I did not encounter any problems, everything is very nice and clean. our neighbors are all very good people I have never seen a bad person Everything in my house is working, nothing is broken, they can easily guess what is broken.

A very nice and relatively new apartment complex that is close by Germantown town center for a competitive price is pretty ideal if you ask me they also offer MPDU which is sweet for first time renters.

Great apartment & amenities, The office staff is responsive & helpful. The cleaning crew keeps the common areas very clean. Easy access to the nature trail, black hills park and many other outdoor activities and areas to walk your dog!

The people here at the community are really nice. I love the area because you can get to do many places in such a short period of time. I have not had any issues with finding a place to part near my apartment section so that's nice.

So far so good The appointment is clean and nice The complex is also safe and usually quiet I just had a few times when I heard some noise from my neighbors However, I would just prefer moving to another floor rather than the ground floor

Its amazing how i was just thinking about leaving a review online and i get this email sent to me about a survey! It had honestly been such a peaceful blessing to live in this neighborhood! The staff are amazing, neighbors are nice! Its such a quiet area to live in. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone thats looking for a new place! Its amazing, spacious as well! Overall, this community is great. The apartments are very well keep and all the maintenance workers are amazing at completing any requests. The landscaping is always well kept and beautiful. I love the staff and have been super helpful with any concerns, like one of my amazon packages getting stuck in the hub. The convenience to the nearby shops and restaurants is amazing with about a 5 minute drive to a grocery store.

My living experience has been great at Elms. The grounds are very well maintained. The staff is upkeeps the landscaping and frequently picks up any trash or debris that comes through. The inside of the building is fairly clean. Staff comes through at least once a week to clean the lobby and hallways. I wish the residents would do a better job of picking up after themselves. As sometimes these areas can look a bit messy until the staff has a chance to clean it up. The apartments themselves are very nice for the price. Up to date kitchens, high ceilings, walk in closets, and above average size patio. Noise coming in from the hallway could be much better. I can't ever hear those in the apartments around me. However, I can clearly hear other residents in the hallway when they're talking on the phone or allowing their kids to run loose. Some of the residents could be more respectful of others. The community offers great amenities and they're well maintained. The pool area is very relaxing and has a lot of space. The gym is usually very clean and the equipment is well maintained. Outside of the Elms, there is a lot of do in the immediate area of Germantown which gives this community an advantage. I would highly recommend the Elms as your future home.

This community has an excellent management staff. They are very responsive; I can always reach someone anytime I call the office. They also sponsor a lot of community activities. My only issue is that some residents here are very dirty and don't keep the common areas clean. They make unnecessary work for the staff.

The community is ok. Location to some shopping services is good, public transportation is ok. My internet service is not that good, I live in a unit on the first floor with access from the outside through my rear door and it only has one lock, I think it should have 2 plus a safety chain.

Trouble with disrespectful rowdy neighbors fighting, loud parties, smoking Marijuana on balcony. Too many aggressive dogs lunging at you when exiting or entering the building and elevators. Too many elevator outages. The garbage compactor is always full and oftentimes have to keep garbage in apartment.

Overall, it's a good community. Wide range of demographics, and a good amount of families. I don't like the park being secluded in the back with trees and bushes. Maintenance seems a bit nosey. The online rental payment system over charges. Other than that it's a good community.

The staff at this community are the best in this town and the application process is fast, clear and simple. Dealing with Sandra was like encountering an angel. Excellent Community

My family and I truly enjoyed our experience at Elms At Century!! We were initially on the fence between this community and another but thanks to Sandra’s kindness, knowledgeability, thoroughness, and quick responses we decided to lease here and we are so happy we did. Anytime we ever had a concern Sandra was just an email away and she would quickly handle it with a type of care that seemed like it was her own problem. The management team often organized events for residents, maintained the property well, and did a great job of keeping away pests (we never encountered any types of rodents or unsavory bugs). The maintenance crew was prompt and respectful of our home and we never had any issues with getting them to take a look at things. Although we had to move because we needed a yard for our children, it was a bittersweet moment to close the door one final time.

Gorgeous apartment and community, great staff service. It feels like I'm living in a hotel except the hotel is mine. Sound proofing is actually pretty good in the apartment and 12 foot ceilings. Super friendly community and absolutely EVERYTHING is close by: supermarket, take out, pet supplies, house supplies, electric vehicle chargers are EVERYWHERE in this neighborhood. Amazon hub right in the main building, 24h fitness center.

Restrictions: We welcome a 2 pet max. per apartment, pet deposit of $500 and pet rent is $40 per month, pet pet. Some breeds are prohibited and all pets are subject to the approval of management. Restricted breeds include pit bull, american staffordshire terrier, rottweiler, doberman, and chow-chow as a pure bred or a mix of the breed. Specifics regarding your pet's breed and proof of rabies documentation from your veterinarian and a photo of your pet will be required prior to move-in. *Subject to change.
