From the time I called and inquired to now, the office staff and maintenance have been superb. All have made sure that my movein experience was easy and successful. The community is beautiful and to have so many buildings full of people, it is pretty quiet. The apartment is gorgeous and we really like it. Parking is different for me as there is no community garage and parking is not assigned.

I like it except for the smells in the building. The trash needs to be blocked off when you come in the building and the packages need a room not left in the entryway. It would be nice to have a diffuser throught the building

We love living here we've been here for 3 years and our neighbors are like family. The staff has answered any question or concern that we've had. It's quiet for the most part and is very pet and family friendly.

I like it because the schools are close as well as the shopping centers. The neighbors are nice. The neighborhood is full of kids that come out to play or go to the pool once the pool is open in the summer.

The apartment is very nice. The community is very clean and well kept. The staff is very friendly, courteous, and understanding. I have enjoyed living here. The rent is a bit high, and I don't like how much it has been raised but I guess that is just life lol

I moved here in 2019 and it was a great experience I moved to a 1st floor in a different building last year and it's truly a beautiful apartment. The complex has lots of events throughout the year my favorite are the food trucks. Sandra has been a huge help to me she's is truly amazing.

Overall good, but last few years it's gone down hill. You can't really blame office or maintenance staff, the quality of people have just gone down and you can't criticize since it's political incorrect.

It's an apartment building. Most neighbors are nice. Has become louder over the years. Also seems to be a lot of assisted living in this community. Some lazy neighbors will leave trash in common area instead of taking it to the trash. Always seems to be limited parking as if most people dont leave to go anywhere.

When we moved into this community, Our country was moving through the pandemic. We as well as the other citizens of the U.S. were nervous, cautious and frightened to walk down the street passing people much less move to a new community. The staff of Legend were excellent. They were warm, courteous, and patient with us. They made this transition amazing. The transition was the best. We never felt any anxiety during the process.

Overall, we've been having a great experience here with my wife and daughter, community staff, building, services seems to be always clean and organized. The only concern is the marihuana use a lot of times on front of the parking lot, where the motorcycles parking are (facing amazon hub)

Ricardo ,has been very good to improve maintenance, as well as Oscar, and Jolsolyn, and the rest .each time recardo has been to my area the issue was resolved that day. He replaced my garbage promptly . I'm happy he has been bought to Century. Thank you very much..

Great community, staff is friendly and all issues get addressed quickly by maintenance staff. The nature trail in the back of the property is one of my favorite parts of community as it's a nice place to bird watch

Terrible parking spaces that are always filled up. People have multiple cars and park their work vehicles there. Neighbors blast music constantly. Office staff are not helpful a single bit besides maybe one of them. They are irresponsible when it comes to processing renewals on time. As a result I got a late fee despite all the paper work being done 10 days before late fees would occur. Had to call the office to get then to finally put it though and they told me I still needed to pay the late rent fee despite it being their own fault the rent was late. I cant pay rent if it is not available to pay?.

It is a nice peaceful community, away from noise and good surroundings for casual stroll. Basic necessities are just a short ride away like groceries/gym. Maintenance staff is very responsive to requests.

The apartments are beautiful and office staff including maintenance staff are all very lovely people. Grounds are well maintained. Pool area is aways clean, however I think some is the tables and umbrellas could use replacement.

Wow Mostly Recommend

This apartment complex is generally really great. I love the size, the layout, and the amenities. They do events during the warmer weather and holidays which is nice. Maintenance is amazing, I could put in a request at 8a and by 2p Oscar would be here and fix it. One time, a single light bulb went out in my apartment, and after putting in a request, I came home to two new lightbulbs in each light. The office staff is also nice and easy to talk to and interact with. I love that the gym is always empty when I go. There's a nice trail that's great to be able to walk on safely. The leasing office has a coffee/tea station and printer which is also very lovely. It's really a lovely place. However my three real complaints are that the trash compactor and recycling are often full because there's so many residents. If you get home later, don't even think about parking close to an entrance of your building or possibly near your building at all. Like there's a car that has been parked out front if the leasing office since I moved in, it has not moved, and it now has a flat tire, so a car that isn't being used is taking up a space. And lastly, the buildings are likely wood framed, so you can hear EVERYTHING from everywhere. Are your neighbor's kids running around in their apartment next door? You can hear it. Is your other neighboring yelling the F word at 6:45AM? You can hear it. Is the person below you playing their tv loud? You can hear it. Is the person above you running their dishwasher? You can hear it. Is someone on the phone in the hallway? You can hear it. Is someone having a private conversation in the parking lot? You can hear that too. You can hear everything. You can also hear inside others apartments. I've heard a baby crying from inside someone's apartment when taking out the trash outside. And you can feel all the noises too, you can feel the vibrations from your neighbors' kids running and jumping. You can feel the floor shaking from the person below you playing their tv too loud. It's really one of the best apartments I've live in other than parking, the trash and recycling, and the building construction not blocking sounds.

Nice community good area lovely loft apartments large pool and fitness room. Holiday acknowledgements . Trash is off site just wish people would clean up after there dogs and I strongly agree on taking out the trash can out of the hallway in the lobby because people abuse it.

Professional Management staff especially the Deputy Property Manager; very professional, communicates very effectively and always responsive to calls, emails, walk-in. Property is well maintained. Secure buildings with elevators, and inside mailboxes. I live in the smallest building which is very quiet.

One of the newest apts in Germantown. Staff are attentive. They often organize events. The maintenance team is always quick to fix. I love the balcony, which is a good size, and the open layout of my apt.
