Century Elms is a community of shoddily-constructed apartments with a number of serious architectural flaws. Several of my doors do not fit their frames correctly, and the garbage disposal in the kitchen sink is both underpowered and mounted incorrectly. The network and cable TV wiring was initially miswired, with no service loop of any kind at the patch panel, and the kitchen light fixtures are dim and "artistic" especially against the black countertops. Despite these design and workmanship issues with parts of the apartment, however, it's still a comfortable and spacious place to live, and the large amount of countertop space is greatly appreciated. They are also very conveniently located.

I really love living here it's quiet and everybody's friendly. The staff is very friendly. You have a lot of Shopping centres around a library close. And you have a lot of restaurants to pick from ihop, Longhorn, Zoe, Starbucks, Panera, And that's just a few there's many many more!!

Friendly staff/very clean and well-kept unit/reasonable price per square footage/The mail service could be improved due to Covid restrictions I would like to see packages more securely delivered. The dog park being under construction for several months is a little reasonable. Overall very pleasant stay would recommend to friends and family.

This community is an awesome place to live, the property managment team is absolutely incredible, highly service oriented and ver compassionate. It has been a blessing to live here. Maintenance is awesom

I love the place, the staff have been so helpful with addressing my concerns. Maintenance always show up in time and they're friendly. The community is clean and more so the staff at the office do communicate with us the residents frequently yo give us updates or just anything

I've lived at other luxury apartments in the area, and The Elms is by far my favorite residence. Great facilities! Friendly, professional staff! Convenient location! I will definitely renew my lease when this current lease term ends.??

This past year has been challenging with the over-reaction to COVID-19. The apartment management need to consider that part of our rent is towards the amenities that were offered but have been taken away from us. Either open amenities up or issue reimbursements.

We have had a great experience here. The apartment is spacious and the price is reasonable. Maintenance requests are responded to promptly and the staff is so polite and kind. It's also very kid friendly and pet friendly. Overall we have really enjoyed living here.

I really like this place. The community is pretty and well designed. The apartment is comfortable and the layout is very practical. I like the wood floors, the kitchen cabinets and having the extra storage space. I always get quick response to any request from the staff.

Love this location. I feel very safe in the parking lot and the apartment community is beautiful! Easy access to public transportation and great food nearby. I have no complaints, I love the staff that work here. They go above and beyond for their residents.

As of today, experience had been good. Staff thus far has displayed professionalism in all avenues. My concern not enough handicap parking, front and none in back of one apartment. The building and grounds are well kept, hope the neighborhood continues to be a place of enjoyment.

Really nice apartments and staff members. And very nice community and quite neighborhood. Would definitely recommend and staff can also be understandable if you reach out. As well with maintenance they are on time with work orders.

In the beginning it was fine but as more people moved in it became a lot. Dirty lobby, stairwells, and elevators. Noisy neighbors, dogs barkings all time of the day and night. Management shows no empathy so I stopped informing them of issues. Was hoping to stay at least 6 years, retirement, but that may be cut short.

This community is completely welcoming with knowledge and dedicated staff to help with any and all questions! The apartments are spacious and modern. Work requests are taken care of within 24 hours with professionalism. I highly recommend this apartment complex. From helpful staff to spacious apartment to plenty of parking.

Love near by shopping. Everything is walking distance. Great walking on a nice evening. I love the ability to walk right out my patio door. Fob entry is not always safe. Parking spaces and lighting could be better

It was nice moving into clean apartment. I love this apartment and will recommend it to my friends or family members. The staff are well respectful and willing to help at any time. Everybody in the leasing office is well trained in problem solving.

It is decent place to stay. Location wise it is good place walmart giant and costco are within 15 mintues drive. People are nice. Staff have helping attitude. Maintenance team is fast. Only cons I can say for now is limited outdoor amenities. Snow cleaning team is not fast.

This a great community. Most of the neighbors are kind and friendly. Like any apartment building, there are some bad apples but that could be curtailed with a clear explanation of the lease agreement. The office staff is courteous and reliable. The outside grounds are kept tidy.

So far so good. The staff is amazing including office and maintenance. Parking is great as well. The elevator works great. I've been here for a year or so and have had no complaints as of yet. Great neighborhood and great neighbors so far.

We moved to this apartment from Arlington in 2020. We did not enjoy Arlington because of the crowded, busy feel, and also found that people in that area weren't very nice. Our move to the Century Elms was one of the best we could have made. This is a very nice apartment and community with excellent value. You are still within 30 minutes of DC, and rent is unbeatable, especially for the quality of the units, quiet environment, and professionalism of the staff. Access to amenities has been limited during COVID, so I'm hoping that we have opportunity to better appreciate the community in the coming months.
