Wonderful community and property

Me and my granny have lived here for approx. 1 1/2 years and love it!!! Maintenance is super friendly and will arrive the next day. Special shout-out to Elena and Sandra for always making sure me and my granny are taken care of.!!!! ?? We always look forward to the events they offer the community. I personally don’t plan on moving until I’m ready to purchase a home. Love it here!

Wonderful place to live

My family has lived here for the past two years and we love it. The ground are kept clean and safe. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Maintenance is timely and efficient. Lots of amenities. Would definitely recommend!

Luxury apartment with well maintained facilities

Great apartments to live in. Have been living here for past 15 months. Well maintained apartments with nature trail alongside. Friendly management, new apartment with modular kitchen. Facilities are also well provided. Maintenance reports are handled instantly with good services

The elms has been a great home the service response has been on time and as well friendly people. The property is clean with a dog park which is very helpful since these are apartments. We are happy to live in these apartments.

Friendly staff, grounds well maintained, nice community events, however, the parking lot is too crowded and cars get dinged a lot, Residents need to do a better job of picking up after themselves in common areas.

The Elms is a nice quiet community. The property has a walking trail that connects to the community, that leads to a great paved walking path with activities along the way. The parking is ok, and the closeness to 270 via Crystal Rock Drive and Father Hurley Blvd is a plus.

Community is okay, the residents suck, I don't know what else management can do to make the throwing away plastic into the recycling bin more clear. Often times noise is emitted from various sources even late into the night. The staff is nice though and there has always been enough parking.

Queit & comfortable. I love my apartment.Ir is spacious with high ceilings like I love. Lots of windows for natural light. I've been here for almost a year with my Son. We were new to area; it is a great location as well.

The Elms is a wonderful, quiet community nestled in the heart of Germantown but away from the shops and businesses to give you a peaceful environment. The apartment complex is kept super clean and well managed. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have had no issues in the 9 months I have lived here.

This community is wonderful! The apartments are gorgeous inside and out. The office and maintenance staff are both super friendly, easy to talk to and quick to respond. The location is close to just about everything and the amenities are fantastic. I will be renewing my lease for sure.

It is pet friendly and lots of greenery to walk dogs. The Gym is fairly new and is kept clean. The business center is in the leasing office and two computer are available ( very slow) and a small round table is offered to sit and type. The business center is not closed off it is shared space.

The apartments are beautiful and the location is awesome! Close to 270, top golf, several restaurants, one exit away from outlet shopping, Target, Wegmans, Walmart? less than a mile away! Close to Black Hills Lake for hiking, and the police department and fire station are right up the street. The apartments are beautiful but have carpet and hardwood floors only in the kitchen and bathroom - that's a downside. The grounds are clean but very very limited outdoor areas. Most of the grounds are a parking lot. Overall a nice place to live in. Neighbors are Nice and friendly for the most part but the complex is not designed to build a sense of community. Common areas are very small and limited.

Good quality and space in my apartment. The only problem my son doesn't have a bus to take to school. I have to pay for him and that a inconvenience for me and him it's a expensive to do this 5 times a week

The community has been great so far. Nice features in the units and relatively quiet area. Convenient area for everyday shopping. Cleaning staff does a good job of keeping facilities clean. Only drawback is parking. Many cars do not have the proper stickers or visitor pass. Resident are forced to park in inconvenient locations.

The apartment is really nice, it's well kept especially the surrounding, the 1st floor should could use some daily cleaning like emptying the trash bins etc, Sandra and Meredith are very nice and efficient, if you have questions go directly to them and not anyone else..
