From the staff to the property everything is well kept and taken care of. Any requests or repairs needed they are on top of it. Majority of the residents are friendly you get to know them alil more then just neighbors but more like roommates.

I have lived here for 5 years and do not have any complaints. This is by far the best apartment community that i have ever lived in. I love this community , safe , clean , great office staff and beautiful and convenient surroundings.

Good place to live! The apartment is very spacious and renewed. I would recommend this apartment. Located in a good area close to malls, restaurants, and groceries stores. The pool and barbecue area is good as well.

The Elms at Century is a beautiful community - we have lived in many apartment communities in the DC area that feel overpriced and cheaply renovated. The Elms does not fall into this category - the cabinets, appliances, floors, etc. all feel high quality. The neighborhood itself is conveniently located and is very pet and child friendly, including a beautiful nature conservation attached to the community!

Very good, staff is kind and professional, apartment is clean. The neighborhood is so safe, I feel comfortable letting my kids play outside. The amenities are also top tier. Lastly the people who live here are friendly. No issues at all

I have been a resident here for a little over a year and I haven't had any issues. I don't have a lot of experience with the community however I enjoy my apartment and I think the apartments are aesthetically pleasing. The location is great, and the staff are friendly. I do wish that the gym was open 24 hours, but otherwise I have no complaints.

Nice place to live quiet in my apartment building have no problems with any neighbor, everybody's friendly staff and maintenance people are nice. They do what they do. Keep the building clean and just a good place in mind. Experience is a place to live. Don't know what I need to say but that's all I got to say I guess.

Management always ensures the property is clean and cared for. Resident functions are always a nice way to bring the community together. They used to have yoga during Covid which was amazing and constructive to ensure kids get out and exercise.overall I have enjoyed being at the property. My only concern would be the parking. The spaces are so small sure way to get dings on vehicles.

I really love this community. It's serene and very safe to live in. There are no problems with parking, and almost every store is close by. All that I wish to be added is a Tennis court aside the basketball court I've seen around.

This community is a big improvement over the Elms at Germantown where I lived previously. The only drawback is office staffing. Very often it seems they are not available, in person, for calls or do not return calls promptly

Community repairs take too long. Emails go unanswered. Derelict cars in lot. Packages stolen by non residents. Employees and others performing major repairs on cars in parking lot and garage. Elevator out of service often and for unreasonable periods
