Loved this apartment complex- fresh out of a breakup it was the perfect place for me to grow into my own. I used the pool plenty in the summer and told myself I'd use the gym plenty in the winter. The complex is a quick drive to most of lexington and a 5.5 mile bike ride to the farmers market.

Place wasnot move in ready! Apartment was dirty and half of the appliances (lights, washed/dryer, floors, lights etc.) it's almost been a week and only half it is is fixed. I find new problems everyday.

We really like living here. We have a townhouse, and most of it has been renovated. Any issues we have had typically get fixed pretty quickly. The 24 maintenance has come in handy on multiple occasions.The office staff is really friendly.

I had Great experience! The staff and maintenance have have been great. It's pretty quiet and is in a great location if you don't want to be close to campus. It's in a great neighborhood and isn't that far from the mall.

This apartment complex is fine. It's just that. There is nothing particularly special about it, certianly not for the price. I personally felt like the price was a little outrageous for a one bedroom with a pet, but it's a safer neighborhood and close to Kroger, The Mall and Walmart so I guess thats what you get. However, they don't really enforce parking here and it is always really hard to find a spot. I just didn't feel like it had enough room and I thought it was too expensive for what you got. But if you have the money, it's fine.

The staff, neighbors and area are nice. My only complaints are concerning the parking, the relatively thin walls (I can hear my upstairs neighbors talking and walking around) and the fact that my refrigerator has not been fixed. Otherwise, it's a really nice place.

My partner and I moved in in late 2018, and it's been an amazing experience. The facilities are in great condition and crazy useful - my partner uses the gym a few times a week and I love hanging out in the lounge area studying or working at night. Allie and Justin, the office staff, have been absolutely amazing. From helping us work through our complicated move-in process to handling maintanence requests immediately, they have been a huge help - and they knew us by name pretty much the minute we moved in! While sometimes college kids out on Kirklevington are a little rowdy on weekends, it's not that loud and super easy to tune out. None of our neighbors have been loud or disruptive at all. The apartments are pet-friendly, so we see cute dogs everywhere, which is a really great bonus to living here. The actual apartments are very affordable and great to live in - the economy of space is good, all our furniture fits nicely, and the balcony is a comfy place to sit outside on nice days and fun to decorate during the holidays. The apartments are really appealing, both inside and out. When my partner and I drove in to check it out for the first time, we knew that this was the perfect place to get our first apartment together, and we've been proven right ever since.

I went by this property and took a tour. The staff was friendly amd welcoming. They helped me do my application and got me into the apartment very quickly. The amenities look amazing and i cant wait to use the swimming pool this summer. I would recommend checking out this place.

Amazing community. I absolutely love the staff here. They are super friendly and professional and get things done right away. Everything is always clean, from the grounds to the pool, gym, community room. Bunch of restaurants, stores, places to go out in the area. Did I mention how awesome the staff is!?

It has been a complete failure. I have been forced to file a terroristic threatening report against leasing agent ------------, have three theft reports on file with the Lexington City Police Department, and as of late the authorities were called for vanadalism. That is an additional report. Five reports on file with Lexington Police Department in regards to the failure of both the Manager Justin Harmon, and Maintenance Manager, Shawn Clark.

I really enjoyed living here. The office staff are absolutely amazing and the maintenance requests are handled in such a timely manner. The cons i had was the constant noise from my upstairs neighbors, the appearance of the exterior of the older units desperately needs to be improved, and the insulation isn't very good, at least on the unit I was in. It stayed very cold in the winter and very hot in the summer, but was manageable. The community felt very safe however and the traffic was never too bad.

I am beyond displeased. justin is unaccommodating, rude, and does not have a any understanding for the importance of punctuality in a professional environment. I have had issue after issue here and cannot without writing a short novel begin to express my discontent for the level of service i have received from him. after my work orders are PROPERLY fixed i will not have issues with the apartment, and I believe i will start to be able to find happiness in living here.
