Great experience. The only issue i have is our upstairs that are constantly stamping and running back and forth. But I understand they have young kids. I just wish they can calm the noise down. Otherwise, I'm content.

I've had a nice transition into my move to Avana. The ladies at the leasing office are absolutely pleasant and helped me address all my repair issues with maintenance. Maintenance is also good; they continued to address my needs and requests in a timely fashion. The neighborhood is quiet, parking is good, and the school is across the lot, which is my absolute favorite thing about here!

Floor boards are super creaky and loud. You can hear every step your neighbors take. Parking is a weird system. You need to pay $30 just to register a guest vehicle. Which is absolutely absurd. Other than that it is mostly ok.

I've lived here for two years and I'm very happy. I haven't had a single problem; it's a wonderful place to live. It's a very safe area, close to shopping centers and Highway 270. Plus, when you need help, they assist you almost immediately and resolve any problems you have.

Overall I think Avana Northlake is great! For the past 2 years that I have lived here I haven't ever experienced a rodent or cockroach issue. The community is well kept and I do have to say the Property Manager Andy and Leasing Agent Julianna do an amazing job with being so responsive. They have helped me with noise complaints and have provided various options to resolve the issue I've been dealing with. I don't really have any complaints about Avana Northlake. Just continue to be an amazing leasing office team!

I just want out my lease. The endless problems since I’ve been here is just very inconvenient now with the mice issue I have barely been in my apartment since thanksgiving. I consistently keep telling staff that I am uncomfortable with being in here hopefully I hear back soon from someone regarding letting me out of my lease.

I want to give a big thank you to the maintenance team at our complex. Every time I submit a work order, the response is fast, professional, and respectful. The technicians always explain what they’re fixing and make sure everything is working properly before they leave. It’s a great feeling knowing that when something goes wrong, it’s handled quickly and correctly. Their hard work truly makes living here more comfortable and stress-free. I really appreciate their dedication and reliability.

Excess noise from common areas. This includes excess drinking and fighting. especially on weekend nights. Night patrols should be started to patrol the common areas. This would provide a higher level of security and safety for your residents.

If you are ever in danger please contact 911 however for all other situations you can contact them. Great! This issue of the begs is a huge issue! I blame , never recieving clean NEW carpet and Having old refeg/stove too. The bugs are in the screen of the stove! The carpet i requested new or replace, when my rent increase over $100 but never recived reason to such a large increase! From $1450 to $1750 the next yr? Please, explaine, now that this Greystar corp issue of this issue. Will I get decreased or credit back towards my rent?

The community is clean, amenity spaces are well kept. The staff seems to care about the community, the sidewalks are being repaired now. I do wish there were smart locks and thermostats. Otherwise everything else is comfortable and affordable.

It's been a good place to live,just that at time neighbors are noisy alot of banging. There is someone smoking marjuiana in the building smelling that at times.Alot of vehicles with no parking stickers so that means they are not on the lease,see different people coming and going that probably don't live here.

We have also done away with traditional parking stickers. We work with online parking pass who works with the towing company. They scan license plates to assure they have been entered into the system. The ones that are not in the system are at risk for being towed. Living is easy and great. No major issues or heard any negative comments from tenants. Sometimes parking can be a little distance from building but not that bad to never any parking. The area is quiet and generally clean except some little mishaps with seeing cigarette butt in the building although it’s a smoke free community. Management usually send out emails about smoking policy

I have lived here close to 11 years and I can say it’s a pretty good community. I have kids attending Christa Mc Cauliffe which makes things a whole lot easier for me and work. I hope to spend some more time here when it is time to renew my lease.

It’s still a bit early for me to say too much—I just moved in this past January, and I haven’t had the chance to explore all the amenities yet. That said, I really like the community so far. It’s quiet, feels safe, and I really appreciate having a shopping center nearby.

Nice pool, and the amenities are nice. It’s not handicapped accessible no elevator so that part sucks parking is not the best. I guess that why you have to pay for parking once a year. They girl who answered the phone act nonchalant.

Apartment was dirty and not move in ready. Looks like little to no effort was put into the repairs made. Apartment was not move in ready by any means With that being said the Julianna in the office was very proffesional and helpful during the move in process but the has been the only bright spot so far.

Initially- I couldn’t wait for the lease to be over due to roaches. However, after a couple of months dealing with that and now being roach free, I have no issues and enjoy my cozy place. No issues with staff being rude or anything. Maintenance request are handled immediately.

The community is great. My kids and I love it here and the amenities are easy to access. Everything is walking distance, but some grocery stores require the bus or a car to get to them. Overall, its a great community and its very quiet

Satisfied overall. Close to school, community center, stores, and workplace location. On site 24/7 security for some issues about noise especially during bed time. Limit the dog per unit it add the noise and for the safety of the children. Adding basketball court as amenities
