which is good and we don't have to pay for internet. They just put in a new grill the other day and I am very excited use it. So far I do not have any complaints with living here.

I have lived here for almost a year and while living through the renovations was annoying, they turned out great. I especially like the renovated fitness center and the hot tub area. The staff has always been courtesy and helpful (especially Cory in maintenance). I enjoy the location and the many things that are nearby. i would recommend this place to anybody who is looking for a nice place to live that is affordable.

I like it, it's rather quiet and it's very well located. There isn't much traffic to get in or to get out of the place any time during the week and you have access to Circle Rd which is nice. It has a nice lounge area with grills which may come in handy during these cold days.

I have lived at The Creeks on Kirklevington for three months now, I cannot express how happy I am to be living at this community. From finding the right apartment for me in my time schedule, to the simplest of maintenance requests. The staff has been warm, welcoming and will go out of their way to help you. As for the renovations that have taken place, they are wonderful. New appliances, granite counter tops, and many other features help to make the apartments comparable to most of the top competitors in Lexington for apartments and town homes. The gym has been expanded and updated with more equipment, the leasing office now has a business/study center with iMacs, coffee and cookie bar. And not to forget the the friendly staff.

I just moved so I'm not sure what these were like previously but the renovations are AMAZING. Seriously, this place looks beautiful. One of the big reasons I picked The Creeks is because of the gym... I got to cancel my gym membership and save some money, so that was awesome :) I definitely recommend The Creeks. The staff is ridiculously friendly too!
