I am very happy being at Avana Northlake I feel safe living here and I like the staff in office and maintenance! I love the amenities that I’d here h to including access to the GYM! They have awesome equipment and their pool is nice! They keep the areas cle as n and I’m comfortable using it for better health

I have only been living in my apartment for approximately 3 weeks. So far my experience in the apartment itself has been good. The community is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. The apartments are very nice and clean.

#22 this year, thus far, has been improvement compared to prior years of noise level, lack of communication, and feeling i was not heard by management. I think the residents would feel more comfortable with security. I love the upkeep of the grounds and maintenance beyond great. The neighborhood is convenient to stores as well as park. I love the community and so does any of my visitors.

This was not where I really wanted to live. Balconies with all kind of stuff on them. Windows blinds tore up. I feel each apartment should be assigned a parking spot. There should be area for visiting parking also. These are older apartment that need renovating inside and out.

In my experience with mice they only will go so far as to exterminator coming out laying trap after trap. Someone took pictures of the inside of my house. That was not professional at all. We are the ones that fixed the mice problem. I really do like my apartment and hope to stay another year or two. The staff is willing to help you if your patient.

Train is way too loud and no one shared that during the leasing process!!! Although the apartments are located close to a plaza with restaurants, Dollar General and a Nail Salon, it still does not beat the fact the staff is rude and quite condescending! Staff is late to open leasing office! I had to wait 45min for Ashley during move in to get assistance and when she finally showed, instead of apologizing she said, Stuff happens! I am far beyond cussing anyone out but I can warn prospective residents to be prepared for a high level of unprofessionalism.

Friendly community, excellent maintenance. Extremely difficult to contact anyone in the office. Hardly know anyone working there. There is at least one employee who does follow up & is VERY KIND & HELPFUL. Because they really don't want anyone in the office, (even prior to COVID) it's very difficult to develop any type of relationship with them. Which is not a great thing when it's Very important for tennants to know their office staff & Mgrs & office staff know their tennants. They should "try" & make an effort to develop relationships with their Tennant's, esp. Long term Tennant's. Not JUST KIND when attempting to rent units,"these are "DEFINATE comments' from many Tennant's, old & new alike" Customer Service is very important. Don't need to be friends because I know you have to deal with complaints, late rents, & evictions, etc.. But MANY of us pay our rent On Time Always, & would appreciate even minimal semi-friendly contact. Know it can be a stressful job, I've been an Assistant Resident Mgr. in the past, so I understand there's a lot of work. But minor acknowledgment once & a while is important too & part of the job.**PLEASE DONT TAKE THESE COMMENTS PERSONAL,** It's "mostly" just 1 person's comment. Yes, I'm more used to having to deal with one owner of a SFH, but since I have previous yrs of rental office experience, it's not difficult to make the effort. Other than that, you all are doing a Great job But HATE THE PARKING RESTRICTIONS, mostly referring to Guest passes, ridiculous. Keep Up the Good Work!! THANK YOU..

While its generally quiet and everyone keeps to themselves, management does nothing to address noise complaints, telling tenants to call the police. There are too many friendly reminders about parking enforcement and none about quiet hours.

My experience here has constantly been above and beyond. The staff are so kind, helpful and attentive. There has never been any problems, and the community, in general, is a good community to be living in!

I have no comment on this question. My experience has not been good. My electric bill has been extremely high due to fact that these apartments are not energy efficient. Management needs to fix some of things in the units.

Hello my name is Lynette minor I've been living here since 2019 so far all my experience here has been pretty good neighborhood seems pretty quiet the maintenance responds to calls very quickly and I like the fact that the buildings are kept very clean and so all the grounds

The community is Clean and quiet with a great customer service. I am happy and safe to live in avana northlake. I wish they have 3 bedrooms apartment would have been living here for a long time. I would recommend anyone here because of the great customer service lead by the Manager, Flora. She's such a great leader. Maintenance is also the BEST and I would recommend them as well.

My experience,the first month I was impressed repairing the building the parking painting doors stairs.And I told my wife these people are rich because in the middle of this pandemic covid19 ,the are doing this work its a lot of money. Its blessed living here

Beautiful apartment, great location, but noisy neighbors with paper thin ceilings. Its like your neighbors are living in the same home with you. If youre not necessarily big on disturbance, this place is perfect.

The complex is very quiet and the amount of acreage within the community provides a peaceful outdoor experience. The units are clean and very spacious, as well as pet friendly. I have a small dog who has made countless new friends in just a short period of time

Avana Northlake is a safe and great apartment complex to live in. The office staff are helpful and engaging with the residents. They provide ample opportunities for residents to come together especially during the holidays.

I enjoy Living here. I have always been happy living here. I wish I could get an induction stove. But overall I am happy living here. Its close to everything. The neighbors are nice and the grounds are kept well, maintenance is efficient. And Greystar is better than bainbridge in how fast they clear up the snow after a storm. They are quicker and more efficient with snow clearance etc. I am pleased.

Mariam has been such a big help and made everything so easy for me when moving. I wouldn’t have done it with out her ! All the staff members at Avana should have the same sense or urgency she has she makes the experience become easy, warm and welcomed.

Left misunderstood and was flagged by main office staff of being a bad tentent. I complain about something that wasn't my fault and was accused. Not until I talk to head manger problem was solved but it still took 2 months to fix the issues of the broken sliding door. Living on the ground level didn't seem of a priority to office staff.

Amazing and beautiful for the kids and their families alike. People are going through the same thing as well and they are very good friends. As always something that is more important than the rest is the most common way.

Its been overall ok to live at Avana Northlake. The apartments need a major upgrade. The grounds could be kept a little better. The complex is in need a newer playgrounds for the kids. A new tennis court. The bottom floor patio pavement needs to be redone. The gyms equipment is old and need to be replaced.

No complaints thus far, staff is responsive to concerns, respectful, courtesy, knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend Avana to friends and family members. I like the new renovations to the community.
