I moved into a newly renovated apartment and it was like I moved into a brand new apartment. The manager has been very helpful from the begining as well as any time I go to the office. I used the pool all summer!

I enjoy living here for the past few years, have seen a lot of great renovations that they continue to do. The area is quiet as well and has a nice gym that has a great equipment that I enjoy using a lot

I've lived her going on three years and love it. The common areas are cleaned and maintained. Entrance to the Gym and Billiard Room are by key fob. Having a pop corn machine at all times is a great plus. I highly recommend it!

We are so happy we made the choice to live at The Creeks. It's a wonderful, quiet community that I feel safe living in with my young son (and one on the way!) We are very proud of our home and love having family over. Our townhouse is very spacious. The staff has been incredibly friendly, we love our neighbors, and couldn't be happier. It has a neighborhood feel vs an apartment feel, and we plan on being here for years to come.

A wonderful place to live. The leading agent was so nice when my fiance and I moved in. Made the whole process simple and easy to do. They gave our dog a treat and everything. We enjoy using the pool, they have a nice grill. The sitting areas are wonderful. Its quiet, the area is beautiful and efficient, it's right off of new circle making going anywhere easy.

I have lived here a yr and just signed another lease for a bigger unit for another yr! This place is very clean, the staff is very friendly, the yards is cleaned from the pets, the clubhouse is always cleaned! And that to me is very important with the fall and winter coming up! And Justin and Allie always have been polite and have had maintenance at my apt immediately when needed.

Beautiful apartments and grounds that are kept up well, and the office staff are all helpful and kind. Very pleasant place to live, not alot of noise. The area is accessible to lots of shopping and restaurants. Definitely recommend!

I moved here 6 months ago from out of state. The office staff made me feel right at home from the start. The property is well maintained and has great amenities. The upgraded gym and laundry room are great additions.

I absolutely love this place!! Best place in Lexington by far. If I need anything fixed or done the staff is on it. Justin the landlord is amazing such an understanding guy. If you wanna move move here

just over all a wonderful place to live. THE STAFF IS WONDERFUL...especially Allie at the front desk. I dont have any issues and I love that it is clean and wel kept. The pool is always clean and ready for a swim. I love this place

The office staff for The Creeks on Kirklevington have been extremely welcoming and helpful to me. I was greated by the leasing agent immediately, before taking me on a tour she offered refreshments. I was impressed by the amenities and the apartment!

I love this community because the place is always clean and upkept. Everyone is exceptionally helpful. This is a great place to live. I would recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a nice place to live with very reasonable rent.

This is place is awesome! I moved in last year and it just keeps getting better! They are constantly adding new amenities for us. I work nights and there is plenty of lighting anywhere I go on the property when I walk my dog. The staff is always friendly and have always responded to any requests in a timely manner.

I love this community, being a UK student it was very convenient getting to school within a short 15 minute drive. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an amazing place to call home. Office staff have been very helpful for the last few years! .

Overall it's been a decent experience. I will say that many of my appliances are dated/older and the space in the apartment is a bit dated as well (cabinets, fixtures, etc.) It has worked really well for me as a single person.

Been a pleasure living here. Any maintenance issues are always immediately attended to. Staff always pleasant..! I well lit, safe parking. Great amenities!! Grounds/laundry/office/pool/game room/workout cemetery always neat and organized. I feel the staff takes pride here. Thx!

I have enjoyed living here at The Creeks on Kirklevington. The landscaping is beautiful and well kept. The maintenance is fast, and he always does an amazing job. The location is great, not far from anything and very close to downtown.

The units are in need of renovations beyond new appliances and counter tops. There are bugs, rotting wood, outdoor safety lights out, and black mold in all fixtures and bathrooms. It would also be nice if there was more than a handful of seating at pool. You have the room, put down the chairs.

I have lived here on two separate occasions and both times have been wonderful! The location is great, close to the mall, plenty of restaurants to choose from, Kroger's is right down the road and it's a straight shot to downtown. Allie and Justin are very accommodating and make a point to care for their residents like they're family. The grounds are kept tidy and the landscaping is beautiful once the spring hits. There's plenty of space for my dog to run, play and go for walks ( great location for animal lovers). I would highly recommend!!

I moved in a few months ago. So far so good. Everyone seems nice and helpful so far. I like the property and the pool. Ive had two maintenance issues but Shaun was able to get them fixed quickly. The pool is the best part.

This is my 2nd time living here at the Creeks on Kirklevington, and i absolutely love it here! The staff are so sweet and helpful and ive never had a problem with maintenance! The gym and tanning bed are very convenient, and there is a park in walking distance! Definitely would recommend!

i ADORED LIVING HERE!!! Have bought a house and moved now but if we were looking again would rent from them!!!! The pool is amazing, just as nice as the one at the new summit apartments - for literally half of the price. Dont skip over this hidden jem.

I've enjoyed my experience so far! Everyone has been friendly and welcoming. On my first day, one of my new neighbors helped me move my furniture upstairs and get settled in to my new place. Since then, we have been good friends!

I lived at this community for a year before moving to Florida. It was great while living there with no problems from neighbors. Had only 2 maintenance request the year I was there. The pool definitely makes living there worth it. Office staff is always there and is always helpful. A+
