I've lived here at Northlake for over 10 years and have enjoyed it most of the time, with the one caveat and that is the neighbors you get you cannot choose and it's basically the luck of the draw .I've had good neighbors and I've had horrible Neighbors.

This apartment needs CCTV. Tenants should be responsible if disposing pet’s mess. Avana should be strict with noise. Our neighbors are very loud at night, I have complained many times but I don’t know if they did something about it or they just don’t care.

The leasing office does not respond to calls and management never calls back. The maintenance salts the ground after it snows and the mailbox keeps breaking and nobody does anything about it. If there was an emergency I would think twice before calling because nothing gets changed.

I've been here for over 10 years and I love the location but since my vehicle was broken into I now have safely concerns. The neighborhood seems to be changing and not for the better. I will probably not renew my lease next year.

I like to live avana north lake because it's great place to be. I love the community because they friendly, quiet enjoyable to be live with it. It's clean place. People are very comfortable to be neighbors together. They are very social and care people.

Avana Northlake is a great property to be apart of. The area is very wooded and private and is so close to so many convenient shops and restaurants. The complex is kept up pretty well and the units are beautiful as well.

Elevator, needs elevator. It would be a big help to residents to have an accessible elevator for easier way to go to the apartment. And if there’s big and heavy package it would not be too difficult to carry them.

For me I would definitely recommend this community to live. You have everything at your reach. The keeping of the community is always clean and I appreciate that. The team seems very friendly, nice and welcoming. There are parks, schools, public transportation and local entertainment.

I am new here but for now all my friend love the house love the place. I will recommand Avana to my friend. I hope for me ans my childrens to live in Peace and love with ecerybody. The place is not far of the center transit of the bus and near à lot of Shop. There are 2 buses 97 and 74 an elementary school and à high school. The post office is not far.

Overall I really like it here. It seems the leasing office is severely understaffed. Staff members change frequently. It’s difficult to get a someone who is actually in the office to answer a phone call. Leaving messages with the answering service is futile. If they could do anything to improve customer service here, it would go a long way. I love the natural areas surrounding the apartment complex, and the sidewalks that connect everything. Great for dogwalking.

I've been here since 2017 I love everything about North Lake. Grounds are very well kept apartments are well kept up to date. The staff is always willing to help a situation. With perks like these makes me wanna stay until my forever.

Great clean friendly community . Staff is very vigilant. They respond quickly . Never had any problems . Though I do wish we had better gym equipment. And hours . Maintenance is awesome. Compound is very clean . Neighbors are very nice . Great community overall

My experience is good no complain everything been going well the staff in the office Tyler, John, one of the maintenance guys I don’t remember his name but they all been very helpful before it was not good I wasn’t happy to stay here but not things have been better

Very spacious apartments with a nice balcony. Walking distance to the Amish Market, shopping and restaurants. Very close to nice parks and nature trails. Staff is very responsive and the service requests are done in a timely manner.

Love the community,neat and maintenance is top notch ,my only concern is still the smoking of Indian hemp which makes breathing unbearable in my Apt .It stopped for a while and it has resumed .The authorities sent notices which made the person stop for a while but it looks like nothing can be done now

Moved in here in recently, we’ve been here for a couple weeks. The community is lovely and quiet, neighbors are very friendly and we’ve met a few. The apartments are cozy and appliances all work which is a big plus. The only downside so far is the mice we had right away, but FOR NOW they seem to be gone. I can definitely recommend living here, make sure you check for holes when you move in & preemptively trap ‘em up. It IS a wooded area and I expected it, so i’m not giving a harsh review- just honest. It’s otherwise lovely here and the staff are super professional and walked us through everything smoothly.

Pedro is very nasty & rude. He’s alway angry & complain about things he has to fix. He is not pleasant to see come in door. He needs to take customer service training. He does not seem to understand that he is here to serve tenants & without us he would not have a job.

The living conditions here is very poor and maintenance services is very poor too. They try to manage and accommodate things that needs to be fixed properly and say it is done but the issues still remains

Office services are getting delayed and seems they are not interested in replying to people. I have sent multiple reminders over an email to get the mailbox issue resolved but haven't received any satisfactory response from the office.

Moving to Avana Northlake has been an amazing experience. Our apartment home was exactly as described, beautiful and modern, it’s peaceful and conveniently located near everything. The leasing staff are attentive, friendly, and caring. 10/10.

Love my place but still waiting on rental Office staff to clean my carpet after the major fire I had due to my neighbors inconveniencing me and my family not to mention they still live their and The noise can be unbearable at times other then that great neighborhood
