I enjoy living in this community. I have only one complaint and that is the outdated washer /dryer unit. I'm hoping to have this replaced very soon. I can't complain about my neighbors for over four years now and the office staff has been great all along. Overall this is great community has been consistently worth the money I pay for rent each month.

It's OK. People I met have generally been nice and the staff has generally been helpful. The back door on our building seems permanently broken. There is even a sign saying so. There is dog poop everywhere. I think more trash barrels around the complex may help solve this problem. Many residents seem unaware that trash goes into the dumpster, not next to it. There are plenty of "restricted breed" dogs living here. There was also a marijuana addendum on my lease, yet I smell marijuana everywhere. This and the dogs dont even really bother me, just shows me that rules/regulations are not taken seriously

We love our community! We moved in April 2022 and have had a great experience here. The office staff are available and approachable. They are most helpful. Maintenance responds quickly, even on weekends. Would definitely recommend.

Apartments are a great size. I have 2 roommates and there is plenty of space for the 3 of us to coexist without clashing. Plenty of natural light in the bedrooms and living room to save on electricity.

Nice property but most appliances are original (15+ years old) and not all of the advertised amenities are currently available. Apartment walls appear to sound proof but flooring not so much. I hear ever footstep my upstairs neighbor takes.. all day.. every day

It's a fun quiet place that's in close proximity of bars, restaurants and schools. The only issue that is continuos are the gang of kids that ride their bikes around trashing the hallways and community area. If that and the fact a lot of people leave their dogs poop around, it would be a great place.

I have been here 13 years that should speak for itself. I have only had to use maint about 3or4 times the whole time I have been here. my concern is that in the 13 years I have seen 5 Property mgr"s come and go.

So far I've had an amazing experience here at the Point. Staff made the move in super easy and are always available if we need something. Our neighbors are friendly and the Point really caters to families which is refreshing!

I just moved into the community. The Kingston apartments are pretty spacious and has a beautiful open floor plan. The washer/dryer combo has a much larger capacity that I thought, which is GREAT for a family.

My experience in this community is average.. I love the quietness of the community But if you're looking for friendly neighbors and a sense of belonging this isn't the place.. But overall my stay here has been peaceful with no big issues

We love our apartment-we lived in the apartment above us-323 Forsyth Drive for 14 years until Elliott found it increasingly difficult to climb the 18 steps-we love our application except excessive noise from our upstairs neighbor

Since I have moved here in 2016, there has been 3 different ownerships of the property and more than I can count of the office staff. This has made it nearly impossible to establish a relationship with staff when a problem arises. There have been many times over the years where I've had an issue but had to relay the message to multiple people before being addressed.

No comment just moved in will need more time to assess our experience. We have no noticed the aprtment is very loud. Loud trucks are outside idling at 530 in the morning. 2 dogs have already aggressively approached us. People drive very fast in the parking lot.

Nicest apartment complex in this whole area of the south shore. High end units with plenty of space. Great staff and amenities are second to none. We love our complex and have no complaints. Great family oriented complex that's kid and pet friendly. Totally recommend!

We have lived here for a little over 6 months and we have really enjoyed living here. Lots of young families (and dogs) that are very friendly. The amenities are great. The gym is very up to date. The units themselves are spacious and up to date. We rarely hear our neighbors (both next to us and above us). We love living on the first floor with our own back entrance to our unit.

Very clean and beautifully landscaped grounds. Some issues along the way with package theft, children being destructive of the property, however management has handled these issues as best as they could. If you are looking for a quiet community, you will not have it here during the summer months.

Neighbors are freindly and lots of families here. Large apartments with wood floors too. Price per month a bit high and package room still an issue. Lots of grass for kids and dogs to play along with the playground and dog park. First floor units also have their own outside access door too.

Been through 3 ownerships in 4 years. The most consistent thing from them all is raising the rent every year. You would think eventually enough is enough. The location is very convenient. Would be nice to put a normal swingset in the playground for the little kids to be able to play on.

The community is beautiful and is exactly what we were looking for when we originally moved in. However, there are many issues that we, as well as neighbors, have with our appliances that do not get fixed in a timely manner (if at all).

We have been a resident for 10 years and absolutely love it here. The community is quiet with beautiful landscaping. The staff is extremely nice and helpful and Maintenance is very quick to respond to any issues. I would highly recommend The Point of Abington.

It is a very nice community, landscaping and green areas gives a great sense of peace. Neighbors are mostly families and Respectful. Rent increase is generally high, office staff and management was not very helpful to negotiate.

The location is convenient to major highways and off the main road enough to feel privacy. The grounds are open and spread out with space between the buildings which is wonderful. Our maintenance issues over the years have been few and were addressed quickly and completely.

The maintenance staff and property management team are top-notch. They do a great job handling issues right away. The grounds have lots of nature for my large and medium pups. Most of the residents are friendly and respectful. The installation of Amazon lockers gives me peace of mind because our packages are kept safe unlike other communities.

I have lived here now for aprox 4 months and so far I really love it! Management is friendly and maintenance her are very quick and proffesional. Whenever there is a problem it is quickly dealt with and fixed.
