Avana Northlake is located in a nice area and has good prices. Management is nice and maintenance is quick to fix an issue. They have a food truck that shows up. The gym should be updated. It's close to D.C. and Virginia.

I have lived here for 3 years so far and I really enjoy it. The previous management company was superb, but Greystar is proving to be far far superior. First, they have renovated the whole place and it's a beautiful modern aesthetic. The grounds as usual are extremely well kept. But they now have so many community building events, such as movie nights with a giant screen near the pool and popcorn and barbecue, Concerts, Mardi gras and Cinco de mayo events. Maintenance as usual is extremely fast. I always say if you don't like waking up early, then don't call maintenance, cos they are quick. Response time is between 15 mins to an hour. Office Staff are exceptional. Courteous and competent. I hope they are paid well, because a lot is demanded from them and they execute to perfection. I really enjoy living here. Close to everything. There is also a trail for running or walking or biking near a huge lake that doubles as a nature preserve. It's beautiful living here. Clean and neat. Neighbors are respectful and it's safe. The resident portal is super interesting to use. Super easy. You can pay your rent from an app on your phone. There is so much more good things to say. But you would have to live here to experience it all.

We love the layout of the apartment. Its just what I was looking for. Great amount of space and natural lighting. Parking is always available and easy. The leasing process was the difficult part as getting a hold of our person at the office seemed to always be a challenge.

I have been in different apartments but Avana Northlake apartments is awesome. Manager and office staffs are just terrific. Their social skills are indescribable. Always ready to offer hope and assurance for each issue presented. Maintenance team are prompt in each request and positive on all situations. I love avananorthlake. Period.

I havent had really any negative issues since Ive moved here. If theres a maintenance problem they fix right away. Management is nice and polite. I cant say anything negative honestly. This will be my 4th year. The community is nice and calm. Havent had any negative issues at all with any of the residents. I love the fact that I can get things from UPS or FEDEX and nobody takes or touches my boxes.

Staff is helpful Maintenance crew is not so helpful , the renovations crew have been leaving trash and generally leaving the area in disarray there's always trash overflowing in the dumpsters the parking sucks

My family and I are new residents here at Avana Nothlake, and we couldn't be happier. We have no complaints as of yet, and we are very excited to spend the next year here. The community is very quiet, and very convenient for us as far as shopping and also work. If all goes well with this lease, we would love to possibly extend our lease in the future.

Needs work. Some staff is good, others not attentive. I feel like a fish out of water, a stranger in a strange land when it comes to addressing my issues. Some staf are not a good fit for this community.

My experience was less than great. Id much rather email the leasing office than call. It can be a bit tricky to get someone on the phone and issues resolved smoothly. Maintenance is best requested online and can be done in a timely manner. Most fees are disclosed after application so I would advise to inquire via email and to be very specific on what you need. Sometimes things are addressed but pertinent information has been left out by the representatives because I did not dig deeper and ask more questions.

The apartments are nice, maintenance staff is really helpfully. Lately, the community doesn't look really clean (green areas). Also, neighborhoods are really noisy, people living in upper levels keep jumping to much all day until late at night, which make a no enjoyable living. I've been sending complaints to the leasing center but they haven't done anything to resolve the issues.

I've been a resident here 2 years and I absolutely love the office staff Nate and Chris <(when he was here). Nate has been an excellent manager. He is kind and very attentive. The maintenance staff has always been kind and get things done within 24-48hrs. Never tow a register car when the car was not parked in someones assigned spot. Here is an idea. Maybe designate some parking spots for residence and some for visitors. That only seems like that civilized thing to do. Never make your tenant feel this way again.

The office staff is excellent and very professional at all times. The office staff is tentative to tenants needs and they show they care. Office staff keep up the good customer service you are excellent at what you do. However the maintenance staff needs work. They tend to put off and treat your request like its not important. They will say i am busy as though your request is not important. They brush off your request if its not an emergency. They seem to not give straight answer on time frame of fixing something. i am left to wonder if its going to be fixed or not.

Rental Staff were a joy to work with; neighbors are (and have continued to be) pleasant; space/layout of apartment unit fits my needs (just a tad lack of storage space as I downsized from a 2 bdrm to 1 bdrm), location is perfect (public transportation, restaurants, schools); do not hear neighbors above or next to me stomping around (BIG plus).

They must find ways to reinforce the non smoking community policy. Lower prices as current prices do not match the quality of living here. Install more lighting outside as it is really really dark. Bigger & cleaners pool. Better, more cushiony carpets in units. Better , more moderne & energy efficient washing machines, dryers, stoves, & fridges in units. They are ancient.

Overall I love living in this community, I love management I would most definitely recommend a friend to rent on this property, I've been living here sense last August and plan on living here for a while, management can't get any better than this one, they ROCK!!!!!
