Generally good. Some neighbors are inordinately loud or careless. Trash is disposed of improperly, though not the fault of the management. There is also usually random liquid on the floors of the elevators and/or lobby from spills, pets, children, etc. Overall not a bad place to live, just highlighting some of the things I have noticed.

My experience is different daily. While management can't be around at all times I just think something can be controlled by management that aren't. However I don't hold them responsible for others in the building I think they have more opportunities to rectify some issues and just don't

The community is great. Building security could be added with the amount of packages being stolen. Overall cleanliness of building interior needs to be kept up regularly. Overall great place to live..

Wonderful experience so far! Love living in this community! It's a nice, quiet community, yet close to everything you could possibly need. The maintenance staff is always prompt in responding and the office staff are always helpful. Ample parking, which is huge for us. Friendly neighbors.

Spacious apartment, but very thin walls, I have to blast my tv to keep from hearing the bed board hit the wall from the apartment above me. I have had mice both years during the winter months, The maintenance staff is always prompt. Office staff unprofessional and/or unresponsive. Not luxury @ at. The hall ways are never vacuumed and during the winter months the parking lot is horrible after it snows. They are never salted or cleaned.

The staff were very professional and followed up to make sure my moving in will be smooth. The cleanliness of the apartment and it's surrounding had me at hello. They also have security measures in place which was a deciding factor

If you are the type who smokes, this place can be a Living NIGHTMARE. I understand that this is an non smoking community, but it seems like you can't even smoke OUTSIDE anywhere, as smoking on the balcony is a problem smh. It's almost a trap for anybody who does so. And the neighbors here aren't the nicest of people. So if you move here and you like smoking in peace without people in your business, I suggest not coming here and prayers for those who do. ??

Beautiful new luxury apartment community with wonderful features and amenities. When residents fail to uphold the standards of the community, Meredith is excellent at addressing the problems. The apartments are also very spacious and beautiful with great appliances. I am a professional who works remotely, so I HIGHLY recommend exploring the loft options here! They make for a very cozy work/creative space :-)

Whenever I have an issue, the response time is usually very fast and the issue is promptly resolved. I've looked at places where I would go a couple of days before maintenance would resolve and maintenance issue so they are completely awesome.

I love living in the apt a lot of things have changed since moving in..i'm starting to see cigarette butts allover the grounds & trash & of course the theft of packages are out of control we Really need that to be taking care of

Was very happy living at the Elms, staff at the leasing office and maintenance were very kind and helpful and always prompt and returning phone calls and on time with maintenance request. The grounds were kept very well and the people in the community were very nice. And I would have stayed at the house but I needed to relocate due to situational personal reasons. I would highly recommend checking out the Amazon sentry very nice living environment!!!!!!!

This is a great community to live, I am glad that I moved here. It is still a new apartment and I like to live here. I can't wait to renew my lease when need it expires. The management team is very proactive, we always get them when we need them and their response so amazing. I would recommend anyone to move in into this community because they will enjoy so many things that apartment community offers.

ok. walls are too thin. Rental property emails can be staff person can be very rude. I can hear each time neighbors take a shower or a bath or run the water. I can easily my neighbors conversations through my sleep app. Its disgusting how thin the walls are

One of my biggest experiences in this community is that it has everything that a family looks for to live good. The staff always try to help all the families and residents. The maintenance staff are also very frequent with the cleaning and keeping the building nice and their service. So of I was asked to recommend these apartments i would do it 100 percent.

This community has been fantastic to live in. It is close to multiple grocery stories, downtown areas, and a major highway for easy access to the rest of the state. The amenities are easy to access and have been under strict watch due to COVID (which I appreciate), and the leasing office is extremely easy to work with. They are professional, timely, and want to help with any concerns. I have nothing but good things to say about this apartment complex and the people working here.

Beautiful, clean and safe. Feels like a great sense of community here. It is also very safe, the doors require a security fob key in order to open them. This was a huge factor for me when choosing an apartment. Glad I found this community.

Elms at Century is the best place I have lived. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. It's the perfect place for a family. The management and maintenance teams are exceptionally nice and very helpful. They quickly respond to maintenance request and they are very efficient with their work. I will recommend Elms at Century to anyone who is looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live, and a professional team with a welcoming smile.

The experience with the staff (Sandra) was incredibly good, but the apartment wasn't in the best condition since the finishing were terrible there was paint on the floors and little amount on the carpets.

Elms is a nice community with spacious homes, near the beltway, shops, and restaurants. Makes every day living easy and convenient. Neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves, office staff has great customer service skills and determine to resolve any issue.
