Love living over here in these apartments they are great. The front office staff is nice. Maintenance is nice and it's a great area to be in and affordable rent.. if you're looking for a nice upkeep place to live Ridgeland Place is where you want to be.

I made the right decision. I think I'll stay a little longer. Safe and quiet. Convenient. Kids love the pool. Staff are polite and attentive. Maintenance works quickly. Professional and clean up afterwords.

so far so good. my state have been good. no problem at this time I have enjoyed my stay so far with no problems at this time. i call for maintenance they come with no complaint. I'm enjoying my stay at ridgeland place.

The apartment complex is nice and spacious. The insulation is something that I appreciate by staying on the top floor. The price is reasonable and pets are welcomed. Maintenance is prompt and concerns are handled in a timely manner.

In All Honesty, I decided to rent here because my 1st choice availablty was 2 months out and I relocated from out of state and needed somewhere fast. This was across the street and the review were not good but it looked staff and is a good central location to everything. 5 years in now and My experience at Ridgeland Place has gone from, Good- 7 out of 10, to Meh 5.5 out of 10 to Umm No 4 out of 10. The property is not being kept up as much as before, maintenance is slowerrr and half-ssa and the office is not, it's just not what it was.

Started off great, very very very timely responses to maintenance requests, now service request are marked completed and in order to get work done you have to contact the city. Office does good work reaching out but maintenance has surverly went down. And at times you get excuses from front office. I don't like excuses, if staff can't complete the work, outsource but do not give tenants reasons for crap

DO NOT MOVE HERE. I hate this place so much. Things do NOT get fixed no matter how many times you request maintenance, in fact, you can call multiple times after hours and they still don't do a damn thing. The place was filthy at move in. Cannot wait to move.

The management and maintenance staff at ridgeland place are not only speedy and efficient, they are also kind. Monique was wonderful when I connected then for immediate move in, process took no less than a day. Even upon moving in and noticing a couple of small issues such as the dishwasher not draining, maintenance staff was out the very next day, cleared my lines, cleaned up after themselves and sent photos of their fix. Everyone's professionalism took the stress of moving away, highly recommend coming here!

Staff and maintenance are very professional and courteous. I've lived here for around 6 years, it's a very quiet and safe place to live. Everything you need , like shopping and medical facilities are within a short distance.

I am a new member in the Aspen Apartment Community and I love it. The professionalism of the office staff ------- and ---- is out of this world. The staff made it so easy to get the necessary things required. I like the fact also that it is very quiet and extremely quiet. I love it. I highly recommend.

Good experience so far. I wanted to continue to remain in the area. Close to stores and restaurants. Neighbors are friendly, courteous and respectful. Community is quiet. My concerns are addressed immediately. Maintenance is on point and if any issues are reported they are handled in a timely manner and on the first request.

This is a nice and quiet apartment community. I've been living here for a little over a year and its easily accessible to a lot of things which includes shopping and running trails and it's also close to the Interstate for traveling purposes.

I hope it will be great due this is temporary. I work every day in amazon new warehouse construction in Canton but I think Ridgeland is a better place for living. AIso I got a situation with no Information by office staff about regulations in vehicles plates from different states and now I got a ticket.

The community did not give the violation that came from the Ridgeland Police Department, they do this every year or so to ALL out of state tags weather you are here on property or out shopping. The police stopped by the property and gave us a notice and the notice was emailed to all residents. They did not issue tickets they only issues warning tags to all out of state tags.

I have not had any issues with the complex. My neighbors are nice and the community is quiet. My only concern is someone in my unit smokes weed and my apartment is starting to smell like that. Other than that I have no issues.

The office was closed and I need the Maintenance team. The after work team put in my request to maintenance. I was so afraid that they wasn't going to come until the next day. The maintenance guy called me 10 minutes later and told me he was on his way. He came within an hour and fix the issue. Thanks!!
