Frequent change in management. Kids always playing in the hallway. Rent increased steeply with new management. Office rarely picks up when you call, however, when you reach management they are helpful.

    Leasing office great, rent is too expensive , community ok, needs surveillance, gym should be 24 hour availability and access, maintenance needs to really really really really really really be fixed asap

      Perfect space for my boyfriend, I and 2 kids. Staff has gotten better at answering the phone in the main office. Rent is pretty expensive and only going up. Good space to stay while waiting to buy a house. Worth it if you use all of the amenities on the property. Good location.

        Despite being a pleasant community, we have been facing problems with the washing machines and dryers that for 5 months have simply not been resolved, the maintenance people fix one thing and spoil another, I have lost count of the number of times they came and were unable to To solve the problem, the rent is similar to a single family, but we chose it here because of the amenities. We are really disheartened by the lack of a solution to the problem and seriously tempted to look for a new home where we can solve problems ourselves when they arise without having to get married to unpleasant things on a daily basis.

              Not the luxury apartment they claim to be

              I moved into the apartments in September of 2021 and have had nothing but problems since moving in. My washer was not hooked up correctly so when I did laundry for the first time, my hallway flooded. Contacted maintenance to fix it, they came out and “fixed it”, only to have my hallway flood again when I tried to continue doing laundry. My air conditioner does not work and hasn’t since we moved in. I was informed by management that the company is no longer in business and therefore the AC cannot be repaired but needs to be replaced. It’s now April and they still haven’t replaced my AC unit. In December, someone hit my bank of mailboxes and the post office deemed the units unsafe to use. That wasn’t resolved until early March. I had lots of mail go missing during the time. Oh, and people LOVE to steal packages from the “package room”. So good luck getting any of your stuff. Overall, over priced apartments with mediocre amenities and bad management.

                The Point at Abington is a great place to live if space is a necessity. The apartments are all a great size. However, lacking in closet space and a bit pricey for Abington. The apartments could use a remodel and they could invest in a better intercom system such as Butterfly. Other than that a great place to live and I would say 4/5 stars.

                  It's getting better with the new management. Some of the apartments are outdated and do not reflect what you see in the photo's . Depending on the building you live in your mailbox can be inconvenience and mailbox does freeze lock during could temp so no access those days. The tenants are all nice people. There are a lot of kids in the community. The current management & staff are very nice and helpful, hopefully they stay. Parking , you may or may not get a spot close to your building . The package room isn't really a secure package room. It just a room everyone in that lives here has access to and we (everyone) has been having issues with packages being stolen.

                    I was told about this community by a family member, and once I came to visit I immediately noticed how big and updated the apartments looked both inside and outside. The staff is very friendly, and I love that the area is surrounded by beautiful trees and wildlife.

                      It was nice until it was bought out by panco. Security cameras don't work. Package room has packages stolen from on the regular. Trying to speak to management and she cuts you off, and has a response for everything.

                        Love it here. The grounds are well kept. Apartments are spacious. Neighbors are friendly. The office and maintenance crew are responsive. I would recommend this community to people looking for a place to live.

                          Our experience has been pretty great! We love the community and people are friendly. However, the recent changes are negative. I feel customer service skills and people skills from Bridget Bates property manager is lacking and although they are trying to get things resolved they never keep the residents updated. It takes many complaints before we get the updated information we are looking for. Feel the new company has cause this property to go downhill rather quickly. Sad to say but look forward to moving from here. Although we love the apartment the management has disappointed us.

                            Very quiet and clean place. Very family and pet friendly. Residents are courteous and staff is responsive. The best time of year is during the summer and early fall months watching the children play and watching people enjoy the grounds amenities such as the pool, firepit, and grilling area

                              I am very pleased with this community. It is pleasant to live here, grounds are kept beautiful as well as are all the common areas including pool, park, lobby, etc. Maintenance responds to requests in a very timely manner and office staff responds quickly when needed.

                              The apartment is beautiful and spacious. I've only been here for 12 days but for what I can see so far, it seems quite. I have met two of my neighbors so far and they seem friendly which is a plus. The only issue I have is the parking situation. We have 2 cars so we have to pay for parking but I've only been able to use one of those spots due to another car that's been in that spot.

                                Beautiful grounds and on face value beautiful apartments. Very pet and family friendly with a dog park and small playground. Always children playing outside. Sadly quality seems to be lacking. Appliances regularly break and the apartments are not that old. Maintenance is quick to come out and fix when they're told but communication is an issue. A/C broke 3 times over the course of 2 months and nothing was done to correct the issue. Finally stopped with quick fixes at the beginning of August of 2021 and still not fixed as of the end of the year, through the hottest months on record. Heat was broken for over a month. Each call was met with surprise as the tickets had been 'closed'. Promises of callbacks don't happen, emails go unanswered. The community grills are in disrepair. Not worth the luxury price tag. Unfortunate as the location and grounds are beautiful and the sense of community is nice for an apartment complex.

                                      Clean, quiet, community very safe, close to many restaurants, grounds are kept very nice, individual parking spots are helpful. Office staff available 6 days a week on site which is nice. Recently had a few maintenance requests and they were taken care of right away!!

                                            It is gone downhill to be honest. I have to walk further to dump my trash. The pool isn't open year round and the awesome place where I could hold family events is gone. Not to mention I see Abington Police come through here every day now.

                                              Honestly the property has changed hands multiple times while I've been here. I had to financially qualify to live here and that is for sure not the case any longer. The amenities haven't really gotten any better yet the rent has increased by $50-100 every single year. There's no incentive to stay other than the hassle of having to move.
