The first few months I felt fine about living at the Creeks on Kirklevington but, in recent weeks it has become louder and more police activity outside my windows. Also, I have had issues with random people knocking on my door late at night, which makes me feel very uncomfortable. On the upside, the management has been an ease to work with and are always willing to help.

The amenities are great. They just redid the gym which really needed it. There isn't enough parking, many people park on the street instead of the parking lot. More people have started to pick up after their dogs but it's still everywhere. The walls between apartments are thin and the neighbors are pretty cliquish. The set up of the studio apartment is amazing, tons of storage. Stair ways are really worn. When it rains they leak, the cement on the landings is crumbling, people let their dogs use the bathroom on the landings and don't clean it up. The maintenance staff are on point, they usually fix the problem within 24 hrs. There's a park just down the street which is really nice. The apartment is in a great location. There used to be recycling bins but they got rid them. Office staff are usually pretty responsive to complaints.

andI've always felt safe during my stay here. The maintenance staff has always fixed things that I sent work orders for. The rent amount is pretty good for what I'm getting. The neighbors never directly bothered me so far. Although, I wish they would quit smoking near the staircase outside my front door, and quit leaving messes in the gym.

The community is very friendly. The hot tub is open year round which is a plus. Whenever something gets broken they are out here to fix it quickly. I have not waited more than a few days for someone to come fix it. There is enough parking for all residents and guests. Ideal location, close by food, a gas station, grocery store, university of Kentucky campus.

Quiet community with friendly staff. Hot tub open all year around. Grill by the pool is convenient in the summer. Good gym equipment. Maintenance requests are completed very fast. Neighbors are respectful.

Great staff. So kind yet professional. The pool and tanning bed are perfect for our family! We also love the hot tub open all year. We love living here. The convenience to stores, entertainment and work are perfect!

Everything has been great so far. Very spacious, inexpensive, and conveniently located near great shops and restaurants. There is also plenty of parking which is great. The only downside is there is not a lot of lighting.

Just moved in on December 20th. Lauren and office staff were really friendly and helped out tremendously. So far no issues at all. I am so happy to call this home. I moved from Cincinnati to start over and this is a great start!

The office staff was very helpful. I really needed to get into an apartment ASAP and Ally in the office was extremely nice and helped me make it happen. Had an issue before moving in and it was resolved the next day!

Creeks on Kirklevington is a great apartment complex! Generally quiet and pretty. Primarily younger working residents and college students. Amenities are great, staff is super friendly. Can't complain - great quality for the price!

I just moved in about a couple of weeks ago and have had an amazing experience. The staff in the office are so helpful and friendly and the maintenance workers are great. It's a beautiful community. I have a dog and the environment is so pet friendly and clean.

Staff is excellent. Apartment is quiet. Neighbors are friendly. I really enjoy all of the amenities the community offers. I always have a parking spot unlike my last apartment complex. I got a two bedroom one bath and it is big.

I love the apartment and community that I am living in and have no complaints about the staff or living space. Amenities are great and I enjoy them every chance I get. I am satisfied so far and would recommend this community!

I loved living at the Creeks on Kirklevington. Office staff has always been so kind and friendly. Only had two minor maintenance request during my time there. Unfortunately I graduated and moved to Florida.

Overall good, neighbors are awful, and loud and always have trash outside their doors. Management has been fine and easy to work with. Seem to want to keep residents happy as long as said residents are paying rent on time. They are prompt and helpful

This apartment complex is wonderful. The staff are always welcoming and helpful! They always take my requests seriously and are easy to talk to! The amenities at the place are great! I use the gym, pool, and bbq all the time on my days off! Everything is kept up beautifully and I enjoy the fresh flowers and landscape! Wouldn't want to live anywhere else

It's an ok place to live. Its kinda too loud and too many kids party here. But beside that it's great. I think they could do something about the parking lot here. It's hard to find a place to park at certain times

I just moved in a little over a week ago, but I have really enjoyed my time at The Creeks at Kirklevington so far! The price is fantastic for the one bedroom apartment, spacious, and has a washer/dryer hook up. The only issue we've had is storage, as there is not much in the apartment. However, we had made due with it by buying a pantry for the kitchen, storage for the utility closet, and for under the bed. I would recommend this apartment to other young couples just like us who are starting out and needing a one bedroom!

I've only lived here a month, but I can tell you, it's much better than where I lived before. Quite neighborhood, AMAZING staff, neighbors I've met so far are great! I plan on making this a long term stay!

This is a beautiful apartment complex. Everyone was so nice and inviting and the place was so clean. The pool looks beautiful and the fitness center is very nice. I can't wait to tell my roommates about this place!

I love this place it's well taken care of and people are really nice. The pool is beautiful and well taken care of really love the fact that they have pool security now and people and more well behaved at the pool. I feel safe where I live and that's and really good thing. Very much recommended for all my friends and family!!!

I was very impressed with this community. the grounds are kept very nicely. Has a very nice pool/hot tub. My children were in love with the floating chairs in the water. The staff there is absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Overall great community with lots of amenities, and a new building that has basically everything you need. Fitness center, pool, and recreational games are available. The community managers are also very friendly and willing to assist.

Not happy. Bad Management; very quick to charge you fees when you are late on paying rent even for a day, does not matter if you forgot to pay. Very slow finding the maintenance issues in the apartment. Disappointed.
