Wonderful new development with professional staff. Always willing to go that extra mile. I love the community, the pool, the appearance is awesome. There is a nice little walking trail to walk your pets and a wonderful gym.

    The elms at century is an amazing place! I have lived here for the past two years and have had an amazing experience. The leasing staff are also amazing and Sandra has been so helpful and nice! If you're considering moving here I highly recommend it!

      Elms at Century made my move very smooth and easy that I decided to renew my lease. I am thoroughly impressed with the office staff (Sandra especially) who continually make living here an awesome experience.

        When I moved in last year, it was during the pandemic and I was a bit scared of the entire process. I wasn’t really happy with my apartment complex where I lived but moving was scary. But after I visited the century apartments, I knew I just had to move. My apartment was nice and clean and the office people were friendly. So far, I am happy to be here

          The management at this property are all about one thing....How can they nickle and dime you with everything. They will charge you for amenities that residents cannot even use such as the pool or gym due to COVID. They spy on you with cameras just in case you accidently throw your trash in the wrong bin, they will call you to say that it's a $100 fine. If you lose your parking pass which is a piece of plastic then it's $75. The HVAC systems constantly runs even if it's switched to off, and they in turn bill you. In addition, the the maintenance isn't any better. I complained that my master bedroom was cold even with the heat on and they did nothing to fix it. BEWARE OF SANDRA! SHE WILL BE NICE TO YOU ON THE PHONE THEN TURN AROUND AND BILL YOU $170 FOR SMALL CARPET STAIN WHEN YOU MOVE OUT. This place is a sham, go look elsewhere!

The amenity fee goes towards not just the on-site amenities which did remain open despite COVID, through the use of the reservation system in our property mobile, but also the free fitness classes for different age ranges and our socially distant resident events. Our cameras in the trash area are to prevent issues from arising due to contamination of the recycling. We do require that lost parking passes be replaced for a fee due to the limit amount of spaces we are able to provide to residents and guests. The electric and power cost are paid separately to the utility company, however if any resident feels as though their AC/Heat unit is not working properly, our dedicated service team would be happy to take a look and make any necessary repairs. Lastly, we apologize to hear about any concerns regarding your experience with Sandra. She has a remarkable record of providing exceptional customer service while remaining fair and consistent in enforcing our community policies in accordance with the lease that was agreed to upon move-in, and all Fair Housing laws.
