We really do not have any unfavorable information. We moved in May 1 after selling our home. We had concerns about going from owning a home to living in a community however it has not been unpleasant.

    We have not yet been here a month, but everything we have needed has been accommodated. It is a very nice community and I enjoy feeling safe and comfortable within the area. It's close to everything we need and the apartments are very nicely updated.

      Do Not be fooled by the pretty photos

      Lived there for two years. Moved out August 2024. Half of the amenities pictured in the photos no longer exist and the ones that remain are in various stages of disrepair. The dog park is so disgusting I stopped letting my dog go in there. My electric bills were outrageously high, averaging $300/month for two people and it wasnt because we kept the lights on 24/7. The appliances in my apartment were original, 17+ years old and so energy inefficient. The AC ran so loud (before totally shutting down in June) that it woke me up from a dead sleep every time it went on during the night. The dishwasher was missing parts and required double runs to clean the dishes-but because it was still running (albeit inefficiently) management refused to replace it. My monthly water and sewer bill (for two) was $100 even though I had spring water delivered to drink (too much chlorine in Abingtons water for my liking). The drawers in my fridge were cracked and held together with duct tape and the ice machine constantly leaked water despite being repaired several times. Again, because it was still running, there was nothing management could do. If you are a smoker and looking for a no -smoking apt complex that allows you to smoke, then this is your place. Lots of rules but none are enforced. The walls are thin, carpet is worn and thin, and the wooden floor planks had separated in several places making area rugs a necessity. If not for my awesome neighbors across the hall, I would not have a single positive thing to say. Definitely not worth the $2800/month rent.

        Management team are responsive, all questions answered, cleanliness inside apartment and out. Don't mess center kept very clean. Online access for rent / maintenance / packages. Security is good as outside doors need key for entering. Only suggest maybe sending out alert when new neighbors are moving in, downstairs neighbor didn't allow us a single day to get furniture in and settle before banging on ceiling and coming to door to only realize we are very quiet people. Highly uncomfortable.

          I love this environment and the upkeep of my new community. The convenience of the package room, playground, pool and grills are bonuses. The staff answered every annoying question in a timely fashion.

            The woman I spoke with was very nice and answered all my questions. I like how the community looked, especially the pool and gym. I also LOVE the in unit washer and dryer: big selling point. I'm discouraged with price of rent especially with no utilities included. However, I do look forward to moving here.

                13 years here must tell you something. If I was not comfortable here I would not have stayed this long.I have been through i think five property mgr's since I have been here. there has not been any real changes with each new mgr.

                        When I first moved into this community I had a dog and we loved walking along the sidewalks around the neighborhood. We enjoyed meeting other neighbors and dogs in the dog park, too. I have found the people in the main office to be more than helpful if I need anything. My apartment is well maintained and I never have to wait more than a day if something is out of order. I am very happy living here!

                                      I have lived here almost 9 years. The property is very beautiful and well kept. During the winter they make sure the complex is shoveled, plowed and sanded in a timely manor. The new company Panco is very well organized.

                                        Great staff, very cordial , I just wish the pool had stairs to get into and out of pool, it's difficult when you are disabled to get into and swim out of pool. I don't have the strength to pull myself up ladder.
