I loved living at Kirk. Unfortunately I had to relocated. Highly recommend it to anyone. The office has always been so friendly and accommodating to me. The pool is AMAZING! I loved my stay and hopefully one day Ill be back.

Overall it's been relatively fair minus a few exceptions. I understand nothing is ever going to be a perfect experience. I've had a 18k motorcycle stolen in the parking lot from a building contractor, and never had management reach out to me in any effort to assist or accompany me during the hardship in any capacity, even after I filed the police report and notified management, along with emailing corporate headquarters. That was probably the worst thing that has happened to me here.

I only recently moved in but the staff here has been unimaginably helpful, friendly, and supportive. I have absolutely no complaints at all about these apartments. They are nice, clean, spacious and very conveniently located.

My fianc? and myself were tired of living with my mom her two younger kids and two grandkids in a 3 bdrm house. We wanted a brand new fresh start. On out own just the two of us and our daughter who will be there part time. We were just riding through familiar neighborhoods that we knew were safe. We passed The Creeks on Kirklevington the night of June 6th my fianc?'s words were I want those. June 7th he woke me up feeling something good. Throughout the many doubts prayers hopes ... June 8th we signed our lease together. The process of it all was unforgettable Alley & Justin we're the happiest most loving open armed people we ever met. Thank you so much for this unforgettable experience with many years to come.

This is the best apartment community I have rented. The fitness center is perfect for me to workout, the music and atmosphere puts me in a good mood, my one bedroom had just been renovated and I like the residents! Overall, I couldn't have been happier with the the property and the rental rate was considerably below the new properties in Lexington.

The area is really nice and peaceful. However, what tops it off is the amazing staff at Creeks of Kirklevington. They're very helpful and will ensure you're well taken care of your entire stay. The amenities that the apartments provide are awesome as well. Anyone who decides to move to these apartments will love it!

This community is super welcoming and open hearted. This was my first apartment and I'm already impressed. I love the neighborhood and the people, also it's a super beautiful place to live. I love it here!

I have very much enjoyed the three months I have been living at the Creeks on Kirklevington. The staff in the office were super helpful in getting me moved in, and my rent amount for what I'm getting has been a great value. I love how close it is to everything. Some noise from neighbors upstairs sometimes, but overall, a great place.

I have only lived here one month. I am retired so I do spend most of my time at home. I. Love. It. My heat went out last week. I called that morning and someone came out THAT morning within the hour. Problem solved. Great maintenance staff. Very prompt and proactive office staff when answering my request. I am genuinely happy in my decision in choosing to live here. Now, I am patiently waiting for Summer so that pool can open back up!

My experience here the past two years has been great. I have always felt safe, and I have felt like any needs or questions I have had have been accommodated promptly. Communication with the apartment staff has always been swell, and maintenance has always been precise and responsive.

Maintenance is great and fix the problems once they come. Sometimes it takes a few days for them to come and fix it but it does always get done. The office workers are very nice and always great to talk to. The grounds are always kept nicely.

The experience with The Creeks has been amazing. The staff was very courteous and professional and the move-in process was a breeze. Along with the staff, the amenities are fabulous and well-kept. I would highly recommend the Creeks.

I'm really happy here. The apartments are nice and the staff is super easy to work with. I had only a few minor concerns upon move-in and those issues were taken care of promptly, with care, and done right the first time. Yeah... I'm happy here.

This is a nice place. However the parking situation is a nightmare. Get a space and don't leave. All in all good place to live. The staff are great. Amenities are good. The only downside is the parking. Assigned parking would be great.

Love the apartment and management. Always there whenever I have a problem and makes sure to fix it as quick as they can. Recommend this community to everyone. Scale from 1-10 of perfectness I rate it a 9, definitely.

Me and my boyfriend loves the creeks on Kirklevington it's such a great community and the staff is very helpful. The location is great for us because it's very close to multiple stores and perfect for our little family.

It has been good so far, we just moved in on Friday. One thing I wish had been handled a little differently was that the bathroom would have been cleaned out quicker than the morning we moved in. We like the style and setup of the apartment and are happy so far with all the appliances! Very nice place to live!

Very friendly staff! The apartment was clean and ready for move in! The entire campus is kept to excellence! Very highly suggest to move here if you are looking . When looking for a place I had great results here and either the sister property!

Things thus far have been rather pleasant. The location is very convenient considering its proximity to the near by universities. Only once in almost 12 months have gun shots been heard. During the summer things sometimes get a little out of hand late at night at the club house area. The quality of the living space is desirable, and priced competitively. I've recently signed on for another twelve months, and am generally happy with the decision considering personal circumstances. This however is my first experience with apartment rentals. But, I did quite a bit of research prior to deciding on this location. The grounds are kind of small, but well kept and decent.

I enjoy living at this community. I love all of the extra space I have in my place. Maintenance is quick to respond to issues and it is very close to a lovely park. The staff is very helpful. The only down side is that the parking is not well controlled.

love it no hassles. sometimes getting in touch with the office afetr hours is a problem ,like when i locked myself out. had to call a locksmith , because no one had a key. Other than that experience , it has been a very nice apartment community

This is very nice and cozy place to live. It's very close to new circle which is very convenient for my route to work. It's located in a very safe neighborhood. I highly recommend this place to live if your looking for a place to live in the Lexington area.

Staff has been exceptional. Everyone I have encountered has been friendly and tried to meet every need. Other residents seem friendly and do not cause disruption. I look forward to making this place a home.
