I love the community. The apartments are very spacious with large walk in closets. Full size washer and dryers. The management staff and maintenance staff is extremely helpful. Sandra and Daniel the Service Manager made my move- in day go extremely smooth! Thank you for everything!

It is a gray place to live nice and quiet , the maintenance is a 100% good , except the parking spaces are not enough for the amount of people that leave in the complex people park ellegally in handycap spaces

Genuinely care

I was in a bind when my pet sitter couldn't access my unit to take care of our cats because I had left the wrong key for them. Daniel was the on call emergency maintenance that day and he graciously handled it. I am so grateful for him and Meredith for taking such speedy action for the sake of our cats. Overall their communication and service has been top notch and efficient!

I just moved in but it has been great so far! Only issues I've experienced was my key fob not working and when it got "fixed" it still didn't work. Also our dryer keeps stopping at 50 minutes. Besides that everything has been great! Good communication with the staff (especially Jaiden).

To start off, the process of touring and leasing an apartment here was so easy and the staff was very helpful. Jaiden Wilkins was the leasing agent I spoke with and he did such an amazing job while walking me through the apartment, amenities, and more. He was very kind and his personality made me have a sense of trust in the staff that they would be available if needed. The community is perfect in location and features. I just recently moved in and am loving it here.

Office staff is very nice but building is short of staff. Events are fun and I wish there were even more. Maintenance and cleaning staff are overwhelmed and weekends are outright unhygienic in the entrances, elevator, hallways, and bathroom.

I love being a resident here. My neighbors are friendly. The office employees are very nice and they know my name. They say hello each time and they seem happy to see me. I like that they take care of the trash area and it looks clean

I like the location and the layout of the apartment. The community is quite. Maintenance staff is very helpful. The gym and pool are great. The only down point is that there is no indoor place to do small parties.

The staff is really nice and the community is nice too. I really like the apartments and I really like the gym. The pool looks very nice the only thing I have to say about it is that it is not appealing to swim in it when you see ducks swimming in the pool in the mornings or later at night. But overall the community and apartment complex is nice.

This hasn't been a good experience at all. The management is rude to say the least and we spend too much to be met with anything but kindness. Something needs to be done about the staff. Terrible and something has to give.

This community is very nice. Tucked away and private with great amenities. Pool, Fitness path, nature trail, gym. The apartments are nicely updated offering everything you could need for a fair price compared to the older apartments in the area. They keep the community very clean and offer community events. Parking is ample and neighbors are friendly. Secure buildings with elevators is a big plus. I would recommend this community to anyone looking to lease in the area.

The leasing staff are disrespectful, short, and overall has made our experience renting here unpleasant. Our apartment and maintenance staff however have been great. Our washer machine broke after one month we moved in and they were able to purchase the parts and fix it within 5 days. The elevators has really dirty floors and I wish were cleaned more often but that's not an issue compared to the way the leasing staff has treated us. I would never recommend this place to our friends and family solely due to our experience with the leasing office.

I moved here in September, 2019 with my two daughters. When we moved here at apartment compress wasn't completed done and I was one of the few people just moved in and , there were still building, I met a beautiful lady named Sandra and she has been helpful Caring understanding, she go and above and beyond to help with the person need, like when I lost my job. Also She always smiling. Please let me not forget the maintenance guy. He is awesome, forgot his name ??. This place is very quite and no crime scene. Neat place. I would definitely recommend this place. ????

It's been great, except the dog droppings on the sidewalk and parking area! It is very nasty to see and almost step in it at night. I also saw it in the lobby of building 35. This is DEFINITELY AN EYESORE AND UNHYGIENIC!!!
