What separates The Point from other places is that even though we are 100 yards from Rt.18 the trees, nature and amenities make it feel like we are miles from the craziness. We have no plans of moving anytime soon.

Nice space I apartment compared to a lot of newer apartments. Nice pool, and gym and dog park add to the amenities available here. Convenient location to lots of surrounding places. Overall happy with my choice.

Maintenance responded same day as request and corrected issue as requested. Security and safety issues are addressed quickly. The community has many benefits including social events where people get to meet and have fun.

I’m literally obsessed with everything about living here at The Point at Abington.. I’ve left a detailed review a few months ago about my positive experience with living here but I had to write another to acknowledge the staff here. I am so grateful to live at a place like here where the staff truly cares about their residents. A perfect example is that they go above and beyond and have occasional parties here for the residents to get together and mingle and just to show overall appreciation for their residents. I’ve been here since May 2025 and since then they have had several get together which I truly love attending. Every single get together has been such a good time, has included the best food and desserts, the cutest raffles and just overall great vibes, like seriously it’s so cute that they do this for us and I hope they continue. Thank you Beverly, Michelle and the rest of the staff that put the thought into all of these all of these wonderful events. -Emily McEachen

Great move in process! All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The amenities are amazing. Everything makes up for lack of elevators when moving in. We're happy with the noise level we're happy with the layout of our apartment. That's the main reason that we chose it! We're happy to call the point at Abington our home!

Moved in 2024, my family is happy here and don't have any complaints. We utilize all of the available amenities in our community. All of neighbors are cordial and respectful of noise levels and common are cleanliness. The management team responds to all communications in a timely and friendly manner.

So far things have been great, the community is awesome for the most part (exception for those neighbors that don’t pick up their dogs poop). The staff is great! Maintenance has been amazing at addressing any of our concerns. The leasing office staff has also been super helpful whenever I burst in with my random questions. Overall we’ve really enjoyed living here. Rent us a bit high ?? that’s my only gripe but overall we love it.

Decent accommodations. Little else

The apartments are nice and the grounds are kept fairly well. The community is nonexistent and communication between residents, the office and maintenance could use some improvement. Neighbors are hit and miss, with some being wonderful and respectful, and others stomping and screaming constantly or making the halls reek of weed. Maintenance is pretty good at what they do, but you’ll never know when they’re going to come until they show up at your door. Overall it’s a nice place to live but your experience may vary.

The recent Fall Resident event held on October 7 was so much fun. It was great to see familiar faces, meet new people and see the kids having fun. I enjoyed meeting Beverly (the new property manager) and I look forward to future events to get the community engaged.

Feels like home!!!

I love everything about the apartments here at The Point Abington! My roommate and I have lived here for almost 3 years now and all I can say is that it just feels like home! Some apartments I have lived in in the past have an apartment feel, but here it is homey and comfortable. They are modern and there is ample space for a couple with their child in the other bedroom or in my case, 2 friends living together. They’re very spacious and there’s plenty of room where we don’t feel as though we are on top of each other! We have dealt with Michelle in the office since day one and I can’t say enough nice things about her! She is so good to work with, thorough, punctual with her responses and very easy to talk to. The new property manager, Beverly, that I had the pleasure of meeting was so kind and I think she is going to make a big difference here at the point as well! I think her and Michelle already seem like they make a great team! I’ve lived in many apartments and this is by far my favorite!

I truly appreciate Michelle, as soon as I say something within a couple of days she takes care of any issues. She's very understanding to everyone's needs and safety. It's very hard to find people who actually care about their job and people I can tell. It's not an easy job but she definitely gets it done. I LOVE living here! You will too

I recently went through a divorce and needed to move from the house I lived in for 10+ years. Ive never lived on my own before but I knew I wanted a safe but also updated community and an open floor plan style when looking for the perfect apartment for me and my kids. I knew I wanted/needed to stay on the South Shore, and I knew I wanted a complex not a house for rent. I toured 17 local complexs and I was becoming extremely nervous because I could not seem to like any that I was touring as I kept finding several things wrong with each one. I toured the Point at Abington last and I KNEW the second I drove into the complex this was the place I wanted to live at. I loved everything about the outside grounds of this complex and I fell even more in love once I went inside of the model unit. It was seriously perfect and was everything I wanted in an apartment. The units are so spacious, updated, open floor style and just perfect in every way. The outside grounds are beautiful with all of the greenery and well kept all the time. The clubhouse is beautiful, the gym is amazing, the pool is great, the park is an awesome amenity to have if you have children, the outside patio area is awesome to just sit at and relax, and looks so pretty at night with the string lights, I love it. The grills are always so clean and also a great amenity to have as well. The package room is great, I have had no issues with any missing packages since Ive moved here. Sometimes my packages dont get delivered in the delivery room, but get delivered outside of my building #9, and when that happens someone always brings them into the inside of the building which is very helpful, whenever I see a package outside of my building I do the same just so my neighbors packages arent outside. The maintenance workers are extremely quick, I had to put in a few requests and every single one was responded to so quickly and with such professionalism. Michelle G., the property manager is AMAZING! I seriously love her so much, she is always in such an upbeat mood, so friendly, helpful and just an overall great person Im so happy she is the property manager here. The location of the Point at Abington is great, its right off of Route 18, and centrally located to so much. The units are so pushed back from the street which is good because its very quiet in the units and when walking the grounds. I am so beyond happy with my choice in choosing to move here, I feel very safe here, I have zero complaints, its everything I wanted, and I know if you choose to live here you wont regret it either. -Emily M.

The apartment is good I previously lived in my own home so I'm getting used to the sounds in an apartment. Footsteps above me is a natural thing its the banging and sounds of heavy things being thrown on the ffloor that I can't get used too. My only other issue is there is a no smoking policy but unfortunately not all residents abide by the policy I'm constantly smelling cigarettes and Marijuana. This is something I have to deal with for the time being. I will reaccess my living here when my lease is coming up for renewal. Other than that the apartment and community is ok to live in I'm quite sure this is a common occurrence in all apartment communities.

The Point Abington

Staff promptly responds to all issues. The complex is set back off the main road and feels private. Grounds are well maintained and trash pickup occurs multiple times a week so dumpsters are never overflowing. Community is very nice and the units are spacious with excess closet space. Enjoying living here!

Everything is going well so far. The community is nice to walk around and my dogs love it. The dog park is also great. I really enjoy having a designated parking spot and not having to worry about having to park far away like I've had to do at other apartments. We have a ton of space and the high ceilings on floor 3 are really nice.
